  1. SD or Indy? I honestly don't know. I know we can't keep score with Indy, but to me SD is a more balanced team.
  2. It would be nice to know we are in by 4:15 and not have to rely on Indy
  3. Well we need the damn Colts to play at least the first 1/2 or our playoffs are over.
  4. We better hope they are damn good next week.
  5. All I can say is we had better do some serious work this offseason. That looks like a VERY Tough schedule. Much worse than this years.
  6. This is freaking stupid. Hanging on the hopes of other teams to get into the playoffs. Had we just TCB when we should have, then we would already have a spot. I just don't see us getting the help we need now. Denver killed us last night. Indy will rest it's starters next week and Denver will go all out to win. I have doubts that Houston will win AT Jacksonville. Something tells me there will be some home cooking by the Refs in Florida today :I starred in Brokeback Mountain: I am the rare fan I guess. JUST going 10-6 won't cut it for me. I don't accept this as anything other than failure. Yeah I said failure. Knowing we had games we should have won (Jags, Raiders, NE either time and the Ravens) really pisses me off. I am also not a big believer in 'Momentum' going into the off season. It doesn't exist in Free Agency. We won't have the same team next year as we do this year. Some will go (Jennings/P. Williams) some new will come in. You can build momentum from week to week, maybe month to month, but you can't with a 5 or more month lay off...it's back to square one. IF you could build that momentum you would see the same teams in the playoffs every year.... like you did before free agency. I will say this, we will be in a better situation though due to playing in these systems for a year. I do agree that helps greatly. I still feel we have serious weaknesses on this team... A. Bledsoe. NO I will not get off of this subject until he is gone. Just like RJ Who I wanted to have a chance, he did and failed, just like Flutie, just like Collins.... he isn't the answer at QB. Now let explain what the 'answer' to me is... 1) a LEADER. Even Bledsoe has said with his own words he is not a fiery leader. Sorry that doesn't cut it. 2) A guy who makes SMART and QUICK Decisions. Bledsoe has improved by say 20% this year, but when you are really far in the hole, that is like throwing a deck chair off of the Titanic! Bledsoe STILL makes bad decisions that shouldn't be coming from a veteran with his experience. 3) Accuracy. I don’t' give a damn about how hard you throw a ball. There are 50,000 guys across the US That can throw the ball 60 yards. Can you hit the WR in his hands, on the run? Bledsoe STILL Misfires on his passes. Clean pocket, no pressure, and clear throwing lanes.... throws behind the WR. Over the WR, or throws a short hopper to 3rd on his out patterns. Sorry that doesn't cut it. It still bothers me we had to bring in MM, Clements AND Wyche just to get this guy up to a salvageable status. To me you don't work that hard on one player, you replace him. B. Running Back I still do not think we have a RB. I haven't seen one game where WM hasn't had to limp to the sidelines. Now he is out? On a hyper extended knee? This is the pros man. You play hurt. Injured and hurt are two different things. TO is injured, WM is hurt....you play. Some are calling WM a 'Stud' 'The next great RB' blah blah blah. To me he honestly hasn't done anything yet. No consistency. None. He won't hit the holes fast enough, and if you watch film he goes down more often than not on the first hit. YES he does...minus when he uses the stiff arm. Has he played well at times? Sure, but so have several backs we have had in the past. Until this guy can stay on the field for 16 games, and do well, he hasn't proven anything yet. C. We still need another CB. Yes CB. I do not like having your starting CB return kicks. Problem is McGee is a much better KR than CB. Is he making progress, sure, but I would feel much better extending Clements contract now, Adding another really good Vet cover corner and having McGee play nickel and returning kicks. Can you imagine Clements, FA Vet CB, Milloy and Vincent on the field? Add in McGee on 3rd downs? Who the hell is going to throw on that??? D. OLB. I would like to see more speed and athleticism out of the guy opposite TKO. I feel that is our weak link there. E. OL. Still rotating guys in at LG. that says to me we don't have a LG. We need ONE friggin guy to carry the load. Add to that we may have to sign a LT this off season and it is a position of concern. Lastly TE. We have a roster full of 2nd string TE's. "But ICE so and so is developing" Well that is fine, but none of them are going to develop into a pure stud TE. We haven’t' had a guy worth a damn since Metz left. Rearsmagma was ok, but not THE guy we needed. Find us a damn good TE and see how much more open our WR's are and how much more effective the offense is. I know posts like this piss some people off, but I expect better / More from the Buffalo Bills. I refuse to settle. We have holes, we have guys on this team that are more of a liability than an asset. If we can go 10-6 with this team as is, what can we do if the necessary changes are made? Wouldn't it be nice to be THE Team in the AFC Again? Hasn't it been long enough? Anyway, Go Bills, Beat ass on SF. Peace. ICE
  7. Nope OU played like sh-- and I admited it. If White hadn't broke his wrist in the B12 championship I feel the game would have been different anyway. Honestly Saban isn't anything as for as the pros are concerned. He is another good assistant that will suck as a HC. It was a PR move by the Dolphins.
