MLB did everything in their power to make sure no one cared about the Expos. They killed a good franchise. Considering how Buffalo lost the NBA Braves, I would think people here would have some sympathy.

In Bill Belichick's new book, there is discussion about Drew Bledsoe. Contrary to his public "team guy" persona, Drew was doing a lot of bitching about losing his starting job. He felt that Belichick and OC Charlie Weis lied to him. Apparently Drew had issues with Weis before that.
Fast forward to the Bills head coach search. Do you think that Bledsoe may have nixed Weis, and maybe even Romeo Cronell, as a Bills coach?

Promo The Oracle sees all...knows all!
J.P. Losman will return to practice Nov. 1. The Bills will be 2-5 by then, but the Bills win 2 of their last 3 games against Miami and Arizona, causing Bledsoe fans to point that their guy is starting to turn the corner.
Losman will need at least two weeks to prepare, so Bledsoe will start against the New York Jets at home, and lose another one.
Losman will make his debut against New England in Foxboro, sparing Drew the indignity. The Bills lose that game too, but put up a good fight. Bledsoe fans claim that proves it's not Drew's fault.
Losman continues to start, and wins his RWS debut against the Rams. Bills are now 3-7. Bledsoe fans argue Rams played mostly second-stringers on defense.
After losing in Seattle, the Bills led by J.P. Losman, go on a tear and win the last 5 games against Miami, Cleveland, Cincinnati, San Francisco, and Pittsburgh. The Bills finish with a record of 8-8. By now, Bledsoe fans have given up defending Drew.
J.P Losman finishes the year as the undisputed starter. Drew Bledsoe announces his retirement. Travis Brown is resigned once again by the Bills. The O-Line actually does start to play better, or at least looks that way with Losman starting. Mullarkey begins to hit his stride as a head coach. Tom Donahoe saves his job.

The Washington Neo-Cons?
The Washington Crack Whores?
The Washington Not-The-Orioles?
The Washington Third Strikes?
Just a few suggestions.

I don't believe starting McGahee over Henry will make much difference as long as #11 is handing the ball off. To me it's rearranging the deck chairs while the Titanic sinks.

I live in New England so I see the Patsies play every week. There is a great deal of denial, either from unfamiliarity, or just wishful thinking, about how good they really are. The fact is New England is the best-coached team in the league, with a QB who sees all of the field and rarely makes mistakes bad enough to lose a game. Their defense may give up yards in the midfield, but are very stout in the red zone, with a fantastic turnover ratio.
And you have the Bills who have a pretty good defense, yet still give up the big play. And an offense that...well, let's just say we have an offense. The only way the Bills win, with Bledsoe playing the game, is if the Pats bus gets lost on the way to the stadium.

This is a loaded question. It's meant to suggest anyone who believes in a constitutional separation of church and state, where all religions are treated equally, is some kind of god-hating devil worshipper. The question should be: "Do you feel government should or should not sanction official religious activity?" because that what prayer in school is.

Ignoring the O-line is bad...but trading for Bledose may be mistake ONE! Was he still wearing pants after he made that deal?

3-2 Bills. Rian Lindell goes 1 for 4.

Does it seem like there is a record number of stinker teams this year? Miami, Arizona, San Diego, and Tampa Bay all look as bad, if not worse than us.

Howard Simon mentioned the Oilers comeback game where Don Beebe caught a ball after stepping out of bounds. He should have been ineligible.
I can't think of any other major examples.

"Repo Man" starring Emilio Estevez, produced in 1984 by Pacific Arts, ownde by Michael Nesmith of the Monkees. Very strange and darkly funny.
These is a very subtle joke about product placements in movies...because they couldn't get any placement deals, every product in this movie is a white-and-blue-label generic product. Everything is called "BEER" or "BEANS" or whatever.

If it's more of Drew-as-usual, you bet your a$$ he should get pulled. But will he? That depends on how big a pair Coach M has in his BVDs. If he does, then that tells me he's his own guy. If not, then the Bills have TD's lapdog for a coach.
One thing I know for sure...the Patriots told their team that the guy who knocks Drew out of the game gets a big fat FINE! They are counting on the Bills being stupid and leaving Drew in. They want Drew in, and so does every team we play.

I don't understand this statement. Like Shane Matthews can be worse that Drew Bledsoe? Are we going to score any fewer points? Give up any fewer sacks? The only reason Shane Matthews is not an option, is because the Bledsoe apologists and Tom Donahoe will look even more foolish if the Bills weree to start winning.

The Bills say they have no choice but to play Drew Bledose because there are no other options. Are they saying that if Shane Matthews were to start, the offense would be ineffective and the Bills would lose? As opposed to what we get with Drew Bledsoe now?
I worry this is all about TD saving face, rather than winning football games in Buffalo right now. If the Bills were to start winning with a junkheap QB like Shane Matthews, TD would look like an even bigger fool.
Sorry, after 22 some weeks of "we have to get better..." they 'aint gettin' better. I wish the Bills would stop insulting the fans with these BS post-game quotes.

If it's a team sport, and Bledsoe's a team guy, why doesn't he sit his a$$ down and let Shane play?
PTR

I will probably say one of the following...
"Good thing Drew got injured, or else Shane Matthews might not have won the game for us."
"The entire Patriots team fell over Niagara Falls?? What are the odds??"
"Does it hurt when those monkeys fly out of your rear end?"

The Patriots and Ravens could eat some bad oysters before the game...no, that's a movie I saw once.
Seriously, what do you really expect will happen between now and then that will make the Bills suddenly play better?

Bledsoe? Done!

Tuned in the middle of this conversation:
1) TD not under pressure yet...but will be if this keeps up.
2) Blame TD for trading for Bledsoe when he didn't have the O-line to block for him.
3) Bills blew it not checking the charecter of Mike Williams before drafting him. King was trying not to say it outright, but he was insinuating that Mike Williams is a tortured individual who hates playing football, and only shows up for the paycheck. Refered to Mike "...having 900 guys hanging off him." Not defenders, but people mooching off him. Also said Mike shows up to work "...asking if his check was deposited yet?' He wasn't clear if that was an actual quote.
He did say unequivicaly that Williams is killing Bledsoe and the Bills. So why is he playing? Becuase he's a #4 overall pick! If he were some FA walk-on, he'd be long gone.
