On the instagram link did you notice every announcement was from a left wing media source ??????
Yes, of course.
But unless they used an AI Trump, they are simply using clips of the man speaking. I fully understand he has been misquoted/taken out of context by the left many times before - “very good people” “suckers and losers,” to name a few times the left embarrassed themselves by taking things out of context when they don’t need to because he has plenty of stupid s.hit on his own accord - but these are pretty clear cut, regardless of which station reported on them, no?
Inflation is not going down, egg prices spiked in March but are back down (and while I truly don’t believe the POTUS has control, nor should worry about ***** eggs - just eat less eggs, fatties- , he said he would reduce the price “from day one” so he should have just skipped that one, but my biggest issue is:
“We’re not going to touch Medicare” is a pretty binary statement - and regardless if it was posted on MSNBC or Breitbart, it’s an out and out lie.

You could stay in Hoboken NJ and have a view of Manhattan. It would probably be much cheaper than staying in NYC and it is a great place to go out. And an easy ferry/train/bus ride to NYC.
The best place to watch the Bills game is with the North Jersey Bills Backers at the Stone & Rail in Glen Rock. But that would probably be too far away if you stay in the city.
I lived in Hoboken for four years. Truly the best place I’ve ever lived and I’ve lived in 8 different cities across the country. Just an awesome place. I will say though, I paid $4700/mo for a 750sq ft loft so the secret is out and the prices are not substantially lower than NYC anymore.-

My buddies own several wing joints in NYC. Their story is amazing. But to get to the point: best (and in my opinion only truly authentic wings in NYC).
Dan and John’s wings. At least three locations. Just Google maps when you get there to find the closest.
They also play all bills games with a bunch of bills fans.

I always loved Jay Riemersma when he was a Bill. Being an idiot, I wore a tshirt to a game that said “Jay Riemersma is my Dad” in 2014 (ten years after he retired).
At least 50% of people who read it said “man I loved your dad when he was on the bills!”
I’m exactly 6 years younger than Jay.
I found him on Facebook and sent him that story thinking he’d never respond because it’s so stupid. He did reply, and said how much he loves Bills fans. We now chat every once in a while about our chances against certain teams, what position we need at the draft, and he sends me a happy birthday message annually.

The world was laughing (still is) at Biden. Just imagine the world’s laughter if America had a fudge packer president?
I wish your employer could see this post. -
I don’t know how anyone can deny
- now, a few days later with good/clearer intel - that:
1) This was a resoundingly successful mission based on its goal and the resulting outcome.
2) the “leak” was weak far left nonsensical reporting at best, criminal conduct at worst.
3) We can still disagree on whether the action and mission itself was still in the best interest of America. But, its seeming more and more to me (a far left whacko or a MAGA in disguise, depending on who you ask on this bored) that it was at least not as dangerous a move as I thought initially. So I’ll stand corrected there, for now, unless Iran does something insanely stupid. And I don’t think they want to be wiped off the face of the planet over “pride.” But again, what the ***** do I know?
4) Pete liquid lunch Hegseth still isn’t the best we could do for this very important government position, but at least this time, he seemed to do something right.
That’s where I’m at right now.

The person(s) who leaked the preliminary intelligence are criminals.
Information from the leaked report was then cherry picked to purposely cast doubt on the entire mission. And reliable media outlets dutifully ran with that ball, again.
That was the purpose of the press conference, to counter this incessant spin and narrative to downplay the merits of anything the orange menace is involved with.
Two things can be true:
The orange gasbag delivers messages in bombastic and arrogant tones that can be off putting to many (most).
And...
He is surrounded by competent and well trained advisors on a variety of levels who know exactly what they are doing.
Very difficult to argue with this post. 👍-

He’s just pissed that the 2 missions were a success, there were no fatalities and Hegseth didn’t go AWOL…
I honestly think he’s just pointing out that Pete’s completely irrational and overly emotional response to a question about the success of the mission is bizarre.
No one (well no one sane) is questioning the bravery of the men who flew those planes. No one. And he knows that. So why the cheap theatrics and awful attempt at spin? They are questioning if his mission (since he’s supposedly the leader) might not have actually been as successful as he claimed it was nearly immediately after and instead of saying - like an adult - that we need to wait for more intel to show exactly how much was destroyed, he’s spinning it in a truly odd direction - that questioning the mission’s success is somehow questioning the bravery of the men directly involved. That’s such a leap that it’s insane.
I believe the missions were likely a large success. But who cares what I think? And we’ll know more in the next week or so.
It’s just a truly weird way to spin the line of questioning unless he’s hiding something.

