I know some will disagree, and I certainly do understand their hesitation, but I think a bit of Suh's nastiness would do well on our D-Line.

Perhaps this point has already been made in what is it already a rapidly expanding and long thread. But Ross Tucker on WGR has made the argument that perhaps the Bills really like Rasul’s toughness than anything else. He brings an attitude to the defense he is on.

One way is to not give those players who make a habit of missing tackles and dropping catches a chance to see the field again.
For example, Belichick is notorious for putting players in the dog house after even 1 fumble.
But I do agree that a coaches job is to put players in a position to succeed
