    I think its been a damn good defensive upgrade this offseason.. Coach them up and lets start getting to the QB taking them down and off the Damn field on 3rd downs. That right there makes this team much better.

    Palmer was something like 6th in his ability to separate. That's why we signed him. We need ALL our receivers to be better at separation, we have sucked at it for awhile now.

    What we need is something Palmer brings to the table,and that is separation. Some speed with that is great, but if we can get wr's who create space on a post then it can turn a 20+ yards pass into a 50. As for the deep ball, again a yard of separation would do wonders.

    I think you nailed it. His arm release isn't right to throw a deep ball. You need a little more "over the top" release on the ball. Can he do that? Sure. But for some reason he doesn't.

    Josh has improved on everything he has needed to up to this point. Why can't he correct his deep ball is an interesting question.
