Maybe letting JP open it up a little bit is a good thing!
Pass protection has been excellent!!

I'm sorry but has the TD reign of terror warped your head into thinking that it takes 5 years to build a NFL team?
While we have had to sit through a mind numbing 7 years to see our team return to the playoffs it by no means is the norm in the NFL.

Awesome?
He's a !@#$ing idiot!!!
Right up there with face & body-painting and puking on the beer bus.
It's kinda cute when you're 16 and rooting for you high school team, but his turd is a few years past what should have been his graduation year.
Makes me embarrased for myself and fellow Bill's fans.
Funny because what you're saying "Makes me embarrased for myself and fellow Bill's fans."

Yes they are fun to watch or I would not watch. Like the Bears game. When it was 20-0 I stopped watching. Note to Krazycat: IF YOU DON'T LIKE SOMETHING STOP DOING IT. See it is simple. If you do not like to watch the bills turn on another game.
Your words mean nothing to me after reading these two posts....WEAK!

I think that anyone who gets this worked up about opinions about a football team is an idiot.
I have gotten upset with some personel moves and some of TDs antics when he was running OBD. I really hate to watch the team perform poorly, but I never get upset about anyone elses opinions about this team. I think some people have no clue sometimes but I respect their right to their clueless opinions.
Grow a set son, then you can enjoy your time here.

I would be shocked if someone doesn't pick him up. He already has his pay from Buffalo and i definately see him willing to play on the cheap for a team w/ a good shot at the playoffs and SB.

I'm not going to say that I think JP is on the same level as Ben, he's not at this point in his career. I will say though that if you hold JP to the standard you stated above, "If his play / numbers can't stand up for themselves, he shouldn't be in there!", then you should hold Ben to the same standard. Is it time for the Steelers to bench Ben?
I personally think that it would be a mistake to bench Ben, just as I thought it was a mistake to bench JP last year. Sometimes it is in the long term interest of a team to ride rough times out with the players they have picked to lead them for years to come rather than compromise the long term for a minimal short term gain.

Thank God!
A little too close for me.

This poll definately is lacking a 4th option!
-
AND 8 league rushing titles in 9 seasons
AND a ridiculous 5.2 career yard per rush average
AND a record 5 seasons leading the league in total yards
AND one 5 TD game
AND 4 games w/ 4 TDs
AND 1,000 or more yards in 7 of 9 seasons (back in the 12 game season days)
AND the first player to reach 100 rushing TDs in a career
AND he never missed a game in his career
Yeah, he was okay.
BIG WHOOP!!!!
So he was the best running back ever......
AND I don't see how anyone can really argue that point!

I'm stunned!
My thoughts and prayers go out to the two families and especially the children who are sure to be devestated by this.

Terrence on the opening kick off of the game!

We will be in big big big trouble if JP only manages 2200 yds this year, that is only 137 yds/game.
I hope we see something more like this:
3600 yds passing = 225/game
24 TDs = 1.5/game
16 INTs = 1/game
480 yds rushing = 30/game
4 rushing TDs
6 fumbles
On a side note I would like to see McGahee reach 1400 yds rushing and 400 yds receiving.
If both JP and Willis produce doable #s like above we will be plesently surprised by this season.

That's what happens when you have to share the spotlight with Brady Quinns sister. Good thing he doesn't have to play with Bruschi!

Defense???
If the Bills can figure out how to stop the run this will be a pleasant game to watch.
