First, this is the Republican party in name only. The R party is dead, for now. We need two reasonable parties for things to run right. We don't have them. Yes, they are disadvantaged. By their circumstances and genetics. But some deficiencies are self inflicted. There's a saying in the south: Don't rise above your raising. I passed the boards three times. Failed one test in my life: a practical identifying cellular abnormalities under a microscope. My father had died the week before and I missed all the classes on it and labs. Think I scored 32%. Still made honors by the end of the term. A little anxiety and exam OCD is a good thing ion medicine. It's almost a requirement.
