Do you think the Chiefs have studs on defense or something? lol. They are starting 8 rookies. And their #1 CB is out. And you’re counting players that got injured mid-game. After they we’re already getting abused. That doesn’t count. You can’t say we were missing Tre and Poyer while they were getting abused before they went out. Talent wise, I take the Bills defense over the Chiefs every day of the week. Chris Jones being the only exception.

KC’s defense has put on a clinic through 3 quarters.

No we didn’t. Hyde was out and Jones was out. Every time else was playing. In the first matchup, only Hyde was out. They rolled over us in both games.

Jones wasn’t out in the first game when Cinci walked down the field in the first drive and was walking down the field in the second drive. There is no injury excuse here. Want to talk injuries? Cinci was missing THREE starting linemen.

You can increase the possibility of pressure by playing more press coverage. It takes longer to fight through press coverage than it does to just run off the ball. That extra second or two is extra time the pass rushers have to get to the QB.

All of them, except DT. Especially LB. And without Snead (whose hurt), their CB’s are rough.

Chiefs are down their #1 CB. Theyre playing press with backups like Joshua Williams.

The Chiefs have Chris Jones. But outside of Chris Jones, we are better on defense at every position. Spags (Chiefs D coordinator) is playing Cinci masterfully. Press the WR’s, which makes the receivers take an extra second or two to get open, and that helps the pass rush get home!

I was saying it for months. We do not press receivers enough. It makes it so much harder on the pass rush when the receivers have a free release every play.

Chris Jones is such a good player. I think he’s a free agent this year so he may not be on KC much longer.

Bengals are an interesting team. Their OFFENSE is a first half team. But their DEFENSE is a second half team.
