1. I've seen that ass in real life (at the grocery store, non the less). She lives in Palm Beach Gardens, FL (which is where i work). Four months after I moved down here, I went the the Publix (like a Tops grocery store) and saw her in the produce section. I of course at least had to get a glimpse of the ass. I didnt know which one it was (Serena or Venus) but my friend assured me it was Serena.

  2. My computer was f---ed. Completly. I couldnt even open IE without it "Stop Responding" I was getting more pop ups, pop unders, etc, etc. My homepage changed, etc. So, I FDisk'd it.

NOw my question is, what software should I install now that the machine is "clean" to help keep it healthy.

I have head of SpyBot, and AdAware... which is better, and why? What firewall do you all suggest? etc, etc. . ..

    thanks

  3. Maybe I didn't make myself clear....I don't give a crap about Ricky's well being. This is a lowlife move and it warrants no praise or respect.

Oh absolutly. Its the biggest scumbag move he can do. But, he's obviously not worrying about winning a nobel prize of any sort, so....

  4. it makes PERFECT sense.

Ricky knows he still has earnings potential. Most people that go bankrupt dont have half of an NFL career left ahead of them. It is financially devistating to those people. However, if Ricky goes bankrupt now, liquidates his assets, etc, and Miami sues him for that money he owes, they get nothing. Then he just rebuilds his wealth with one or two seasons in Oakland, and voila.

Im sure he talked to an accountant about this. Dont worry. Ricky will be alright...

  5. We're going there this Saturday.  The wife is already freaking out but I keep telling her to relax until there IS something to worry about.

    13468

to tell you the truth, I'd start worrying.

Currently, it is predicted to make landfall at Ft. Pierce, which is about 16 miles north of where i am right now. If it were to hit there, continuing on to Orlando would seem like the given path . Your trip might be DOOOOOOoomed

  6. Bought NFL 2k5.

Traded it in 2 weeks later for Madden (well, $10 off of madden)

Sold Madden on ebay a week later.

Went and bought a used copy of NFL 2k5 two days ago.

The thing that made me convert back was simple gameplay. In NFL2k5, if you take bledsoe out of the pocket, and attempt a long throw off his back foot, it will be a terrible pass. In madden, its still a froze rope. I just couldnt stnad that.

Also, 05 was barely a step up from 04. Some of the commentating sound bites were the EXACT same... weak effort by EA.

  7. Thanks for making my point about the connection between gratuitous name calling and the enjoyment of Jim Rome.

What? That we say it how it is, and don't need to hide behind PC bulls#it in order to protect everyone's sensitive little feelings. !@#$ that. That's why Rome's show is the most honest. He, unlike people like you, doesn't care if someone's feelings might get hurt so we can speak truthfully.

Pucillo's nickname was easy, because it sounds like PussyWillow anyway. That, combined with the fact that he is weak at his position (relative for an NFL athlete), makes it funny.

Now, before your blood pressure goes through the roof with all this trying to be PC and polite, next time you hear "Pussywillow", smile and move on.

    Don't sweat the small stuff.

  8. The best I can figure some "fans" gain some sort of psychic satisfaction if they can develop insulting nicknames for players they don't like.  They find it even better and evidentally funnier, if the nicknames have some sexual connotations.

Just to get as far as he has, Mike Pucillo must be an incredible football player but maybe just not quite NFL material.  Not one of you would call him kitty willow to his face but are emboldened by your anonymous nature here to be big shot name callers on the board.

The best I can figure these are probably the same people who find Jim Rome hilarious.

    13268

I find it amusing when people call Pucillo "pussywillow". I also highly enjoy Jim Rome's show. But that's just me - a person who likes to laugh at things, not walk around with a stick in my ass trying to be holier than thou, and just take things for what they are worth. But again, that's just me.

  9. Personally, I love my fantasy league. Its 13 of my friends from buffalo talking s#it for 14 weeks. That, and it makes the other games (non- AFCEast) muuuuch more interesting and important to me. I normally couldnt give a good god-damn about how Bubba Franks does this year, but since he is on my team, and could help me win the first prize money of $1500, I'll be psyched if he scores a TD.

Just adds to the fun outside of what happens in the Bills games.

  10. I'm west of Fort Lauderdakle- right by Felon camp.  No one really knows where it's going yet, but it's going to be a big b*tch wherever it comes ashore.  My shutters start going up today.

The house i presently live in (3 bedroom - 2 bath, renting) has 2 windows in EVERY F---KING ROOM. Yes, including both bathrooms. I live a 10 minute walk from the ocean, and the geniuses who built this death trap figured "why not put as much glass as humanly possibly in this house"... i dont know where to get storm shutters, but the pieces to attach them to are above every window.

Honest to god, if this messes up my three day weekend, ill be pissed. Just go back out to sea you B word. (or is frances the guy way of spelling it? In that case - you bastard!)

  11. It's not all bad Steve.  Looks like it won't hit until late in the weekend.  You can still party Friday night.   :P

    12970

Its funny, because I just spoke to my mother on the phone (she lives in Buffalo), and she asked me about it, and I said i was pissed because its a three day weekend and it might bet ruined by this damn storm. And I had TWO parties to go to! Damnit! I'll take snow anyday :D;)

  12. The problem with this theory is that our major injuries (Jonathon Paul and Lawyer) are both gonna be very long setbacks. Its not like they will be ready by week 4 anyway.

I would still rather have it in week 8 or so. Especially since this is gonna be like a huge tease. 8 months of no football - two weeks with, and then we gotta wait 2 more weeks!! damn!

And by the way, why does Lawyer say he will be ready by week1, and the "experts" say he could be out much, much, longer

Cant they just put a hard cast on that thing? A gimp Milloy is better than a healthy Wire.

  13. I could have sworn that during the showing of "the sounds of football" (the NFL network program where they had everybody mike'd. During a scene where MM was walking onto the field, a security guard walks up to him and introduces himself as Al Bemiller the ex Bill, and says something to the effect that ..... "it's my job to escort you on and off the field".

I can't review it ........ forgot to program the TiVo   anybody else notice it???

    12889

Al Bemiller lost the tips of a few of his fingers several winters ago trying to unjam his snowblower

My uncle and grandfather are good friends of his. My grandpa owned a bar/tavern/restaurant in Springville (Colden) for 42 years, right by Kissing Bridge, and Bills (including my granma's favorite Ralph Wilson) would stop by quite often.

  14. check this out

    http://www.weather.com

I live JUST southeast of Lake Okeechobee. (I live in West Palm Beach). But Lake Okeechobee is a good point of reference for those of you not familiar with south Flordida. Go to weather.com and click to enlarge that first map righ there. Lake O is the only prodominant body of water in Florida (that you can see from an map like this one - it is in the south east "corner"), so if you find that, you can see that unless this Hurrican changes paths, and does so soon, me and my dog are making a bee line the hell out of here. Forget TV's, Stereo's, etc... Shelters down here do not allow Dogs, so me and Sadie will be hitting the road  .. . I'll keep ya posted, and I cant really say i hope it shifts, because then you TBDers up in the Carolinas will get crushed..
