  1. Bengals are not just down 3 players... Right Tackle is a backup that played Guard horribly all last season. Right Guard is a new player waiver pickup from Texans. Left Tackle has played Guard the last 2 years was by far the worst blocker and a 3rd teamer. Left Guard is a 4th Round Rookie. Bills should win this game easily.
  2. You guys know that the Ravens have a Top 2 defense right? Not to mention they played the Bengals 3 times this season. Are you suggesting that the Bills D is as good or better than the ravens?
  3. Burrow went to the SB in his first full year being the most sacked QB in the history of football and still led the PFF QB grades. I assume any QB is a bit worse with defenders in their face but Joe, Pat and Josh can all 3 handle it pretty well and none are average.
  4. The Ravens play an extended 2 high vs the Bengals every games since Burrow went for 525 yards. He is perfectly fine utilizing the short game. If the Bengals get a lead do not be too concerned as Zac will go to conservative mode, like he did tonight with 9 minutes left in the 4th. He keeps opponents in the game sometimes.
  5. I am responding to a bunch of unread comments directed at me. Why do you care? Are you Mr. Message Board Policeman? I have not broken any rules or been disrespectful. You can't handle a different point of view, take your purse and block me.
  6. My arrogance? Lol, everyone on this site treats the Bengals like 2nd class citizens as if last year was a fluke and luck.... I'm sorry you are so fanboyed that you couldn't see the Bengals offensive power vs the Bills defense. No doubt Josh would get his, but with the Bills not having over half their secondary the Bengals D would most likely get a couple more stops, a couple more FGs instead of TDs. You guys now have the home game and the neutral championship game, you almost have to go to the SB with all that. Why do you think we cant beat the Ravens? And I can easily tell you how Buffalo was most likely beat on Monday.
  7. When the league changes a rule on the books right before the playoffs that is not crying over spilled milk. Every person in the world watching that game, including many on this site, saw the Bengals winning that game, possibly big. Already depleted secondary, lost 2 more guys, and Tre can not cover Chase, WTH are they thinking? But Cincy has proven that they can win on the road, we will see. Bills got their 2nd round home game and neutral championship game, almost have to go to the SB with these circumstances.
  8. You keep going on about the Bengals-Patriots game, in which you obviously did not watch. The Bengals had everything go wrong that could and the Pats still only had ONE scoring drive. 2 INT's on the WRs, fumble, missed FG, Missed XP, TD called back, fumble TD called back, dropped bomb, 2 dropped TD passes, Pat's scored on pick 6 screw up and tipped Hail Mary. The Bengals sure didnt seem like they were taking the Bills lightly. But keep thinking the Bills will destroy the Bengals, you may end up like a whole bunch of Chiefs fans. Lose to the Patriots tomorrow I'll be here to say hi to you personally. The Bengals were taking the Bills chance at a #1 seed and would have the #2 seed. But Bills get the #2 and the Bills get a championship game on a neutral field. How you do you not go to the Super Bowl?
  9. McDermott gifted you guys the #2 seed and if you beat the Bengals, an AFC Championship at a neutral site. That's pretty amazing..... So what actually transpired? Per multiple sources who requested anonymity given the sensitive nature of the situation, Bengals players were informed by a member of the officiating crew that the game against the Bills would resume in 10 minutes. As one source explained it, Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow began throwing on the sideline after the Bengals noticed that Bills receiver Stefon Diggs was trying to get his teammates appropriately motivated to continue the game. As the Bengals prepared to continue to play, it eventually became obvious that would not happen. At least one player heard Bills coach Sean McDermott say that the Bills would not continue, even if it meant forfeiting the game. The Bengals were willing to accommodate the Bills. One player heard Bengals coach Zac Taylor offer to resume the game on Tuesday. Bengals players generally accepted the prospect of a one-day delay. But then the Bills left Cincinnati. Multiple Bengals players were confused by that development as it occurred. On one hand, they were sensitive to the situation involving Damar Hamlin. On the other hand, they fully realized the stakes of the game. They wanted to get it played. Bengals players were in the dark all week about the status of the game. They first heard that the game would be cancelled when the league announced it on Thursday night. Before that, they didn’t know whether they’d play the Ravens on Sunday or the Bills. Some thought they possibly would play the Bills on Thursday night. For the Bengals, it’s a touchy subject. They understand that a serious health condition occurred. But they also believe that they have been given a raw deal by the league, both by canceling a game they wanted to play and by changing the rules regarding playoff seeding. The Bengals could have secured the No. 1 or No. 2 by beating the Bills. Now, their best-case scenario is No. 2, if they beat the Ravens and if the Bills lose to the Patriots. Absolutely amazing that the league would change a rule on the books right before the playoffs.... https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2023/01/07/on-monday-night-bengals-were-told-game-will-resume-in-10-minutes/
  10. Good stuff. Hopefully our team uses this as more motivation. The lack of any respect from the league whatsoever is frustrating.
