None of them are coordinators with a scheme that they are masters of. That is what Allen deserves. They need a coordinator to come in who has a proven system, someone who is in demand. Those guys have called plays and that is not what I am talking about and none of them were really that great at it and that is why they are position coaches here essentially. This team went halfway in with a new philosophy. They needed more tight ends who can block. Last night we saw they are somewhere in between what they think they are and what they want to be. That is in part the knox injury and on the coaches. the offensive line played the whole game going backwards at the snap. That is an absurd way to play football in the nfl.

No they do not. They have joe brady who had no real success in carolina. They have no veteran proven former coordinators on this staff unless u count mike shula..who doesn't really have any responsibility. the rest are all positional coaches who may have been oc's for a short time in college. Buffalo has an elite qb...time goes fast and he will be retiring. The organization needs to have the best people around him.

why are there no other veteran experienced coaches on the staff? we have two of the few elite players in the league in allen and diggs. they deserve the same quality coaching.

mcdermott should be grilled and not let off the hook if this is not a catch. this is asinine for a vet coach to risk a timeout when it is 2nd down

mcdermott is ridiculous...why would u chance a timeout when it is 2nd down over 9 yards... this is not worth the gamble.

have u been watching the game? The bengals know they cant run and they are flooding everything short. This is the damn problem. They have not made them get out of that. Buffalo has made no plays down the field and can not run. Not to mention the terrible field position Allen has to literally be super man in this situation, its a defensive coordinators dream.

why didnt we get a replay on the 2nd down play where it looked clear diggs was grabbed?

***** von miller is a liability...he just rushes straight past the tackle every damn time opening up huge lanes. miller has been a complete disaster and is money terribly allocated to a player with a great past and not much of a future

the ends just continually run to the outside shoulder of the tackles and just take themselves out of the play. how many times are they going to do this without changing it up and trying something else. I know it is coming out quick but geez.
