YTTV slashes Sunday Ticket price for new subscribers (what about us existing YTTV customers?)
https://tvanswerman.com/2025/06/09/youtube-slashes-sunday-ticket-price-for-new-users/
$420 w/ RedZone; $378 without. That's what shows on my app. No breaks for us. Paid $289 last season

Love this signing - low risk, potential high reward
As an added bonus, he's good mentoring for younger guys like Dorian Williams and Buffalo Joe
why does everyone assume vets will "mentor" younger players?

I am pretty sure that is not true.
You can purchase it as a standalone YouTube Primetime Channel for $480 per season. This allows you to watch out-of-market Sunday afternoon NFL games.
No YouTube TV Required: You don't need to be a YouTube TV subscriber to get NFL Sunday Ticket.
Standalone Purchase: You can buy NFL Sunday Ticket as a standalone Primetime Channel, which is separate from the YouTube TV base plan.
Cost: The standalone Primetime Channel option costs $480 per season.

That's what Sabres Space has been until the last 10 years. Now it's mostly taring and feather Pegula. (Which he 100% deserves)
I don't think Ralph or the Bills ever saw the mass contempt that Sabres fans have for Pegula and the team at the moment.
Because the Bills with Ralph had some success a few years at a time. Sabres are one the worst run franchises in hockey under Pegula

Sometimes I legit wonder if training staffs just make these injuries up to intentionally keep guys out. Why risk any kind of injury to him knowing his history? Just be available during the season and more importantly, for playoffs
that is what is happening. How could he have been injured? They're not doing much football stuff

so opening week in the NFL is going to be bad because every team will be "rusty"?

its going to be a bad game too. I have to think there will be rust for both teams.
they need to save these marquee matchups for later in the year, when everyone is clicking on all cylinders.
why would they be rusty? Plenty of practice and playing football before this game. Many openers are great games....getting rust off just another cliche

My hunch is when the details are released it will be a "2 year deal".
https://www.nbcsports.com/nfl/profootballtalk/rumor-mill/news/inside-the-new-george-kittle-deal
Kittle replaces the remaining year of his existing contract at $15 million with two guaranteed years at $33 million and another $2 million in guarantees for the third year. He has the ability to bump the total guarantee to $40 million.
The 49ers are committed as a practical matter to two years. It becomes a year-to-year arrangement after that.

The main reason this team loses in the playoffs is poor defense. The offense will be fine.

But these aren't workouts. They're not playing football.
Labeled as Phase 1, the first two weeks are solely comprised by "meetings, strength and conditioning, and physical rehabilitation."

Holding off getting Sunday Ticket until the schedule comes out...Bills could be in several national games the first part of the season, possibly three of the first four. Already tired of slumming it like @nucci and paying full price for ST.
you're killing me 😆

I mentioned this in another thread. Benford reminds me of the Bill's Kyle Williams situation. Buffalo fans can see how great of a player he is, but he flies under the radar for the rest of the NFL. As a result, we sign him to a bargain contract.
The numbers show Benford is a top 10 CB.
Also, Beane is terrific at signing our own to team friendly deals.
the rest of the NFL has GMs, coaches and scouts. They know how good these players are.

Honestly thought he'd end up either on New England or KC with our luck. This is not bad news to see him possibly signing with Dallas.
That said, I would've loved taking a run at him. Not sure he's exactly what we need at this stage but I'd never say know to adding good receivers into the mix.
what do you mean, with our luck?

Could be a sneaky good signing. All about this type of risk/reward. You do enough of these, your bound to connect on 1 or 2 of them.
what was sneaky about it?

he can still be cut. Doesn't mean he's made the final roster

Ok, so Palmer is a young player. However, DeMarcus Robinson with the Rams had similar stats as Palmer but scored 7 TDs vs 1 for Palmer. Robinson started several games due to the injuries to Nacua and Kupp.
Robinson signed with the Niners for 2 years/$9.75M. Sure he’s 30 years old but that’s a big disparity from the 3 years/ $36M the Bills gave Palmer.
Mr Beane, Negotiation 101 awaits you.
$18M guaranteed. he won't get $36M