  8. Well this means they will suck for a few more years. Sorry Saban doesn't impress me. I don't care if he did coach for Bellibitch. Miami still sucks on Offense, ST's. They still don't have a QB, RB, WR's etc.
  9. sombitches best pull their heads out. Fuggin aholes! :I starred in Brokeback Mountain:
  10. Was there in 90, Still digging sand out of my crack
  11. http://www.nfl.com/teams/story/JAC/8033874 Lets hope it severely hampers him
  12. 1) so? When has that stopped any athlete from holding out. 2) it won't be big enough for him. You forget who his agent is.
  13. If there is one thing I wish people would understand here, it's this....Negativity and Objectivity are TWO DIFFERENT things.
  14. What rant? I feel I spoke my opinion with no rants or bashing. Isn't that what this board is about?
  15. I am more concerned he can't seem to stay healthy.
  16. Thanks. But I disagree on the Offense. Other than one drive we did nothing against Cinci. That can't happen. We are not always going to get the ball inside the other teams territory. The Passing game is still more of a liability than a positive.
  17. Atlanta = DEAD! The clown is not worth that amount of jack.
  18. I have to say he is taking the Wickki Route. To me he has not been that good the last couple of weeks. Now he is hurt AGAIN. I just don't know about this guy.
  19. Del jackass is exactly that....a jackass. The guy has always been an assclown. My brother is a HUGE Vikes fan and even admits Del !@#$ is a jerk
  20. first off this is me. It isn't the jackass imitation me that was here for a post or two. Kudos to the Admins for taking care of that issue. 8-6. Amazing huh? It's fun to have finally won 8 games. And maybe 9 or 10 for the first time in 4 years. There are great things and concerns as well at this point. first the Defense. Overall Damn good I still have some concerns it isn't as good as it looks though. Dillon and Rudy J both racked up yards on us. Obviously there is something going on some where. Again BOTH ran right up the middle like Miami did in game 1 against us. And yes it should raise concern. Pass defense though is damn good. Esp with Vincent back at FS. Offense. Sorry folks I am greatly concerned. Willis hurt AGAIN? I am going to draw fire and so be it for this comment...We STILL don't have our starter at RB. that is my position on this. BOTH Backs cannot stay healty. Both backs are problematic in their own right. WM cannot hit the hole quick enough and TH hits it too quick...go figure. WM dancing around at the LOS got him nailed too often against Cinci. Now some will say 'But ICE he was hit in the BF, it is the OL's fault' I say well....it was also the OL that has allowed the man to put up his numbers so which is it? Personally I say both. sometimes the OL does have an issue, but it isn't their fault...here is why.... Drew Bledsoe. (Oh come on...you knew it was coming right? ) He isn't the answer. He scares no one in this league. That is why we are still seeing 8 man fronts. Stop the RB and you beat the Bills....Unless the ST's and D forces turnovers for scores That is something we can not count on week in and week out. This has been a special season where both have played out of their heads. This is the exception, not the norm. I know some will argue, but look at football history. No ST has been able to year in, year out put up 5+ TD's, blocking kicks, punts, returns inside the oppositions 40 on a constant basis etc. You can expect 1/2 of what they have done this season from here on out. And you know what? That will STILL make them the best ST unit in the league This offense MUST start showing it can run 80 yard drives and do so damn quick or we are in trouble. Back to drew, God Bless him and I mean that. The guy is total class, but I just don't see it getting done with him. Look we all talked about this offseason how you don't need a Stud QB anymore. You need a LEADER who makes SMART decisions, doesn't throw picks (cough cough) and doesn't lose games for you (cough cough). Drew has NEVER in his history had a short to medium game. He still (even with no pressure and a good pocket) Under, over throws and throws behind WR's. He has no touch on the ball as well. He still does a 'duck and cover' when any pressure is around. He has never been a 'get in your ass' leader like Kelly etal. So I still feel it isn't going to happen with him. Honestly all in all, I am flying my Bills flag like all of you off of my front porch. I still hit the sports bar like most of you do on Sundays and I still scream like a girl with TKO takes one to the house. I am damn happy we have turned it around. But in all honesty, we are still a couple moves away from making it happen. the good news? We are ONLY a couple of good moves away!!! Lastly, playoffs. We need Balt, Jags and Denver to go breasts up. We do and I feel Pitt rests it's starters, we go 10-6....and face Payton Manning at Indy (Oh christ ) I don't think we have enough offense to score with them, so we will drop a close one at Indy. Hey, who cares? We made the friggin playoffs right? So here is to hoping for us winning out, Others losing and TD making the right decisions this offseason. God Bless and Merry Christmas. Go Bills!
