  1. the dems don't decide. the justice system does. personally, I hope he's convicted ASAP. As Littig said, we need two strong parties. R's won't be strong til he's gone. besides that, reportedly incarceration doesn't preclude him running. So jail and him winning the primary would be the daily double.
  2. Republican strategists see trouble https://thehill.com/homenews/senate/4144517-trumps-criminal-trials-prompt-gop-political-doomsday-alarms/ college-educated women.” “They have basically moved away from the Republican Party at this point and become a core part of the Democratic coalition,” he said. “That doesn’t mean they’re gone for good. With different candidates and a different appeal, I think many of them could come back to the Republicans. But Trump has driven away a great many college-educated women at this point.” At the same time, Republicans in competitive primaries need to be careful not to alienate Trump’s core supporters, who make up an estimated 30 to 40 percent of the GOP electorate. “If he is the nominee in 2024, he will be zero help. He’ll be a drag on the ticket, he will be a drag on Republicans, especially down-ballot Republicans,” said Brandon Scholz, a Republican strategist in Wisconsin, where Sen. Tammy Baldwin (D) is up for reelection.
  3. it's about a well know retired conservative federal judge saying this. not the network.
  4. Littig said almost the same thing but went further. "There is no Republican party" Coulter's a wench and wouldn't be saying such things if trump didn't disown her. But it's true.
  5. I would think forced subcutaneous birth control would be unpopular with MAGA's.
  6. Absolutely correct https://www.mediaite.com/tv/retired-conservative-judge-declares-american-democracy-in-grave-peril-because-there-is-no-republican-party/
  7. No,they did it because of the "Parental Rights Act" or some such thing. I will say that McBeth is scary but I've seen 3 little girls play the part of witches. Neither they nor their parents seemed to care.
  8. How is that a qualification to pontificate on abortion law? good thing you aren't kin to anyone in the early examples.
  9. They want law and order except when they don't.
  10. This literally means that he does not follow through... Shakespeare works have been around for centuries. Is it your belief that they perverted and injured children all those years and now need to be censored?
  11. No. Kinda like Carmel right? Been all over N Cali and San Diego- skiing, winery visits and family visits respectively.
  12. The answer is mountains. They have them in Cali too, I think. Tahoe is nice. As it gets hotter everywhere, I'd bet mountain property becomes much more valuable.
  13. idk, 4 equal seasons in Va seem pretty great to me. Fall and spring are my fav's
  14. what's really here? One of my best friends in college was from cali. called it the land of fruits and nuts...
  15. How many of the rulings against trump in the 2020 election were made by trump appointed judges?
  16. Liars and cheaters but stupid enough to put it on paper https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/live/2023/aug/09/trump-secret-memo-2020-election-indictments-biden-energy-live-updates Chesebro, identified as “co-conspirator 5” in the federal indictment of Trump, reportedly argued that the plan would focus attention on claims of voter fraud and “buy the Trump campaign more time to win litigation that would deprive Biden of electoral votes and/or add to Trump’s column”. He wrote in the memo: I recognize that what I suggest is a bold, controversial strategy, and that there are many reasons why it might not end up being executed on Jan. 6. But as long as it is one possible option, to preserve it as a possibility it is important that the Trump-Pence electors cast their electoral votes on Dec. 14. The document, described by prosecutors as the “fraudulent elector memo”, provides new details about how the plan originated and was discussed behind the scenes. The memo show the plan was a criminal plot to engineer “a fake controversy that would derail the proper certification of Biden as president-elect”, prosecutors said.
  17. How many more court cases about the 2020 election does he need to lose before you morons accept that he lost?
  18. just heard Mark Zandy (renowned economist) say that the rating drop is somewhat expected as the fed tightens the money supply to slow inflation. Banks can't lend as much, by design. So they make less money. The fed is trying to thread the needle and doing fairly well imo.
  19. yeah, fentanyl most likely. "cement a realignment to working class and a giant middle finger to corporate America". This is the part that I find delusional. trump's big tax break helped high earners and what they call "the investment class" immensely and gave the working class peanuts. He deregulated industry about as much as he could heaping dollars on corporate America... and this is the MAGA's conclusion. delusional.
  20. Red Ohio just proved it's not political capitol for R's.
  21. Wait. Did't you write that you are a molecular biologist that sells tech to professors at prestigious Universities in NC? Do you call your customers commies to their face? How do you mask the contempt, anger and resentment? Why do MAGA's need to lie and cheat all the time?