It's deflection.... they’ll say anything to distract from the fact that they’re actively destroying this country.
It’s the equivalent of saying “how dare you say the FDNY didn’t save every person in twin towers?? How dare you disrespect those brave men and women??!?”
He’s either full on DTS (daddy Trump syndrome), just stupid, or back deep on the sauce. But we all knew he was a laughable pick for that very important position.
Like a reasonable republican on this forum said yesterday, let’s all just wait for the full report. No one knows the full extent of the damage - or if material was moved prior. Let’s wait and see.

I’m now 45.
And our second is due in November.
I can only surmise that the Stockholm syndrome I’ve developed from being a Bills fan has expanded to all facets of my life. Typing this took all the energy I had left for the day.
And NOW back to bills talk: Justin Shorter is on the Raiders.

I was going to say maybe this is the year we hear Justin Shorter’s name for the first time. Then I googled and found out he’s not a bill anymore.

Andy Reid gives up 31.5 points per game in his last five playoff losses
And his defense has been a lot healthier in the playoffs than Sean mcdermotts
What's your excuse for him
The bills had 14 players on the injury report going into our conference championship game.. that's ridiculous
There's zero proof that we would have two rings without Sean McDermott.. that is your opinion my friend
I’m fine with you having your opinion. It just seems absolutely no one agrees with you by reading the replies. Doesn’t mean you’re wrong, but it sure does point in that direction.
Again, without Josh, he’s nothing. And don’t even give me the Andy Dalton led team that got us to the playoffs as a sign of Clappy’s ability to lead a non-Josh team to the playoffs. Plus that year our strength of schedule was basically negative.
You seem a bit over the top with your defense of a coach who is simply not good enough defensively to take the world’s best football player to the Super Bowl. It’s cool if your his brother or something but your passionate defense of him is a little odd.

That's not true.. people literally have created their own statistics
Taking his last five losses.. and his points per game in those losses.. and then said his 33.2points per game allowed in his last five losses is the most in NFL history
But guess what that was also a lie cuz I looked at Mike McCarthy's last five playoff losses and it's worse
Cherry picking his losses you can take the last five playoff losses from every coach and they're all 27+ to 32 points per game
You could cherry pick any coaches last five playoff losses and no coach is allowing 22 points per game in a loss lol
it’s still really really really really bad for a “defensive minded” HC. So the stat is wrong and he’s only second or third worst in that category? Not anything to crow about. He’s the sole reason Josh doesn’t have at least two rings. -

Don't know if they were destroyed or not. Do know the IAEA has said there is significant damage to at least 4 of the facilities. There is radiation eminating from at least 2 of them but radiation hasn't been detected beyond the perimeter of any of the facilities. And they did specifically state that one of the entrances to Fordam was hit and at least 2 strikes hit Natanz.
Don't know if the Fordam faciliy was destroyed, but do expect it is under a couple hundred feet of rubble in a worst case. So, it isn't exactly an easy get back if somehow the 12 - 30,000# bombs didn't penetrate all 300' that the facility was reported to have been originally underground.
And while we're all speculating whether or not the Iranians would've moved uranium after the Israelis first took out their air defenses, it is just as likely, possibly moreso that the Iranians moved uranium TO the Fordam site because it was believed to be inaccessible to the attacks rather than move uranium OUT of that seemingly (at least that was how it was described 3 days ago) unpenetrable facility.
But, considering pretty much all "intelligence reports" prior to the raids of these past 2 weeks said that there was no way to knock the Iranian defenses out this easily and that Iran would get support both from its benefactors and from the proxy groups it funds but except for the Yeminis firing a few missiles, NONE of that intelligence was correct; not sure just how reliable those same sources now claming that these strikes were unsuccessful actually are. They have a vested interest in these raids failing. Just like the Israelis and the US have a vested interest in them having succeeded.
And am going back to the old axiom, NEVER trust reports during the 1st 48 hours of ANY major event. They're almost always wrong.
But considering it is in America's and the world's best interests for the Iranian nuclear program to have been destroyed, will cautiously hope that the early reports stating that's the case happen to be the correct ones.
GREAT post. Thank you! Particularly liked the bolded part. Let’s hope Pete is right. And all the incoming reports are wrong. Truly.

