That was a playoff game & the first playoff game ever at Ralph Wilson Stadium. That is a little different then a meaningless game played bny a bunch of bills that probably will not even be on the roster next year.
How different was it on Jan. 3, 1993 when they played Houston in the wild card game?

Taking players with character issues seems to be our preferred course of action the past couple of years:
Marshawn Lynch (Hit and Run, Reefer and Gun) Taken before the issues.
James Hardy (Gun) Taken before the issues.
Ko Simpson (He's worth millions) Taken before the issues.
Donte Whitner (Tasered by police) Taken before the issues.
Corey MacIntyre (Wrongly accused, but still) Taken before the issues and an absolute reason why your post should have no further credibility.
And now we sign the dirtiest player in the NFL?
Corrected!
You're welcome, I know you wouldn't want facts to get in the way!

Well...this is a day that we should all try our best to forget!
Part of me thinks that if she paid to see that game, she has already done her time!
We all have a free mulligan after that one.
That game really, really, really sucked!

What if they have purchased the NFL Sunday Ticket?
Still blacked-out!
In fact I believe if a bar does show a game when it is blacked-out and they are caught they get a fine in the range of $250,000.

Cowher, Holmgren (who is not on the list) then Shannahan would be my top choices and in that order.

I hope we lose. I want DJ fired and Fewell to take over. Not that I want Fewell to coach next year but maybe without Skeletor Fewell will make some changes. I want to see Maybin at OLB the rest of the way. If they fired DJ before the bye he could have had two weeks to prepare for the switch. I want to see AVP open it up the way everyone thought it was going to be when they signed TO. I want to see if there woudl be any change in philosophy with DJ gone. Mostly I want to see if Trent can play in a more aggressive offense. If he can not then the franchise is doomed for another 3 years...
You're a non-true fan!
I always feel better watching the Bills win rather than lose and I think that unless the Bills make the playoffs (LOL), then both DJ and the FO will be changed in the offseason.

I'm dying to see the happy ending to that one. Not to nitpick (but I am), if any one of those catastrophes happened on Earth it would be all over for the rest of us from the shock wave alone. There would be no escaping in a plane. Game over.
PTR
Great, there goes my life saving plane idea...DOH!

the problem with london he's 5'5" and is very disadvantaged in coverage. with that and being a free agent and wanting big bucks it wasn't a bad move not to resign him. although i do like him against the run
Or he is 5'10" and still has difficulty on coverage against WRs and some TEs.

I love it...
Under first-year coach Eric Mangini, the Browns are 1-6 this season and have scored four offensive touchdowns in 81 possessions. Cleveland's defense is the league's worst.
Yeah!!!!
The Bills don't suck the worst!

I've got connections...here you go, the new van!

Too bad it wasn't halloween, maybe these two guys would have a chance explaining themselves....NAH!

Uh, your buddy Ralph does the same thing. Just sayin'.
Uh actually, I believe it was reported that Ralph was very upset when he found out TD was banning certain signs and was having people ejected if they snuck them in.

I asked the magic 8 ball in my signature if the Bills were going to win today and the reponse was "yes definately".
Good enough for me GO BILLS!

Sounds a lot like a sports organization I love.

"I don't want to talk to you, no more, you empty-headed animal, food trough wiper. I fart in your general direction. You mother was a hamster and your father smelt of elderberries."
I could say this to countless in the Bills organization!

Well, look, I already told you. I deal with the g*ddamn customers so the engineers don't have to!!
I have people skills!!
I am good at dealing with people!!! Can't you understand that?!?
WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE?!!!!!!!
I'd like to move us right along to a Dick Jauron. Now we had a chance to meet this young man, and boy that's just a straight shooter with upper management written all over him.
-
thats an off season thing. no way ralphie pulls that off 5 games into the season when he had no idea of axing jauron coming into this
But then again if I were Ralph I would be thinking I need to change this up ASAP and let the rebuilding begin!
Fans would love the dramatic move. It might actually help us win a few extra games just from better clock management and the end of game decision making process and season ticket sales would jump UP next offseason...DOH!
What am I thinking! I do not think that this type of decision can be made by this ownership????? We will probably hear that Jauron will be back next season. He was dealt an unfair hand with numerous injuries etc...

The line sucks that is Trent's problem. There weren't many opportunities for him to throw in the middle without someone getting thrown back in his face. I am also willing to bet that Trent tries to get away from the Blitz due to the state of the line play. That is why you see Roll out plays.
Trent isn't hte issue. I see him looking down the field but he needs more time to throw. It's either take a sack or throw a check down. It's kinda hard to get into any kind of rythm as a QB or offense when you are on your back every 4 throws or so.
The best QB's in the league also have the best Olines in the league. If you don't believe go and look at the player's stat lines for QB hits, Hurries, and Sacks.
You must be watching the Bizzaro world Bills games!
Edwards will not throw down field, constantly checks down, stares down his receivers telegraphing every throw to the defense and I could go on and on.....
Edwards IS 1 of many problems.

GO BROWNS!
NO!

Cheering against the Bills is where I draw the line. There is no way I cheer for the Bill's opponent. The only time I came close to thinking about that was not really cheering for the other team, but that the Bill's would get a higher draft pick and maybe just happen to lose a game or two late in the season when it did not matter.
Sure we could do better at HC, but not if it means just another set of seasons in a long line of rebuilding projects with a coach no better than DJ.
NO!
-
Yes. We should go after Vince Young and Brady Quinn also. Put those 3 guys in a steel cage with Trent and the last man standing gets the job.
I definately would have preferred to watching that this past Sunday instead of that "show" the Bills put on!
In fact there have been many weeks in the past decade that I would have preferred it.

So you're suggesting he sell now and pay 15% cap gains on the team a team worth what $800 mil with a cost basis of $25K (that's over $127 mil in taxes) when if a trust is the beneficiary it gets a step up in basis to CMV then the can be sold for zero cap gains? Would love to hear your nitty gritty.
Meh...what's $127 these days?
Wasn't there an exception for the estate tax in the 2010 tax year with no estate taxes but on that year only?
Patriots-Bills to be blacked out in Western New York?

Isn't Sorgi out for the year? It might be Drew Willy(sp) from UB playing.
