Have you ever actually watched Huntley play? He's below average at best.  He plays the whole season,  Baltimore is below .500.

It’s just a fun thing to say to downplay another team’s QB importance. Remember when many here said Mahomes wasn’t as great as people portray him to be because Chad Henne stepped in and led their offense on a 96 yard drive? I can’t with this place sometimes.

I’m curious if anyone has seen Tyler play linebacker at anytime? I believe he had a very good career in college and apparently is a good special teams player. Thoughts on him at linebacker ?  I have not seen enough of a sample to judge.

In preseason whenever he got in he looked like a tackling machine and I wondered why he never got any real consideration on defense. But I have no idea about his coverage abilities. I thought Spector looked like a tackling machine too, but he struggled to stay with the first team in camp when they were rotating LBs.

  3. I’d say that Allen looked far too pedestrian against middling teams to warrant MVP consideration. To his credit, he’s raised his level of play when going against the good teams, but to call him the league’s “most valuable player” when the Bills have won multiple games in which he was off for a large portion of the contest, I don’t know.

But saying it is Billsy means it happens all the time. 1 game out of how many Josh Allen has played is not Billsy.  (94 games in total Josh has started FYI )

Yeah it wasn’t a Billsy game ending INT. Josh has his moments of “WTF??” but I can’t see him ever throwing back across his body 30 yards down the field in that type of situation.

Brady doesn't make it to, much less win, all of those Superbowls without Belichick's excellent defense. Belichick doesn't make it without Brady.

Agreed on both accounts, but I’d tip percentages for success higher in Brady’s favor. Maybe 70% Brady, 30% Belichick’s defense. Can’t dismiss the amount of clutch throws Brady made that gave that defense a chance to close out opposing teams. Simply put, without Brady there is no New England dynasty.

  6. How sweet it would’ve been if Dorian Williams would’ve been allowed to grow this year. McD doesn’t trust he knows what to do on the field so he’s behind both Spector and Klein. I’d have to believe a crash course in experience (and mistakes) would’ve molded him into a pretty good starter.

    Snead takes away Diggs anyways.

Before Sneed it was Charvarious Ward who always shut him down. Diggs seems to have trouble against long, fast, rangy, and physical corners. Not to mention those two guys have been allowed to get grabby with Diggs without calls going his way.

I have no idea why he's only ever thrown one in the Playoffs.

Heightened focus would be my guess.

EDIT: he’s actually thrown 4 in 8 games. 17 TDs to 4 INTs. The reason for the low amount of INTs would be the same. He’s just more dialed in, less careless with the football.

Winner of bills/chiefs instantly becomes AFC favorite

I think the Ravens will be a stiffer test than the Chiefs. Lamar is finally surrounded by WR talent and has Mark Andrews back. Isaiah Likely did very well in his absence so that gives them two very good TEs. Their defense is also just as tough as KC. So all in all, a better, more explosive offense with a defense that’s just as capable.

Keep in mind that playoff ref crews are not the same as the regular season.

Hochuli doesn’t have his same crew as he did during the Philly flag massacre.

He has a mixed crew of men and women who were assigned this game based on how well did they did in the regular season.

In theory, these are the best of the best refs, as all refs in the divisional round are eligible for the Super Bowl assignment.

That and the fact the game is at home should be the saving grace. No way can one individual derail a game on a national stage.
