  1. It has become quite evident that the Bills draft players to fill a hole that they, themselves, create by not re-signing their own. It never fails. We draft McKelvin just to let Greer walk. We draft Whitner because we let Lawyer walk. We draft Lynch because we let McGahee go. We draft McGahee so that we can let Henry leave. We draft Poz because we let Fletcher go. The list goes on and on. It's a never ending cycle that keeps the Bills' progress stagnant. That's why we're always 7 and 9. This team will never get better if we don't keep our own and use the draft to supplement the talent that's already on the roster. So, who will we draft? Will it be a DE because we plan on releasing Kelsay or Schobel next year? Will it be a DT because we don't expect Stroud to stick around? Anybody know whose contract is up next year?
  2. I knew it...and for that price? Good riddance!!!
  3. This would make me very happy!! I'll give 'em our second round pick right now!!
  4. Coles will not be a Bill. Cincy lost their best receiver. They are in desperate need of a WR.
  5. We must hit on the vast majority of our draft picks.
  6. Sounds like he fits the bill. No pun intended.
  7. Uh Oh!!! I think I know how this is going to end up.
  8. I see your point and I agree, but you can't pass up a receiver like Crabtree. There are no guarantees in the NFL Draft, but Crabtree is close.
  9. I'm a realistic Bills fan, my hopes are never up.
  10. True, but Youboty can't be counted on. He's always injured. Besides, McGee will be gone after this season anyways.
  11. For a seventh? That would be a steal.
  12. The winds in Buffalo play pass defense anyways...That's why I can't stand the Tampax 2 defense. It's unnecessary in Buffalo. November and December weather doesn't allow most teams to throw deep. I, for one, wouldn't mind Roy Williams.
  13. I'd like to think I am one of the biggest Bills fans in the world and I had that same exact response to that tragic play. The thing is, it wasn't one of those laughing at the team kind of laughs. It was more like the, I can't believe what just happened, not again, OMFG, hysterical kind of laughs that the Bills and only the Bills can supply. It was both sad and funny.
  14. We need a wild card pick for Crabtree to fall to us. This is one possibility. 1. Det-QB Stafford 2. STL-OL Smith 3. KC- LB-Curry 4. SEA-DT BJ Raji 5. CLEV- CB Jenkins 6. CIN- OL Monroe 7. OAK-DE Orakpo 8. JAX-OL Oher 9. GB-DE Brown 10. SF- QB Sanchez 11. BUF-WR Crabtree This can happen!
  15. It would help our chances if Cincy took Coles. Just as many teams need offensive lineman as well. As many as four can go in the top ten.
  16. Every year someone falls out of the top ten in the NFL draft. This year I believe it will be Michael Crabtree because of the injury. If that does happen, Buffalo will luck themselves into a great situation if they do indeed take Crabtree with the 11th. I pray that this happens, because if it does, Coles will be an after thought.
  17. I agree. Coles would be a perfect fit for the Bills. We only need Coles to perform well for two seasons. By then, Hardy and Johnson should be ready to go.
  18. There are plenty of good offensive line free agents. We're just not signing the right guys.
  19. Well, it is a well known fact that Stroud wanted out of Jacksonville because they wouldn't re-work his deal. He even went as far as stating that "the Bills would want to approach HIM for new deal after they see him play". So take that FWIW. Why don't you just write my posts for me and I'll just sign on to it?
  20. Hey, 2 mill per win is much better than $2 million per SACK!!! Cough, cough Kelsay!!!
  21. I'm back. The problem is, Buffalo is still sleeping.
  22. What up Lucky?!!!!! Old school Buffalo boyz in the house!!!