He lucked into Allen.
There is nothing - in his scheme, his clock/game management, his decision making, or his “defensive mindset” that puts him in the top 20.
Without Allen, he’s out of a job 4 years ago.

Honest question since I of course have no way of knowing what actually happened, nor do any of us here. But since many on the right are blasting any suggestion that the sites weren’t destroyed (by judging the website that posts the story) are you believing they did completely destroy them because Hegseth said they did? Or are you just waiting for more confirmation. Aljzerra is also reporting they have not been destroyed, along with other sources. So, aside from “CNN is biased” (no s.hit) what gives you confidence that the mission was indeed accomplished? -
Has anyone told these guys that cease means stop? No?

I didn’t call you weak, I didn’t call you a pus.sy, I didn’t call you anything at all and have no idea why you think I might. I told you what I thought about Trump’s comments directly, and provided examples of comments I thought were hateful. I didn’t “hate” Anderson Cooper before the silly comment by Trump, I don’t hate Anderson Cooper after Trump made the silly comment…in fact, I rarely think of him one way or the other and I think I’m probably in the majority.
I guess we just disagree, but it sure seems to me you’re the small-minded one in this conversation, seemingly wanting to position yourself as the arbiter of how everyone must feel.
I didn’t say YOU hate Anderson Cooper. I “know” you better than that - based on your posts here.
And I would say based on that I know you fully understand the difference between calling a person garbage versus calling a gay man by a female name; stop being ridiculous.
But the dozens (I stopped scrolling) of MAGAs (see: not all republicans) on Twitter currently asking what’s wrong with calling that “sodomite” or “f—“ by a female name is not made better by their “leader” calling him Allison. It’s beyond the norm that we’ve for some reason accepted of the ***** POTUS being a toddler. It’s crossed into hate. And his most extreme followers just love when their hate is seemingly justified by the highest office in the land.
That’s my point.

Life advice? Here’s some for you - grab a book; there is zero chance a well read grown adult would use the phrase “candyass” in 2025.
But I suppose if you’re ignorant enough to think a president’s words can’t incite violence, I shouldn’t be surprised. That’s quite possibly the top 10 dumbest things I’ve read on this board, and that speaks volumes. There are some great people on this board - both democrat and republican. Deplorable. Irredeemable. Garbage.
These are words used as well, and there was no cattle call for resignation for the hateful language used. I’d have been perfectly ok without hearing this silliness from DJT about Andersen Cooper, it’s ridiculous and completely unnecessary. Still, selective outrage is n interesting thing.
To answer your question, I would consider deplorable/irredeemable/garbage terms about tens of millions of American voters heinous. It would be interesting to see if AC used the type of language you used here to call out Clinton/Biden, and of course compelled them to resign over that hate speech.
I’d say nice try, but it wasn’t. Calling a person garbage is not a hate term. Call me weak, call me a pus.sy, but Trump just keeps justifying the HATE towards homosexuals with stuff like this. Calling a person garbage is the same as calling them an a.sshole, a loser, a douchebag, etc.. It’s an insult. Having any 80 year old man call a gay man a female name is just hateful. Having the POTUS do it is hateful and just adds fuel to the fire of some of his base.
Oh but that’s right, MATA doesn’t hate ALL gays; just the burly men sneaking into every women’s bathroom in the country. 🙄It’s insane that you all will just group this in with “trump being Trump! Don’t take him seriously!”
Comparing an insult like calling MAGA garbage to calling a man by a female name because he is gay is an insanely weak argument.
Sugar coat it all you want. It is what it is. It’s gone beyond Trump being a gasbag orange blob (uh oh, was that hateful too??) to him just giving his filthy base (hate term!!) another reason to hate people for their sexuality. This isn’t a case of kids getting gender surgery. That, I agree, is wrong. This is the president of the United States calling a man a name solely because he is gay. And to answer another poster about, yes, it is indeed heinous.
-
To those just mocking the OP, don’t we think the orange blob has gone beyond just standard “oh, he’s a gasbag; we know this” and crossed a line of hate by calling an openly gay man (who you have no problem with, you just don’t like the TQIA part, right? 🙄) by a woman’s name? When do you stop excusing this heinous behavior by not condemning it? I know the messenger can be tiresome but it’s just another example of the POTUS feeding the hate of a good chunk of his electorate. Funny one, Donnie, you fat turd.
