dude, everybody knows that it takes a few years before you can truly assess the quality of a draft. For all we know, Spiller, Troupe, Easley, Carrington, etc. wiil be pro-bowlers by 2013!

Billsfreak, are you related to Trent or something? Why the fug would you want Trent to come in here and light it up as a Jag? and don't tell me about the car mechanic example...I'm as frustrated with this team as you are, but I'm not going to throw the Nix/Gailey tandem under the bus until they've had a reasonable amount of time to right the ship. Trent can suck it.

I don't know how you guys feel about it, but I find myself wanting to like 3-D much more than I actually like it. The only time it really impressed me was about 20 years ago during one of the 3-D demonstrations at Epcot, and a few of the IMAX 3-D presentations. Aside from that, it's just not all that often that I'm blown away by 3-D effects.

Wow, that majorly sucks. I really hadn't heard of this guy until I watched some of Last Coming Standing this past season. The guy was extremely quick and witty, and I found myself laughing at a lot of what he said. I sought out some of his stand up, and I was in stitches. Very sad...this guy was truly talented.

So is George Lucas just supposed to ignore the perpetual market that exists for all things Star Wars? One of his many hats is that of a business man, so I think it's silly to criticize him for giving the fans what they want. I may not buy the discs, but I'm very much looking foward to seeing the blu-ray transfers when they come out. They did an amazing job with the DVDs, so I expect the blurays to be stunning.

I'm taking this show episode by episode to gauge my level of interest, and I guess I'm in for week #3. It held my interest enough to be curious to see where it will go, and I'm always a sucker for aliens.

Comparing this show to Lost is probably going to lead to nothing but disappointment, you know?

lol, hey Bill! I just can't stomach another player who puts up big stats against lesser opponents and then fails to raise their game against tougher ones, you know? I want someone who brings their A game when it counts the most, and Mallett is the opposite of that. If we do end up drafting him, I'll hope and pray that I'm wrong, but if he can't do it against good college teams, why should we think he'll magically become a baller in the NFL?

Definitely would have been a huge win for them. I would have loved to see it, cause I hate Bama....and I wanted to see the SEC get shaken up a bit, too.

They were up 20-7 at the half...I know this is a team game, but a QB worthy of the top pick in the draft would have found a way to hold on to win that game. Sometimes all you can do is all you can do, but instead of continuing to play well, he choked. I HATE that quality in a player, and Lord knows we've had enough of it here. To me, the guy is one big, tall red flag. Also, Bama's secondary was nowhere near as good today as they were last year. They lost guys to the NFL and they were ripe for the picking. It's not like Mallett was throwing against a great set of DBs and safeties. I really hope we don't draft this guy.

I'm wrong about a lot of things, but I'm on record several times with regard to this guy. He will set our team back ten years just like drew did to the Pats. The guy puts up big passing numbers when nothing is on the line, but when it really counts, he chokes. He will never win the big game for us, just like Drew couldn't. Just say "no" to Mallett.

Watch Mallett against Bama this weekend and tell me he's NFL caliber. He sucks against quality teams, just like Bledsoe.

You guys keep mentioning Cleveland, Detroit, and St Louis, but what about frickin Green Bay? That team used to be like going to the Siberia of the NFL. When I was growing up, I often had to remind myself that they even had a team. They were NEVER on television until Don Makowski gave them a little bit of swagger, and then obviously Favre and Reggie White came along in '92 and '93, respectively, and all of sudden that team was on the map for the first time in like 15-20 years. But I don't remember that team being relevant even a LITTLE bit when I was growing up. Now that they've been a winning franchise for the past two decades, players want to go there. But don't tell me that playing in Green Bay is any more desirable than Western NY in any aspect other than franchise success.

How attractive we are to free agents and top draft picks has nothing to do with how "smart" the players are, or the fact that B-lo is a cold weather city, or that our economy is in the crapper, etc, etc. It has to do with whether you are a WINNING franchise or not a winning franchise. Back in the late 90s we had no problem attracting free agents. Even into the TD years, still not far removed from the success of the late 90s, we were able to bring in quite a few FA players that a whole lot of us were excited about. Unfortunately, now e're so far removed from the playoffs and anything resembling consistent winning, that yeah, it may be very true that we are way down on the list in terms of desirable destinations for top players. When we fix that, we'll be able to bring good players in here again without any trouble just like we did before.

Oh okay...well unless you just don't care about the sound quality at all, I'd strongly recommend you keeping them in a lossless format. Apple Lossless is the best of both worlds...it is a lossless format and also takes up a little less space than the other lossless formats. I buy mp3s off Amazon when I can get them for cheap, but other than that I always upload CDs to my computer in apple lossless so that it remains CD quality. There are a lot of great audio forums, but I definitely recommend audiocircle.com for this information....I have learned a lot from them over the last few years.

Why would you want to take a lossless file and turn it into a lossy one? Just go to AudioCircle.com and ask about converting your FLAC files into apple lossless files, that way you're not losing any data.

I debated whether I wanted to watch, since I very rarely check out scripted tv (unless something is really good, then I go back and watch all the seasons at once on DVD)...but alas, I did watch, and like you guys said, it was interesting enough that I'll watch at least the next couple episodes.

Maybe this is what Bills fans deserve....I remember back in '96, our own "fans" were BOOING Jimbo and wanting Todd Collins to be handed the reigns. To me, this is blasphemy. It sickened me then and it sickens me now. So fess up...were any of YOU among those who booed Jimbo? Maybe if those of you who bear the guilt will simply CONFESS your evil ways, this curse would be lifted off of us for good! REPENT, DAMMIT!!!!!!!
