Question of the day: will Josh Allen finally QB sneak to his right?

Beane just needs to take a swing on an early receiver. He made the comment about not sucking bad enough for an opportunity to select a Ja’marr Chase level talent, but he’s passed on quite a few who are close to or at Chase’s level.

Have you ever actually watched Huntley play? He's below average at best. He plays the whole season, Baltimore is below .500.
It’s just a fun thing to say to downplay another team’s QB importance. Remember when many here said Mahomes wasn’t as great as people portray him to be because Chad Henne stepped in and led their offense on a 96 yard drive? I can’t with this place sometimes.

I’m curious if anyone has seen Tyler play linebacker at anytime? I believe he had a very good career in college and apparently is a good special teams player. Thoughts on him at linebacker ? I have not seen enough of a sample to judge.
In preseason whenever he got in he looked like a tackling machine and I wondered why he never got any real consideration on defense. But I have no idea about his coverage abilities. I thought Spector looked like a tackling machine too, but he struggled to stay with the first team in camp when they were rotating LBs.

Bernard is a game changer, so that one hurts A LOT.
He certainly has a knack of always being around the ball. He’s Mr. “Johnny on the spot.” His coverage skills and blitzing will also be missed.

I’d say that Allen looked far too pedestrian against middling teams to warrant MVP consideration. To his credit, he’s raised his level of play when going against the good teams, but to call him the league’s “most valuable player” when the Bills have won multiple games in which he was off for a large portion of the contest, I don’t know.

But saying it is Billsy means it happens all the time. 1 game out of how many Josh Allen has played is not Billsy. (94 games in total Josh has started FYI )
Yeah it wasn’t a Billsy game ending INT. Josh has his moments of “WTF??” but I can’t see him ever throwing back across his body 30 yards down the field in that type of situation.

NO!
When have you seen Josh Allen throw a pick to end the game???
stop with that Billsy *****, it is such a B thing to say

He’s only 5’9”, but has 9 3/8” hands. Bigger than Lebron James. Genetics are weird.

If Bernard plays. I'll be stunned.
I would’ve been too, but apparently he had an existing sprain in that same ankle (from the Chargers game) which actually worked in his favor. Something about more give in the ankle and less stability already.

Brady doesn't make it to, much less win, all of those Superbowls without Belichick's excellent defense. Belichick doesn't make it without Brady.
Agreed on both accounts, but I’d tip percentages for success higher in Brady’s favor. Maybe 70% Brady, 30% Belichick’s defense. Can’t dismiss the amount of clutch throws Brady made that gave that defense a chance to close out opposing teams. Simply put, without Brady there is no New England dynasty.

That’s for concussions? I thought it just kept him from overheating
It’s called a Q Collar:
Does seem like one would have to get used to having constant pressure on the jugular veins.

How sweet it would’ve been if Dorian Williams would’ve been allowed to grow this year. McD doesn’t trust he knows what to do on the field so he’s behind both Spector and Klein. I’d have to believe a crash course in experience (and mistakes) would’ve molded him into a pretty good starter.

Snead takes away Diggs anyways.
Before Sneed it was Charvarious Ward who always shut him down. Diggs seems to have trouble against long, fast, rangy, and physical corners. Not to mention those two guys have been allowed to get grabby with Diggs without calls going his way.

Taron needs to wear that concussion thing Kincaid wears around his neck.

I have no idea why he's only ever thrown one in the Playoffs.
Heightened focus would be my guess.
EDIT: he’s actually thrown 4 in 8 games. 17 TDs to 4 INTs. The reason for the low amount of INTs would be the same. He’s just more dialed in, less careless with the football.

Winner of bills/chiefs instantly becomes AFC favorite
I think the Ravens will be a stiffer test than the Chiefs. Lamar is finally surrounded by WR talent and has Mark Andrews back. Isaiah Likely did very well in his absence so that gives them two very good TEs. Their defense is also just as tough as KC. So all in all, a better, more explosive offense with a defense that’s just as capable.

Nope. Realistically probably would have been the chargers if he played in the final week.
So we can be the first team to beat him twice in his career and the second win sends him home. I love the sound of that.

Has a team beaten Patty twice in the same season?

Weird a bunch of people told me I was a fool that Bernard could possibly play this week after it was announced it was a sprain.
Looked like a severe sprain to me and even with the amount of injections and therapy, I’d still be surprised if he played.

He allowed us a W once??
A 2022 24-10 win against the Patriots. He couldn’t get in the way of that one.
EDIT: There’s now a Yahoo article about Hochuli, the Bills, and the angst that the fans feel. More of a spotlight that gets shown on him, the better in my opinion.

Keep in mind that playoff ref crews are not the same as the regular season.
Hochuli doesn’t have his same crew as he did during the Philly flag massacre.
He has a mixed crew of men and women who were assigned this game based on how well did they did in the regular season.
In theory, these are the best of the best refs, as all refs in the divisional round are eligible for the Super Bowl assignment.
That and the fact the game is at home should be the saving grace. No way can one individual derail a game on a national stage.

There needs to be an invention that can liquify snow, so instead of throwing snow, the machine throws warm water. After a section is cleared it’s then immediately salted.

Kudos to all who called the move. At least Bass is familiar with him.
