  1. Me too. And they are playing some fun soccer. What they did against Italy and France…WOW!
  2. Yup, that was amazing! This tournament has been really entertaining so far.
  3. Ahhh, yes. It's all ball bearings these days.
  4. By the way, what are the "noodle arm" and "deep ball" techniques that people keep talking about? I'm not familiar with these.
  5. Personally, I don't think ANY of these quarterbacks should be beating off in camp. They should save their strength. Although, I admit I'm curious to know how Trent manages with gloves on.
  6. That's maybe the weakest attempt to burn somebody on this. I clicked on it anyway.
  7. Happy Birthday!
  8. I can't listen to audio at work. Can anyone summarize what Sam had to say about JP or any other Bills topics?
  9. It's definitely a very ugly side of the game/business. When I see how greedy the players are and how greedy the owners are and how greedy the league is, I sometimes feel like it's my turn, as a fan, to hold out for a better deal. I wouldn't mind seeing more reasonable ticket prices, easier access to games on tv, less advertising… I think the millionaires sometimes forget who's really paying for it all. It's not like we as fans can ask for a refund when, for example, our team fails to make the playoffs for a decade!
  10. I can't watch videos at work, but can't somebody tell that crazy old man that you can't veto a beverage? Hey Senator, what's next? Let's give ginger ale the right to vote? Doesn't even make sense. It's like going to war against a concept. Crazy talk.
  11. Woo hoo! I'm a winner! I won't let you down. One condition though: crayonz gets to watch.
  12. She is hot, definitely. And Exile in Guyville earns here a billion cool points. However, I heard some new song of hers on the radio the other day and it was absolutely intolerable. As tepid as tepid pap can be. It was so bad that if she offered herself to me, I would have to refuse on principle.
  13. No way. I like Katherine Heigl too, but Gretchen is hot in her own right. Check her out in The Notorious Betty Page.
  14. Have you done this? My girlfriend and I were talking about famous people we think are hot. We each decided to pick three that we would be allowed to have sex with. I wasn't really prepared (basically I'd like to have sex with approximately 75% of all women between the ages of 18 and 45 that have ever been on television). So my best guess on short notice was… Gretchen Mol Ana Ivanovic Charlize Theron Seemed like a good list at the time, but already it seems random. By the way, my girlfriend picked… Gabriel Garcia Bernal Johnny Depp Trent Reznor (this one really disappointed me--I thought she could do better)
  15. Ok, I defer to your superior grammar knowledge. You are correct. However, you have been excessively severe in your rebuttal and so I must issue a curse against you: May you grow a trillion super-sensitive tastebuds upon your rectum. And an insatiable hunger for canned chili and genny cream ale.
  16. Whew! Just in time. I need to pick up some more boner pills. I haven't been able to throw the football through the tire swing lately. And when I try to jokingly splash water on my girlfriend's face, instead of laughing along with me and pulling me into the bedroom, she calls me an !@#$.

  18. Yours is an example of the more common usage, namely specific to words that sound alike. But it is acceptable to take the broader definition of pun, merely as a play on words. Accordingly, I am of the opinion that cincy's reply can legitimately be referred to as a pun.
  19. Yes, in the last stages of societal collapse, millions of out of work Western New Yorkers will be aimlessly wandering the streets with raging hard ons, in their pathetic Spikes and Bledsoe jerseys, mumbling, "Where's Dean? Whatever happened to Dean?"
  20. Lynch did it. Fled the scene. Somebody saw it. Cops know it. Commish waiting. Suspension to come. Bills 6-10. Jauron fired. Throw Trent on the heap of Never-Was Qb's. Depression descends on WNY. Canada takes our team. New Mexico takes our water. Gas prices go to $10/gallon. Society collapses. Dean is never heard from again. I've seen it a million times.
  21. Rams. XXVIII. And they won the game passing.
  22. I lost a little piece of my soul in front of the tv that day.
  23. Basically, it's just been benefit of the doubt for me too. I stuck up for him in the past because, once the Klinsmann hopes were dashed, I thought it would hurt the team to keep going with just an "interim" coach. Plus, around that time, the team was looking impressive against Mexico and beating up on the tiny Island countries. That CONCACAF competition really skews your perception. Just wait & see how spectacular we look in the first WC qualifier against Barbados on 6/15.
  24. Yeah, all kinds of crazy stuff goes on in D.C. Stuff they don't want you to know about. That's why they don't want us to go there. Next they're gonna move it to a secret location in 4-dimensional space/time so even Charles Whidmore can't find it.
  25. So, they are going to restrict people from entering these neighborhoods, but the people already inside will be free to leave whenever they want? Not good enough!
