  1. Who would be significant upgrades for us? I'd like to see 1 top notch FA OGs and 1 top notch OT. It may be addressed in the draft but we obviously need DT help so a top notch FA DT would be nice. I'll be the 1st to admit though that I don't know the majority of these players potential. 2006 FA OGs Player Type 2005 Team Bob Hallen UFA Chargers Corey Hulsey UFA Raiders Fred Weary UFA Texans Grey Ruegamer UFA Packers Jonathan Goodwin UFA Jets Kris Dielman RFA Chargers Kyle Kosier UFA Lions Montrae Holland RFA Saints Ray Brown UFA Redskins Reggie Wells RFA Cardinals Scott Kooistra RFA Bengals Sean Mahan RFA Buccaneers Stephen Nea UFA Patriots Steve Hutchinson UFA Seahawks Terrence Metcalf UFA Bears Tom Nutten UFA Rams Toniu Fonoti UFA Vikings Tutan Reyes UFA Panthers Tyrone Hopson UFA Lions Vince Manuwai RFA Jaguars 2006 FA OTs Player Type 2005 Team Adam Haayer UFA Cardinals Anthony Clement UFA 49ers Barrett Brooks UFA Steelers Barry Stokes UFA Falcons Bob Whitfield UFA Giants Chad Slaughter UFA Raiders Courtney Van Buren RFA Chargers Ephraim Salaam UFA Jaguars Ethan Brooks UFA Cowboys Jeff Backus UFA Lions John St. Clair UFA Bears Jon Runyan UFA Eagles Jordan Black RFA Chiefs Kevin Barry UFA Packers Kevin Shaffer UFA Falcons L.J. Maybe someone else will have better luck with it. Special thatnks to Johnny Coli for the link from another thread.
  2. My fingers are crossed. edit: or more accurately my crossed fingers are on the clock.
  3. Can he possibly think about not declaring for the 06 draft? Don't forget the 07 CBA will probably have minimum rookie signing bonus stipulations.
  4. WOW! That kid made a statement tonight! My hat off to him, very impressive!
  5. I agree. Free agency has been our problem. Specifically our willingness to spend money on linemen.
  6. I think that you have made an astute observation nodnarb. However I think TD was going to be fired, especially after the way Ralph commented about the removal of the protest signs at the stadium. I wasn't completely convinced that MM had to go, just that he needed an OC who would do the play calling in 06. I did agree with TDs removal and I did wonder just who was it that was going to replace him. If the rumors are true and Marv is coming in as the new GM I doubt it was done with the idea of having him fulfill that roll for the next 5 years. I think that if Marv and Modrack can beef up our lines then MM will have a better than 50/50 chance of proving he is HC material. Thus he would have a better than even chance to be allowed to finish his contract here and perhaps beyond. That said, if Marv is here more than 2-3 years in anything more than an advisory role I would be shocked. Unlike some I have not completely given up on the 06 Bills yet. 1. We will get a new OC. 2. We will have a new GM. 3. We will have beefed up our lines by the start of training camp next year, with top notch FAs and a good draft. BTW if number 3 doesn't come true disregard any optimism I may have had in this post!
  7. I really tried to read this long run on paragraph... let me repeat
  8. Wasn't Haz spotted at 2 Buffalo restaurants durring lunch today? At least according to another unnamed MB.
  9. Ralph said that whoever is the GM they will not be looking over MMs shoulder. That if we were to lose the 1st couple of games next year he didn't want to have MM worry about losing his job.
  10. Here is the message I get from real networks when loading up the PC rtsp://rx-wes-sea67.rbn.com/farm/*/nfl/nfl/open/bills/live/mularkey.rma
  11. WGR is reporting Marv has landed at Prior Aviation at 4:30 today. They also mentioned a PC at 5:30. I haven't read anything about a PC, anyone else?
  12. LOL you are a crazy dingo. My dog told me.
  13. Could it be that the Bills have offered the GM and HC duties to a HC currently under contract with another team? I know that teams can hire away coaches from other teams if they are offering a promotion even if they are still under contract. This could be a Jeff Fisher scenario. I have never been a big proponent of 1 person taking on the duties of both GM and HC, but if it brought us Fisher I might warm up to the idea. Just a thought.
  14. I got 1 error durring the PC. It said something about a flooded server.
  15. Didn't Mularkey take over the play calling in week 4 or 5? If so Clements being gone was a given.
  16. Actually he said that Modrack will NOT be the new GM. That he will remain the ast GM and will be in Buffalo a lot more.
  17. I think that he was joking about that. It was in reference to the questions from Sullivan, Ralph impliedthat because of his shenanigans he would have to move up to 120.
  18. That was Sullivan that kept interupting Ralph, and Ralph called him out for it. He said Sullivan is going to have a field day with all this and it was no wonder that he was in the front row. He also hinted that it was Sullivan who had him thinking of 120mgs of the prozac.
  19. I think the 100 and 120 mg dose comments were a joke directed at Sullivan.
  20. Actually I think he said 20mg.
  21. Decisions on GM could be made within hours.
  22. Sounds like MM is a 50/50 at best to stay. He did say MM did as good a job as possible with a rookie QB.
  23. Ralph is busting on Sullivan.
  24. Ralph making jokes about prozac, he doesn't want to lose them?????
