It's a conspiracy of the MAGA morons. Now there's one I'm inclined to believe🤣. You and Lenny should get your heads together. You'd be dangerous....so the border, the economy and the green new deal aren't compelling reasons to want him out sooner? Oh, and the transexuals and filthy books on slavery that are available to kids in schools.... Good to know.

I read them and interpreted them. Your turn, Counselor. I don't have at hand one of those corny, silly, disparaging labels. That's your game, not mine. But as I said, the words meaning are self evident and clearly hearken to the 14th and the 5th (Umm he's a constitutional lawyer testifying on the constitutionality of the proceedings - u think he might be referencing the constitution?). Only a dummy😁 or liar could not recognize that.

He did say that....and it no way refutes my summation. It actually compounds it. You deceptively ignored the section of his statement that I highlighted which I will do again since you're being obstinate and vague. You've taken the L every time we've sparred. This is a knockout. But go ahead. Try to deceive the chorus... " I have previously expressed concern over the recent departures from the historical practices used in impeachment inquiries. Regardless of the outcome of this inquiry, I am hopeful that the House can restore important procedural and due process protections to these inquiries." 14 th Amendment Procedural Due Process “Procedural due process” concerns the procedures that the government must follow before it deprives an individual of life, liberty, or property. The key questions are: What procedures satisfy due process? And what constitutes “life, liberty, or property”? Historically, due process ordinarily entailed a jury trial. The jury determined the facts and the judge enforced the law. In past two centuries, however, states have developed a variety of institutions and procedures for adjudicating disputes. Making room for these innovations, the Court has determined that due process requires, at a minimum: (1) notice; (2) an opportunity to be heard; and (3) an impartial tribunal. Mullane v. Central Hanover Bank (1950). With regard to the meaning of “life, liberty, and property,” perhaps the most notable development is the Court’s expansion of the notion of property beyond real or personal property. In the 1970 case of Goldberg v. Kelly, the Court found that some governmental benefits—in that case, welfare benefits—amount to “property” with due process protections. Courts evaluate the procedure for depriving someone of a “new property” right by considering: (1) the nature of the property right; (2) the adequacy of the procedure compared to other procedures; and (3) the burdens that other procedures would impose on the state. Mathews v. Eldridge (1976). Aren't you a country esquire?

I guess you're not very curious in the classic sense. In the psych sense, indeed you are. I had to go all the way to page 4 in Turley's written testimony to find this. I listened to it so had to confirm it. took all of 5 minutes. Seems pretty succinct and self evident unlike your ramblings... In this testimony, I seek to offer a view of the “guardrails” for impeachment inquiries in seeking to establish whether impeachable conduct has been committed by a president. These guardrails are tighter than what past impeachments have allowed but reflect a more constrained view to limit this extraordinary power to the most compelling cases. I have previously expressed concern over the recent departures from the historical practices used in impeachment inquiries. Regardless of the outcome of this inquiry, I am hopeful that the House can restore important procedural and due process protections to these inquiries. It will demand something that is never easy for a majority, namely, voluntarily accepting limits on their own ability to impeach. However, the committees carrying out this inquiry could repair what I view as an erosion of best practices in the investigation of presidents. Most importantly, this process can assure the public that....

I'm not an ENT but it sounds like Eustachian tube dysfunction. You may need tubes in your eardrums like little kids get. You may need a sinus lavage which is not fun. You need to see an ENT. Try to find a board certified one from a good training program that friends recommend. Maybe 2 out of 3 of those characteristics... -
excellent. 10 years would be fine for recoup. 30 not so much cuz I doubt will be in this house (or maybe anywhere on earth). Do panels increase a homes value? I'm also thinking those payback periods are for panels that would be used continuously as a power source. There's a limit to storage, correct? I will say the contractor, I guy I've known for years, wasn't greatly surprised when I told him "I'll think about it. Thanks."

I used to linger on the site to get Bills insight from John Wawrow (sp?). He mentioned this band in a music thread. Still listening

yup. can take credit for 2 or 3 years after installation. So I think with all the credits brings it down to $14000. Is this cost about right in you experience? Love the idea of a generator but already have a propane tank and it's way cheaper in the short run, to use that to power one.

Thank you. obviously lots of knowledge. Do you think my project makes sense? I guess I could sell the electricity if not in use. We live in the woods but the array would be on an open hillside (unfortunately N facing). Would run a line up to the house.

We ballroom dance. I especially like latin, rhumba specifically. It's sexy. Neither of us are gay. but I've danced around gay people. no biggie. for the re3cord, I think Mraz is straight. He wrote this very anatomical song called "butterfly". Will say that DWTS needs a new costume designer. My wife called those "geezer pants....ridiculous" I'm taking a moment just imagining that I'm dancing with you I? m your pole and all you're wearing is your shoes You got soul, you know what to do to turn me on Until I write a song about you And you have your own engaging style And you've got the knack to vivify And you make my slacks a little tight You may unfasten them if you like That? s if you crash and spend the night But you don't fold, you don't fade You got everything you need, especially me Sister, you've got it all You make the call to make my day In your message say my name Your talk is all the talk Sister, you've got it all You got it all Curl your upper lip up and let me look around Ride your tongue along your bottom lip then bite down And bend your back and ask those hips if I can touch 'Cause they're the perfect jumping off point Getting closer to your butterfly
