So your response is "they started it". They're being "babies" so there? Did you stick your tongue out at me too? -

I really feel like he is basing everything off of listening for 3 mins. He even brings up that "the guys forgot about Josh Palmer". They didn't forget about Josh Palmer. Beane insinuated that they did in his rant. I really like Beane but he is being a little big childish about this (as are the wgr guys a bit) -

sorry wrong motion that's better. -
I'd love to see Josh in an everyone eats offense with the likes of Cinci's WR group. Why not spread the ball with better talent right!?

McBeane have both said comments like "we need to gain speed both horizontally, and vertically. They expressed disappointment in Coleman for how he handled coming back from his injury. To a degree they have even criticized Kincaid (not a WR I know) for strength and performance. They scrambled to find help at WR last season and it worked in that it opened up other players, but it failed in that we still had no separation and cooper (to this point) is not a consideration for resigning (lost a 3rd round pick). Beane did say he had WR on the board but lost out on drafting them yet still packaged picks together to move up for more defense. I am NOT arguing that the draft was bad or that they used the picks in the wrong side of the ball. I AM saying that I understand the side of this discussion that says we need help at WR. No one is wrong in thinking that and the same goes for those who think we're fine. BUT there is room for debate on both sides given the ques from the coaches. Telling us that we need speed and then a couple months later come back out with condescending comments like football isn't a track meet and this isn't fantasy football. Which is it? This is why this whole thing is so interesting to me. Mixed signals and then getting defensive on the part of the office. I hope the offense is as good and lucky with the turnover battle. I hope that McD gets back to the top of the league on defense. (He's been there before to the tune of no SB appearance) Regardless. This is our team. Go Bills!

Yep. I actually have no issues with the draft. defense has been an issue for sure. With this topic, I can see both sides for sure. I really don't think there is a clear right or wrong. Just 2 ideas. I hope they hit on a couple of these pics for sure. We've had a few top defenses under McD and still failed to get to the superbowl. I have hope though. as soon as I said "crash out" I regretted it. My bad. I work with kids all day long haha -

You're right. I heard a caller today break down some stats about Beane's average WR draft value and it was basically the fifth round. There is something up. He's said stuff like "football Isn't a track meet" and now he's comparing wanting a WR to football not being fantasy football as if anyone who wants simply to be better is doing it for selfish and mindless fantasy sports. Kind of condescending towards his own fam base. -

I hope it works out well for all involved. I remember a few years back when a lot of fans wanted him in the draft. -

Exactly. There's no way that I'd believe that Beane got on the horn and got on Moore in house that fast. This is what makes it even more odd that he crashed out on them. He was already doing what they were actually talking about. In essence he agreed with them that they need a little more help. Why not just say that ya know? I don't believe Beane had placed much value in the WR class this year. That's cool. -
I'm not a B/W kind of person. I think naturally it goes both ways on the radio. You're paid to talk for hours. Not everything said is going to be agreed upon by everyone. In this specific case they have been on the WR train for 2-3 years, so their view today is not hindsight IMO. I don't think they're wrong in wanting to have the best they can for Josh BUT Beane isn't wrong either for doing what he can with the picks he has. I don't truly think this was a make or break WR class. I don't blame Beane for not moving up to grab a dude. ( he already blew a 3rd for Cooper) but surely he believes Josh needs a little more help or Moore wouldn't be in for a visit. Anyway. This is a fun day and some fun conversation. I'm kinda happy this happened this morning.

No no no. It means whoever Cleveland's QB was last season was better than Josh Duhh -
This is not to argue or anything. I listen to the show daily on my drive to work. I honestly don't see anything they said as hindsight. They have been very proactive in their views of getting WR talent in the building. I believe what they have said has merit as I also believe what Bean said has merit. Tough conversations are fine to have.

Jeremy White and many Bills fans- Bills should want to be better at Wr BB- stop your crying. We were great last year. Forget that we scrambled to find a WR in season and gave up a 3rd because we couldn't get separation. And as a result still couldn't get separation. Bills fans- Yeah Go Beane!!! You tell em. Jeremy white sucks. Beane has Moore in for a visit following the interview Wait.....what!? reminds me of when my son gets challenged to clean his room. He argues with his mom that "the room is clean and she's nagging him". as soon as he gets off the phone with her, he runs upstairs and cleans his room. -
It supposedly was based off the end of the morning shows talk with Sal. Funny because Sal "understood" Jeremy's points and Sal is all in on anything the Bills do. No heat on Sal. Jeremy was right in saying that Beane only heard part of a conversation. It wasn't all crapping on the Bills. Jeremy's main take was "does. call out the same amount of prime assets into WR as other teams to. Do they regard the position as, say GreenBay. Teams who have a good WR room and yet still try to improve it. Anyways. beane was listening and then Boom here we are.

Is there an NFL team with a weaker WR group than the Bills?
Goin Breakdown replied to Pete's topic in The Stadium Wall
Nah, Your good! Conversation is awesome. It's just silly reading other people calling out posters because of difference in philosophy. -
Nor should they. Here's the thing that is said in this message board over and over. John Murphy- homer Tasker- Homer Brown- Homer Sal- Homer All team guys that will never critique the team therefore make it a hard listen. Now Jeremy and Joe have some critiques that have been shared by a large amount of Bills fans and all a sudden they're Bush league? Seems a little two faced on the part of some fans. ( not implying you ) there's no right or wrong here when it comes to team needs and how they fill them. It's philosophy.
