It always makes me nervous when a team gets rid of and/or loses what are considered to be their best players at key positions, and all of a sudden they are playing significantly better.

So weird seeing Giancarlo Esposito not in character...he sounds TOTALLY different!

Even though I'm still operating on the view that Walter White died in the previous episode, and that the last visit to Skylar was his proxy (who happens to go by the name of Heisenberg), that scene where he asks to see Holly just KILLED me. I'm not afraid to admit that I had a hard time holding it together, cause even though I'm not a father, I can imagine very well what that sort of pain must be like - to know you'll never see your child again. Is it possible that the finale was even better than I expected? I half expected that there would be some aspect of it that I'd find disappointing...that maybe Gilligan would want to throw a curve ball in there that might not be quite a satisfying as it could have been. But sure enough, I just can't think of anything I would have wanted to be different...and I can't think of anything MORE I'd want. It's making me hate the Dexter finale even more than I already did lol.

Damn...what a masterclass in television drama...from episode one all the way through the lasting image of Walter "Heisenberg" White laying on the ground in a meth lab. What a fuggin ride!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hit a 37.63 on that one (Washington DC) and even higher on NYC and Dallas....but on Atlanta I only hit 19. Weird.

I'm not a computer guy by any means...I have average usefulness at best. But once thing I learned a while ago was to periodically check for driver upgrades from the manufacturer. I upgraded to a nicer, faster router this weekend - a Netgear 6300. I was really happy with how much improvement there was with my streaming sources, particularly AppleTV apps (Netflix, Hulu) and Vudu. This is the first time I'm able to get the same download speed (per www.speedtest.net) with a wifi connection as I am with ethernet. I pay for a 30meg connection and my first few speed tests have been closer to 35meg. And I've never had upload speed over 4.5, but it hasn't been less than that so far. Anyway, I noticed that my laptop kept dropping the connection....or I'd be connected to the network but web pages wouldn't load. It was very frustrating. So I went to the Dell website, which I had honestly not done since picking up this laptop in the Winter of 2011, and sure enough there were two updates with an "urgent" status that were sitting there. Additionally, there were 14 other driver upgrades and other downloads that were recommended for my particular model, so I went ahead and just spend a half hour doing all of it. Since then my connection has been perfect, my laptop boots up much quicker, and everything just seems to be working better in general. Doesn't cost a thing and only takes a bit out of your day. I know a lot of people are anti-Dell, and I'm sure other companies provide model-specific driver updates and whatever on their home pages, but I'm on my third Dell computer (desktop, two laptops) since 1998 and anytime there has been an issue there has been a very simple fix that didn't cost me a dime. So if you're noticing issues with performance, remember to update those drivers! Go Bills!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

You're certainly not the sort of poster I was referring to though, my friend. And what you said is exactly the sort of discussion that DOES make this board great. Im not saying people shouldn't talk about what they think is going well or not going well. I'm talking more about this absolute and complete overreaction by the falling sky brigade. Those of us who love the game will debate the merits of the team's philosophy, good or bad, but we'll fall well short of the neurotic doomsdayers who seem to come out of the woodwork in droves on Sunday's where we put up an "L".

That's what frustrates me most about Bills fans lately...of course we're ALL frustrated and sick of losing....but when you bring in a new regime to try and right the ship, they deserve a reasonable amount of time to get the job done. The first year gives them a chance to lay a foundation and serves as a baseline...from there we should see growth and improvement by year two and by year three we should be cooking with gas. Unfortunately guys like Dick Jauron and Chan Gailey (and Greggo...and Mularkey) are successful coordinators who deserved a look as head coaches. But they each proved that they best served doing what they do best - coordinate. The guys who are truly legit head coaches are few and far between, and unfortunately we've missed horribly for a long damn time. But Marrone deserves a reasonable amount of time to prove he's going to be able to successfully make the transition to a legit head coach in the NFL. That's not even factoring in our rookie QB, rookie WRs, etc. It's just asinine to assume that things will be turned around immediately, or that EJ will do EVERYTHING right, or whatever else. And then you have injuries, combined with a lack of depth. Perspective, people. I know some people are always so eager to jump off the bridge and grab as many others as they can on the way down, but try to have a little perspective and give this new group of folks some time to prove they are different.

It just amazes me how TERRIBLE I am at modern video games. It's incredibly frustrating, cause I grew up dominating every system up through the NES...I could go with anyone. Now, at 41 y.o. and going literally years in between stretches, I fumblefart around with the controller and defecate epic fails all over the board. Thankfully I still find it FUN, but I wish I had a more natural relationship with the layout of these controllers. Anyway, is there no official "free roam" mode as of yet? I wanted to just sort of run around and explore the map a bit, but I couldn't figure out how to get away from the main story line to do it. Do I just free roam in between missions? I can't wait for online mode to start....that's where I really started to become at least an "average" player ,cause I could just focus on developing driving and shooting skills. It's more fun, too, cause I do it in a live environment where I can antagonize others.

Yeah, I would agree with pretty much everything you said...I respect SBC and definitely would give him the benefit of the doubt that he had good reason to walk away.

So frustrating...this reminds me of when Bruce Campbell go too full of himself and walked away from Bubba Nosferatu. I'm too big of a fan of SBC to hold this against him, but this is something I've been looking forward to since I first heard about it quite a while ago. Really a shame. I hope he reconsiders.

Aw man, I'm really sorry to hear that man...fukkin cancer...I've never hated anything more. That's funny, cause I was just thinking yesterday that I consider this show damn near perfect television except for one HUGE blemish.
