  1. I'm all hopped up on Mountain Dew!
  2. From a local standpoint, that would make her extremely popular here in WNY, but using $200,000 to purchase the remaining tickets is absurd, no matter what worthy cause she donated to. That decision would derail her presidential ambitions before they ever got off of the ground.
  3. "Steering wheel, where Mama hides the Airbaaaaaaaags!"
  4. With Power Point slides and Credit Reports on all the assistants he is going to hire.
  5. You are probably right. Voting rights should also be limited to taxpayers, but unfortunately, that will never happen.
  6. I admit that I did see "The Departed", but that is it for Leo flicks. Leo is on my "People ACor58 would like to punch in the face if he had a chance" list.
  7. All you have to do is "Tell Leonardo DiCaprio what simple steps we can take to combat global warming" http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_y...35AA87U7M&fr=hp
  8. I remember hearing about what a sweetheart deal that the Brown family got. Especially since the team was not winning, attendance was still down and he was not doing anything to improve the team (i.e. they were still well below the salary cap.) The politicians and the extremely wealthy always win.
  9. Schoebel Moorman McGee Parrish
  10. If a new stadium were to be built, and the team were to generate more revenue, I think the stadium should be built off of the Thruway near Batavia. This would essentially double the size of the metro area to draw from (Buffalo and Rochester), making it much easier to sell suites, and would draw additional fans from Syracuse as well.
  11. Yeah, except that Ted Cotrell is not the Defensive Coordinator in Minesota. Mike Tomlin is. Cooincidentaly, they are running the Tampa 2 with the ideal Tampa 2 Defensive Lineman. His name is Pat Williams.
  12. "They know he's going to come and blitz [leaving corners on an island] on third down, and none of our blitzes are getting there anymore." Remember how hard it was for our Defense to stop someone on 3rd down. Even the 2004 Defense has trouble with that.
  13. You are probably right
  14. If it is someone from outside the region then we are screwed. From a business standpoint they could: A.) Leave the team in the oldest stadium in the league in an are with an ailing economy that cannot sell out all of its home games or luxury boxes. B.) Move to L.A., or any other city that is willing to build a free stadium with tax payers dollars, in a better economy, with gauranteed sell outs for at least 10 yrs and a significantly better revenue stream to help me actually gain a return on my $750MM to $1B investment. Hmmmm.....

  16. I am personally against fans wearing their teams gear to another stadium if their team is not playing. That is almost as bad as having your own last name put on your favorite teams jersey. But that is just me.
  17. I was skeptical and not sure what kind of a pro that he would turn out to be, but thus far, he has been everything as advertised and more.
  18. I see your point, but if the Packers or the Browns can sell out every game the Bills should too.
  19. You should take it up with your boss. Nevermind, according to Jerry Jones he is a Cowboy's fan.
  20. Why build a stadium with less seats, so the team can make less money?
  21. I should rephrase. The Jags game was the first to be blacked out.
  22. All you need to know is that the Jags game was the first non sell-out of any NFL team and the Chargers was the 2nd. But Bills fans are the best in the league.
  23. I am not trying to crucify anyone. I live in Rochester and only go to 3 to 4 games per year. I just think that the whole "Buffalo has the greatest fans in the league" statement is a bunch of crap. I don't care about the economy. I don't care about the teams record. I don't even care about the Sabres bandwagon. If Buffalo fans truly are the best in the league then every home game would be sold out.
  24. (Plenty of Tickets out there)
  25. If that happens (from Lee's standpoint) he should fire his agent.
