  1. This is the worst comparison since Brett Favre to JP Losman. Total garbage. Boo!
  2. Absolutely you have to audition for any casino dealing position. Have you ever played craps? For starters, Dealers don't throw dice, players do. Beyond that Craps is alot more complicated than any casino game like blackjack or poker. It's a tough gig but seriously alot of fun.
  3. My god Dibs, horrible stories man. Stay safe, we're praying for you and yours.
  4. Pooj, I should be there for sure. I'll pm you when I get all set up and if you want to meet up for some drinks I'd be more than happy to oblige.
  5. I think you wrote something but I'm not sure what.. I was drooling on your avatar... nice find.
  6. I go down to do the final audition and drug test on the 20th and he wants me on the schedule by the following week.
  7. Yeah, that's why I'm going. I'd never leave Buffalo unless it became so bad that I had to. Well, I sort of feel like that day has come. I'm a craps dealer going to work on one of the 20 million dollar yachts in North Myrtle. The Casino shift manager is from Oswego and seems to be a pretty nice guy. He's assured me there is no chance of layoffs and that I'll be making some good money. I'm excited.
  8. I have a couple questions for anyone living down in the area or actually it might be for anyone out of town. I'd really appreciate the help. 1. How hard is it to get MSG and SNY network down there? I'm a huge Mets fan and a huge Sabres fan. Do I have to get the MLB and NHL packages to get just those two channels? If so, do I have to request the Sabres feed from MSG or do I have to just get the package? I'd assume that I need the NFL Sunday ticket to get the Bills game but I believe I saw a Bills Backers bar down there that I'm willing to consider. 2. I have a family which includes a soon to be 3 year old daughter. Are there any specific areas that I should try to stay away from? I've done some reading but every thing I've read says the suburban areas around the golf courses are fantastic. Anyone have a different perspective or area I should shy away from? 3. I'm a frisbee golfer. Anyone else down there play or have any information on local courses? I like to hike and I love to mountain bike. Any inside knowledge about the nice places to go? Thanks in advance. T_R
  9. Looks like an incomplete pass to me and I couldn't give a rats ass about either team. In fact, I'm still angry at Wilson for his cheap shot on Edwards so I'd say I was probabily more on the side of Pittsburgh even though I hate them too. I thought the officiating all night was garbage. The no call on Holmes in the end zone and the play where Harrison is punching a player who's down were just retarded. The game was fun but it could have been better. No sour grapes here, like I said, I don't care.
  10. How so? Carter has more touchdowns (130>88), more receptions (1,101>951) and more yards (13,899>13,198) than Andre. I'm doing my best not to be a homer because I loved growing up watching Reed but Carter hold a pretty safe statistical lead in the same amount of years over Reed. I hate Carter as an announcer but he deserves the hall before Andre in my opinion.
  11. I don't think it will happen for a long time if ever. 88 TD's and less than a 1000 receptions really make him a borderline candidate. If he'd of gotten atleast one superbowl I think he'd have a better chance. I sure hope so though.
  12. No thanks. He can just walk away next year and has no interest in our scheme, so he surely will. I hate our whole defensive line so I'm open to suggestions but I doubt this one works out.
  13. If that's what it's going to take, float his name around the league and see what you can get. Obviously to keep the guy happy, you're going to have throw money his way, I'm just not comfortable with those numbers especially after the subpar season he had. If you can't get anything that is of monumental return, go back to the bargaining table.
  14. I give him alot of trouble alot of times but he's really worthy of this honor. Congratulations to he and Bruuuuuuuuuce!
  15. Wow, that was an awesome commercial. Good find!
  16. Depends if they'd leave him on the field in critical situations and whether or not he'd argue with our OC.
  17. I was looking for somewhere where Lewis said he wanted out of Baltimore. I see Dallas is willing to offer him 3 years between 27-30 million with 25 guaranteed but no mention of him wanting to leave. Link that if you could.
  18. That's not really true though cinc, he immediately bolted the field so that it wasn't about him. The only reason he's talked about it at all is because the media continually brought it up. Further, Warner is not the captain. Boldin is the team chosen leader of the offense.
  19. I just can't understand why anyone seperates what Warner did or what the defensive players did as less critical. They both questioned their coaches at key points in the game. Everyone has to face the fact that every play in the NFC title game is important. Everyone who has taken the opposing view point of mine points out that it was on the 'game winning drive' and to a point I can respect that. Yet, wasn't Warner being critical at an important point? The defensive players, weren't they being critical at an important time? How do you think Adrian Wilson would have responded to sitting down? Or Gerald Hayes? If you told those guys who are the defensive captains of the team that they had to sit during a crucial time in the game, what would have been their response? What if they'd of taken Warner out? Do you think he'd of just swallowed it? You guys expect him to just sit down and agree with being benched. I just don't agree with that stand point.
  20. I've only made one thread. This was it. I only made one insult and I apologized. Facts are the darndest things.
