  1. We know enough to know when we get bounced every year that it's time for a change. Great teams have done it in the past and won titles. It might be what we have to do as well. Or we can continue to waste Josh Allen in his prime and run the excuse that " it's hard to win in the NFL" while we have some noodle armed QB running the show when Josh retires. Let's not forget that this is the same coach tgat thought it was best to start Petterman in a playoff game. Then bring him back tge next season as well.
  2. Just because he beats the Chiefs in the regular season means squat if he cant beat them when it matter the most. If, and I hope a big IF we lose on Sunday, then that will be 3- different teams that came into our house and sent us packing for the season. I dont care if we lose our division and get in as a WC and get to the SB. I personally would want him gone if we at least got to One SB, win or lose, just get to One. It would at least show progress and give many of us hope that we can get there.
  3. Because he has also won SB's dude with the team that he is a coach of! Technically his defense is the reason that they have only 1 loss this year. It definitely aint because the offense was outstanding this year. McDs defenses have never won a SB. Ever!
  4. Good stuff, and you backed it with statistical facts.
  5. I wouldnt call McD average for sure. But just because he is not average, doesnt make him a great coach, or w winner. McD has strengths, but I fear he's peaked and we are what we show every year. Good enough to get to the dance, but always fall short. Sometimes a change is needed to get over the mental part of it all, which is why I believe that we lose where we lose every year now for the last 3 years.
  6. Nope! It just means that we are not complacent with things the way they are. There are many that feel like if McD left, we would go back to Rex Ryan or worse and that is not the case. However, I am not too sure how much I trust Terry P to hire the right guy either. I look at it like Dungy in Tampa. Great guy, good coach, but couldnt take them to the next level, so Gruden came in and won it all. For those that watch the NBA, it would be a similar situation for Golden State with Mark Jackson, Steve Kerr took the same exact squad to the finals and won it all. Gruden is still available BTW!
  7. A win is a win and under these circumstances I will gladly take a 1-point win on Sunday. If we lose by 1- depending on how and why we lose, I will be the "Time to start looking" train. If we get blown out at home, in the elements that benefit us more than them, then I will be with the "Fire Him" masses. Not too many on this board feel this way, but many Bills fans nationwide feel like this.
  8. With that kind of Cold, I am positive that it will affect our guys as well. Offense and defense.
  9. Cold affects both teams, but it will affect them more imo. We just cant come out believing that they wont be prepared for it. Their goal is to hit us in the mouth early and cruise with runs by Henry, their FB and Lamar to burn clock. We just have to hit them hard, early and often to make them second guess playing that smash mouth style that they are accustomed to. Get a 2- score cushion and dont play the soft zone once we do get a lead. I dont personally believe that they are going to run heavy in the beginning. They know that we are hyper focused on stopping the run, so they are going to go pass heavy early.
  10. The disrespect and over confidence by the Ravens fans, and their current and former players is getting out of control. I want to beat them worse than we've ever beaten anyone. Not even Cincinnati was talking this much trash about playing us, even though they were when they played and beat KC! KC fans on the other hand have every reason to be confident playing us at their house in the playoffs. They've beaten us there numerous times.
  11. 24-20 BILLS! I see Knox as our special weapon for this game. Knox will have some big grabs in this game that move the chains and keeps Baltimore's defense on the field. Keon will have several big drops due to the cold. Lamar will go down at some point and we will see long, heavy running by both teams which will kill the clock and keep the score low.
  12. I respect it too! Im tired of these guys hugging and smiling with each other game after game. Some of the trash talk that the Ravens are doing is rejuvenating. It makes the game more interesting. I miss the competitive NFL, similar to the old NBA where the Pistons hated the Bulls and they showed it on and off the court.
  13. Point taken my fellow poster. I hope and Pray that we get to Lamar often and our DE's, or whoever it has to be keeps him contained. I dont think the Ravens can beat us with just Henry. If we score often, we should be able to pull out the win. If we beat the Ravens, i like our chances of beating KC in KC.
  14. I know that we would not have overspent on Von if we had hit our DE draft picks. That much I can see with your eyes!
  15. Asante Samuel Jr. ,Creed Humphrey, Nico Collins, Amon-Ra St. Brown are just a few that add much value that were taken well after him.
  16. Your still ignoring that I mentioned like 3 other guys besides him as well. Lets talk about AJ, Boogie and Elam. I will stand by my JAG comment until he has a double digit sack season.
  17. So dont draft a DE there. He was a reach as it was and was projected to be a late second rounder from all of the experts as it was. I wont go through the long list of better players that were drafted after him that year.
  18. So lets continue to draft 8 sack or less guys and then overpay for a Von Miller type because the ones we draft havent panned out. Double digit sacks is a start. Leonard Floyd had better seasons than anyone of Rousseau or AJ. Heck, Kyle Vanoy who was sitting on a couch has had a better season then these 2 combined! Oh and BTW, there are 27 other players this year that had more sacks to answer part of your question. I never said 17 sacks is the standard, said double digit sack seasons.
  19. We need the to get Sacks! I dont care that they get close. When they do, the reason that they arent getting the sacks is because they whiff like I said earlier!
  20. I dont care who was drafted near him. It still doesn't change the fact that he is not worth a first. We have had to many JAGS drafted on defense within the 1st and second rounds that have done very little. I personally blame development . Cant be that every player we draft on the D-Line becomes this way.
  21. Because he hasnt generated a double digit sack total since hes been here and hes been here 4 years now. His best season he had 8 sacks. Thats pedestrian for a first round draft pick, who BTW wants to get paid big. Those numbers are actually pedestrian for any starting DE nowadays.
  22. Thats fair, but put Josh on SF, or KC, or Philly with the rosters that they had when they went to the SB and can you honestly still say that they dont win?
  23. His glaring weakness has been in-game management, as well as timeclock management. We continuously have these blunders like 10 players on the filed, timeouts being called at exactly the worst time, the list can go on. Hes been great at building team chemistry. I will give him pros where he deserves them, but i will not just look past the major issues that he has at the worst possible times.
  24. Heres one for starters - Jordan Pyer - "To be honest it might not have even been good enough to beat one of the top college teams at that time." 25. Its so rare that our DE's get even close to a QB unless he's held the ball for more than 5 seconds. When they do get back there they whiff like they are surprised that it even happened. Ive seen Von and AJ completely run by the QB numerous times.
