    That’s a good shout.

Ridley and Mooney would be perfect, wonder if we can afford even one of those two.

Jefferson or DPJ could be interesting.

Signing both Ridley & Mooney would be very difficult, but if they can get one of them, that would help a lot.

Then sign a player like Jefferson or Peoples-Jones. Receivers that are not superstars, but are reliable players. They also won't break the bank.

No more Harty or Sherfield type players. We need to get serious!

  2. Calvin Ridley

    Darnell Mooney

    Marquise Brown

    Curtis Samuel

    DJ Chark

    Van Jefferson

    Donovon Peoples-Jones

Sign two of these players, and then draft two receivers.

So, we can sign any FA out there and we're spending the early hours of FA on extensions and bringing back our own guys.

Tells me we are NOT looking to be aggressive in the least. To the draft ..

    You're falling into Beane's trap.

He gets all the Bills fans to get all whiny and pissy and they fall asleep and then all of a sudden.....BOOM!!!

    YOU DOUBT ME AGAIN?!

  4. Right now I'm mostly looking at Wide Receivers. I know the draft is loaded with them, but I'd rather we get some insurance from that position as not all rookie receivers are instant impact players.

1st target: Calvin Ridley. If we can't get him, then look at Darnell Mooney, or Marquise Brown.

2nd target: Van Jefferson, or Donovon Peoples-Jones, or DJ Chark. Enough of players like Trent Sherfield or Deonte Harty, let's bring in a receiver who has played in the league a few years and has real production. These are not superstars, but they are still on the younger side and they will not be too expensive.

Josh Allen needs all the help he can get. Bring in a big group of receivers at training camp and let them fight it out.

We do need help at Safety & Defensive Tackle, and I'm sure that Beane will find us the right players we need. I'm focused on receiver.

Have you been watching the team the last two years? We lost our entire DB field AND LB’s! There’s a pattern developing. Knox has a history of injuries and with the expected increase in production equals more opportunities for Kincaid to get injured. The thought of Morris having to start is scary, way too short and limited physically because of that.
Besides, it’s just my opinion. I’m not saying it will happen. I’d rather invest in a later round TE in the draft. Maybe Morris is a great special teams player, I don’t know, though I’ve never noticed him before there.

Morris is not breaking the bank. When we get to training camp, who's to say we won't have another Tight End in camp?
Then let them play it out and we'll see who's left after the cuts.

Morris also knows the team which helps. Just wait and see.

    I guess…

4 out of 5 starters on the line back

gabe Davis the only skill position starter gone

tre was already replaced last year, so cb and lb staying static

2 new safeties, a center and a wr2 isn’t crazy. 3 of the 4 are non premium positions

figuring out the DL is the biggest piece if you assume a WR by the end of round 2 and dl wasn’t really hit today so it’s not so much a drastic makeover today as much as some long tenured names

Yeah, I don't think the team is going to look that much different.

There will be a bunch of new players, but the majority of our core group is still here.

And here I was thinking that was EJ Manuel.

Knowing the charmed life Nate Hackett has lived, I fully expect he'll get yet another life.

Isn't he on his 4th life now?

If I'm reading this right,  this looks more like game attendance than individual meetings.   The numbers are always the same for players from the same school.  All three Texas players score 3.  The two Michigan players score 15.  The two Georgia players each score 7.   Florida State...both score 6.

I'm not sure it means much.

What's most important is that these are players that the Bills met with.
