  1. I'm with Pete. We are f**king losers. Oooooo if we draft well......we may be good in 5 years!!!!
  2. I'm officially going to the store to buy beer. I'll see you all in about an hour!
  3. Don't forget Seattle has picks 6 AND 14 I believe......
  4. I think they are more into heroin and oxicodone.....
  5. Shhhhhhhh quiet. He's a hidden gem, don't let any other teams find out about him.
  6. McGee is a nickle corner, but in Buffalo he's a #1.
  7. We ain't gettin one this year DI, deal with it.
  8. That's it. I'm gonna start drinking.
  9. Good job Green Lightning. We knew it wouldn't take long............
  10. I know JPS. Come on Thoner7, I'm pissed too about taking McCargo instead of Mangold but Hangartner isn't that bad. Back to the thread though, the draft is the lifeblood, but in this day and age, you gotta use free agency to a certain extent. Do it smart. Not many are screaming Peppers, Peppers.........but there are players out there who don't require 20M per year who can improve positions and units on this team.....Kevin Walter, Ben Watson, LJ Smith, Antonio Bryant, Dwan Edwards, Jamal Williams just to name a few. Also, some smart trades like Shaun Rogers in Cleveland are currently there for the taking. The draft is the hamburger and these guys are the toppings. I'm hungry now damn it.
  11. Although I believe Whitner is the best guy on the roster to play SS, if a trade allowed us to strengthen a weak area or add a solid draft pick, I'd do it. Yes, like it or not Whitner IS better than the God Bryan Scott and George Wilson, but it's not a huge dropoff. Get ready, here comes some brilliant "dude sucks" and "he's a bust" responses.
  12. No Bill, if you would get off your DB tirade for a second, I was suggesting we trade Lynch and get a pick from the Chargers. It's OK buddy, no picks for DB's here. IT'S CLEAR!!!!!!!!!
  13. Yeah, where have you been hearing it ? Please no sources deep within though....that'll get your ass in trouble.
  14. better make a play for Rogers (who IS younger) if we ain't gonna call Mr. Williams agent............
  15. That's what I'm talkin about BeastMode54! Not too bad of a deal............hope it or somethin similar happens.
  16. The only reason our secondary was ranked that high is because of how bad we were vs the run. Not really saying we dropped the ball though, the Jets have a much better front 7 to mask Cromarties tackling "ability". I do believe though that Cromartie would have made our secondary a very good unit, instead of a better than average but slightly overrated unit that they currently are.
  17. Get ready for a couple pick6's against us by Cromartie this year. You will see.
  18. Yes I've seen him play. He's made more plays in his best season than any guy we have in their entire careers. I think he could use a change of scenery. I know he's a B word when it comes to tackling, but he would have been a great addition in the coverage department.
  19. Lynch does have value just not as much as some wish. As for Cromartie the reason SD is letting him go is because of that lame attempt at a tackle which iced the game for the Jets. As a cover CB though, he's far better than anyone on the Bills.
  20. Larry Foote is even slower than Mitchell. He's done.
  21. yeah I know you will all say "but we are already good in the secondary" blah blah blah.......but ask yourself this: do you honestly think ANY WR getting ready to play the Bills looks at his matchup and says "darn, I'm in for a tough game". No, no they do not. I know Cromo can't tackle worth a damn, but he's a far superior cover guy than anyone we currently have. I'd make a play involving Lynch....
  22. Great, here it comes........
  23. Larry Foote and Porter would be John Guy signings........they are both DONE.
  24. One for Whitner, one for Lynch BillsGuyInOP.
