I’m not trying to be offensive, I’m not a bigot, so please don’t kill me, and I don’t expect this to be a popular post, but didn’t Mohammed Ali say the same thing? I’d like to know the full context of the alleged statement. Perhaps, if this was actually said on this Zoom meeting, the full context need be understood. I still have a hard time believing any man with so much to lose would blindly make this statement, let alone a man who’s married to a minority, one who has children with this minority, and one whose daughter dated a black player.

His brother (non-footballer) might be in some trouble. Should hopefully make Stef understand some things aren’t worth squabbling over. Appreciate what you have and enjoy the moment. And I read today that he stayed in Maryland for school because his family needed him close. Good dude.

I find it funny how (not necessarily saying you) some fans spent all of the past few years saying Edmunds was "just a guy" or a liability and we couldn't get any worse. Now everyone's stressed about the shape of MLB now that he's gone.
Edmunds is switching to weak side in Chicago. He’s not a MLB. We key-holed him at Mike. I’m curious to see what he does at Will because that’s his (more) natural fit. He’s terrible at reads and can be looked off by 4th string QBs over the middle. He’s also not a leader, which is almost a demand as a NFL MLB. I know I will not miss him as he has been the single most divisive player on the team that I can recall. Nobody ever says “The most popular guy on the team is the backup Mike…”, right? Well this guy, through his frustrating waste of god-given talent, had me on the ropes, clamoring for Tyrel freakin Dodson to come in and fill the right gap.

I actually can attest to this. Was attending a Notre Dame home football game while ML was in Buffalo. Met the worst,
most bigoted cop from a suburb of Buffalo who was telling my brother (a cop) and me that ML was a thug, in gangs, running drugs, etc.
When you can offend two middle-aged guys, guys who grew up in Buffalo in an era of ethnic jokes (from all sides, I’d like to add) you’ve hit a new level of offensive. Seriously.
