Oh wow, that's awesome! This guy has some major cahones to be getting all involved in this, but to your point, sounds like a lot of what he does is pretty admirable. When it comes to two consenting adults, I personally feel that allocating police resources to combat it is a huge waste of time and tax dollars, but when it comes to kids, drugs, etc, I'm all on board with it.

I was watching this show on MSNBC where they mentioned this guy in OKC who runs around the city trying to catch people in the act of soliciting prostitutes. Did you see them revisit it after the match, as well? Must have been like three times they said, "the last thing Bayern wants is to be the Buffalo Bills"...wtf? But yeah, one HELL of a match...I loved how so much of it was played at either end as opposed to in the middle of the field. Both teams were attacking hard and often, and both keepers came up huge. I think the Dortmund keeper misplayed the 2nd goal - the one that Robben scored - but he was in a tough spot against a very talented player. As much as I love world cup soccer, there's just no doubt that champs league club soccer is the best quality on earth...I loved every minute of that match.

As much as I fell off the wagon this season, I thought she was easily the most talented and most consistent. Usually during the season there will be at least a couple performances that I'll download off of iTunes, but this year the only one I grabbed was Kree's version of "Crying", since it's one of my favorite songs of all time. I thought Angie was very talented, especially when she sang that one original piece of hers, and I could see her having a nice career. The only dude I thought was any good was Nick Boddington, but he didn't make it to the finals. But yeah, Candace seems like a genuinely awesome person so I'm really happy for her early success. People can criticize Idol all they want, but you just can't argue with the track record of success they've had over the years, especially in terms of how many contestants went on to have legitimate careers in music or acting. It's pretty remarkable, really. Grammys, Oscars, Emmys, platinum albums, billboard #1s, etc, etc...pretty impressive stuff.

2nd half is like WWE! One guy stomps the hell out of another guy's ankle...then Robben pretty much clotheslines the Dortmund defender... and WOW, another amazing save!!! These keepers are sick! Another WOW! 89th minute and Robben scores an incredibly skillful goal...this is one of the best matches I've ever seen! Congrats to Bayern Munich! Finally taking the crown and doing it in style..THAT'S how you play a champions league final...I was thoroughly entertained by that. I think I'll stop talking to myself now...at least for a while

What a STUPID penalty Bayern just took in the box...unbelievable!! 1-1 match! OMG!!!! Bayern takes open shot on goal and the Dortmund defender makes a miraculous clear right before the ball crosses the into the goal!!

Ribery is playing like crap... One of the nice things about not having an Italian club in the finals is that we get a match without diving and histrionics

This has been a great example of a 0-0 match that has still been very entertaining....lots of pressure by Dortmund and a couple fingertip saves by each goalie. This Reus guy hits a BEAUTIFUL corner...gets a ton of energy on the ball, just needs to get a bit more WOW, what a save by Weinderfawhatchamafuk!!!! anyway, Reus needs just a bit more air under the ball and they'll be golden on the set piece! Loving this!!!

I'm so psyched to see this match, yet within the first FIVE MINUTES of the pre-match, this English prick has to go and take a shot at the Bills, of all things...this guy is getting a nasty tweet sent his way in about two minutes....jerk!! Anyway, love how they set the match up as a big brother/little brother situation, where the little brother has come into his own and is ready to challenge big bro for supremacy! Let's go GERMANY!!! WOOHOO!!! haha

One of my favorite films from last year, "End of Watch", just hit Netflix streaming...pretty intense at times, but overall a very solid flick, IMO. Also, for any fellow Sacha Baron Cohen fans, "The Dictator" is also available.

I was watching some show the other day about how to deal with pesky visitors, and they showed this motion detecting canister of air that goes off whenever anything comes within range and scares the crap out of them. That might end up being counterproductive in your situation, though.

That' so awesome...I'm always surprised how many people say they didn't go whale watching when they were in Hawaii...then I feel bad describing the experience to them, cause they start realizing they SHOULD have gone while they were there and may not get the chance to go back Whale watching and Pearl Harbour are the two things I always tell people should be priorities on their trip...laying on the beach is great, but those two opportunities should just not be missed, IMO. Hopefully one day I'll get to be close enough to get a whiff of that stank breath!

There's all sorts of videos on there of people out whale watching. Whales coming up to the boat is not anything unique...pretty common occurrence, and often times they're much larger than those gray whales. Humpbacks are ridiculously massive.

We were on probably a 20' boat, and I remember how they would radio to the other boats in their charter group to pass along the location(s) of any whales that showed up. Once we got near one, they cut the engines so that you can hear the sounds of a handful of people all crapping their pants at the same time. It was amazing to me how naturally curious they were...still remember how it felt when it got close enough to make out just how immense it was (that's what she said) under the water. As you know, it's one thing to see these things on tv, but nothing can prepare you for what it's like to see a living creature this large...just an incredible sight. Which part(s) of the country/world did you travel to when you've been out watching these beauties? Oof! Lucky bastarge! Hope you'll chime in when you get back to share some thoughts...that's going to be an amazing trip for sure!