  11. We had just as much chance at the #1 seed as much as the Bills do now. We also controlled our own destiny for the #2 seed, we now need you guys to lose. It is not about "just win the games", it is the total ***** sandwich they rammed down the Bengals throats while gifting KC the #1 seed. I will say that the Bengals have their entire team in tact from last years playoff run on the road, with the exception of better olinemen - I believe we will be ok and I'd bet we are the last team the Chiefs want to see.
  12. I'm not over playing it, I'm a Bengals fan brother. LOL. I'm sure you saw it differently, but I am not dumb, I know Josh and Diggs could have come back at any time. I actually think we deserve the chance to bring you back to the Jungle....
  13. The division means nothing if the Ravens have a coin toss opportunity to play the first playoff game at home...? We lose the only benefit the division title offers, in fact we are more shafted as we could lose home field and have the #1's schedule next season... lol Correct, had we beat you guys and LV beat the Chiefs we had the #1 seed. Even without LV winning we hd the #2 seed winning the last 2. We lost every chance to control our own destiny for the top 2 seeds. I'm not sure any other team was shafted as much as the Bengals? I never said "#F***TheBills"
  14. Again you didnt watch either game. I have seen the Bills down but in total control of the game - the Bears game was way closer than it should have been going int other second half but there was never any doubt. We had a dozen miscues vs the Pats and put ourself in a bad situation. Bucs were tipping passes and runners were tripped by the white line monster in the 1st half but we never got the feeling oh no... until the very end of the Pats game.
  15. Our D played predictable as well, we have a great redzone defense - we are the epitome of bend dont break. But you guys ran us better than most to start the game.
  16. Umm, we also lost the ability to WIN both games too. This is the problem we are having with this solution, it seems to have been created to fit the scenario that the Bengals would have lost to the Bills and thus we were given these stipulations. Definitely more pissed about the Chiefs on our end as well.
  17. I was pretty clear in an earlier post that this was the view of our fans when the game ended, no doubt the Bills could have come back. The point is, we were given every scenario that could happen if we did lose the game, and we surely wasn't looking like it at the time. It's just not a fair solution.
  18. Yet we have more wins and 2 less losses than the Ravens, yet we were gifted? That makes no sense.
  19. The Ravens have 6 losses, fewer wins, in more home games and more games total. Dont try to make this look fair in any way. Bills were screwed some as well, but we were shafted.
  20. We are more pissed about the Chiefs, but the way the game was going many felt like we were in the drivers seat for our game. Of course Josh and this team could have come back but your defense wasn't looking good and losing players, we thought we had a great chance.
  21. Actually not. The Ravens needed us to lose to you guys AND them in week in 18. Now all they need to do is beat us this Sunday and a coin flip could give them home field. It is a joke.
  22. Probably but not but how are we the ones getting the absolute worst of this and KC getting the absolute best? We both beat them. We now have zero chance at the #1, we no longer control our destiny for the #2, and even with winning the division our 1st playoff game location could be decided by a coin flip... WTF
  23. No it wont the Ravens will get a chance at home field the next week. That is the shitshow. They did not have control of their destiny as to the AFCN crown.
  24. Who cares about not winning the crown if you get to play the first playoff game at home?
