Hope I’m wrong the US isn’t directly involved in the War in Gaza but Israel wants them to be. So they make a cease-fire and shower the US president with lots praise and flattery. then the ceasefire breaks, and they say “hey buddy, ’member us. YOUR ceasefire isn’t holding up, cause of Hamas.” Then suddenly the US is involved bombing Hamas to protect the ceasefire agreement.

That’s far from an impactful “giveaway” though because the plans on the marketplace completely suck everyone gets some subsidy but at an income like that they only qualify for qualified health plans not essential plans. The person you are describing is looking at a “bronze” plan, with a monthly premium well over $1,000 that doesn’t pay anything pre-deductible. And the deductible like $5,000 per person LOL so the person you are describing likely doesn’t really exist, as someone with that income would say “why bother” with such a ridiculous health option the problem is that ridiculous health option, is the same option for people who aren’t wealthy. what is interesting and fun about it? I think even just picking our battles for once would be a step in the right direction. for example, everybody is feeling the hurt with inflation. Could’ve been a great place for unity. the efforts should be put towards fixing that, not raising tariffs willy nilly that hurt that battle another example is RFKs crusade against Tylenol.
