  1. Pretty simple if you ask me. If they can't beat the 7th seeded Steelers, who are starting a backup QB, at home, then we don't deserve to move on.
  2. Wind blows snow. For example, I saw a video where people were shoveling out huge mounds of snow from the tunnels leading into the concourses. Those are completely under cover. But the wind pushed tons of snow in there.
  3. We had heating elements in seats in the Jim Kelly Club. Didnt last long. When they did work, the heat was minimal. And then they stopped working altogether.
  4. lol! Even better, North Collins. Spotty cell service means they will have trouble getting an Uber back!
  5. And if we win, we get to do it all over again next week!
  6. This is news to me. I saw 13mph average. Isn’t that fairly normal wind?
  7. Wow… How can the Bills expect people to pay for a seat that you can’t actually access?
  8. I think you’re right to be skeptical. The Bills also said they were capping snow shovelers at 200 people yesterday. 1,500 is 7x that.
  9. Posted this in the weather thread, but as of an hour ago, the seats are still covered in snow. WGR said to expect to dig your own seat out if you’re going.
  10. Here is the stadium this morning. I know people have been shoveling the rows, but it sure doesn’t look like it!
  11. I think you misunderstood my meaning. I was saying the media hyped guys when they were hired. Hackett was one of them - which is why he got the Broncos job.
  12. Ben Johnson is a very impressive play-caller. You look at all these up-and-coming offensive coordinators and the majority of the time they have a stud at QB… Daboll (Allen), Hackett (Rodgers), Steichen (Hurts), etc etc etc. Ben Johnson is doing this with JARED GOFF.
  13. Nope it was in the 40’s last week. Was a 50 degree day too.
  14. T-minus 21 game minutes until Jerry Jones calls Bill Belichick.
  15. Tell that to my front yard. Joking aside, the reason freezing temperatures don’t negate mud is because soil is a fairly good insulator. So while the top crust (cm’s) is frozen, below it, the water is still in liquid form, creating mud. It would take several days (if not a week) of consistent freezing temperatures for the ground temp to become cold enough to negate mud. .
  16. Yeah it may look emptier than usual tomorrow. Lots of tickets available.
  17. And even those yards that are cleared, it's likely to be a mudpit. Wouldn't attempt it without 4wd. Temporarily parked a truck in my yard two days ago and the ground is so muddy that I cant get it to move. I can tell you that due to the stadium being built across the street, the stadium lots filled up much quicker than usual this season. I would advise arriving by 10:00am if you want to guarantee a stadium spot. Alternatively, purchase a "preferred" parking lot pass online before you leave tomorrow. That lot never fills up. Such a waste. Edit: forgot the game is at 4:30 - not 1pm. Instead of 10am, I would say arrive by 1pm or 1:30pm.
  18. Is that any different than $1.7 Billion for a stadium that opens 8 to 10 times year?
  19. Assuming the map is accurate, that's a big difference!
  20. Some people are having a good time!
  21. Is the field tarped? Can't quite tell what i'm seeing on the field in various spots.
  22. Wow. That game would have gone down in NFL history.
