I didn't do that but I custom ordered my car (which sounds impressive but it just involved being able to get exactly what I wanted since they had no manual transmission models of the car I wanted on the lot) and could have done that. I am not advocating for the government intervention that annoys Jim like those "meddling kids" but it's interesting that when you're on the phone, you lose a lot more focus than when you're talking to someone who's there with you.
