I felt that Brandon Beane coming out and saying “Diggs is a number one receiver,” in his season ending presser was curious. He no doubt hears the chatter and I believe knows he’s gotta get a guy who strikes fear in the opponent. Diggs is great, but I don’t think any of these teams fear him. Even the Chiefs were puffing out their chest saying “he knew what was up” when Sneed locked him up. We’ll have to hit on a guy, a future number one who plays like it right out of the gate.

When you have a clear WR1, you don’t need to remind people that you have one and who he is.

Bass is neither ill nor injured. He simply blew it horribly when called upon. I have absolutely no idea what this ‘help him feel better’ stuff is about. This isn’t your kid’s little league game. It’s professional and everyone is highly compensated. Donate to the cause if you’d like…or not. But because Bass didn’t do his job? I think not.

Way to completely miss the point.

  3. At this point - despite what he of course says about loving Buffalo and the team - how could he not want out? Along with 13 seconds, he has now played multiple near perfect games in the playoffs just for others’ ineptitude to steal it away from him.

When he’s not being media-polished Josh, you don’t think at home behind closed doors he’s saying “what the ***** else can I do to actually win with this team?” He’s human. He knows what we know.

And lastly, he’s gotta be getting really sick of hearing he can’t beat Mahomes or win the big game after his defense absolutely let him down.

Honestly, at this point, I wouldn’t blame him for wanting to go to a team with a real NFL caliber coaching staff and supporting team.

  4. The fact is dude spent so much time with cryptic messages on Twitter and then when his number is called (aka he is gift wrapped a PERFECT 60 yard pass) he quite literally dropped the ball.

He wanted the ball. He got it. And he ***** dropped it. Then got up and did his “so close” gesture.

But we’re stuck with him. So no point crying over spilled milk.

  5. Talking heads who don’t make controversial statements or act like a nut don’t get clicks. They don’t get follows. And therefore they don’t get that extra $.

Nick Wright just got even MORE of those because of this article.

We know his name because of his antics, not his stellar football knowledge.

He knows exactly what he’s doing - playing the villain - and it works. Kudos to him for getting everyone to fall for it and make some cash off it.

    This can't be stated enough.

Even if Bass hits that kick, what are the chances our offense stops KC from getting a field goal?

Considering how the game had went, it has to be close to 0%.

Agreed. There were better odds of us needing to score AGAIN with like 20 seconds left than our D actually holding them to 0.

Just remember Buffalo Bills fans the clock is ticking on Josh Allen’s stay with the Bills. Overtime if the Bills don’t fix the problems he is going to ask to be traded. I think it’s 50/50 either way that Josh Allen is still a Buffalo Bills player when the new stadium opens in 2026 in my opinion. Go Bills! Let’s Go Buffalo

Watching him go to a team with competent coaching and more than 0.5 receivers worth a damn would really hurt.

  8. All I will say is if Bass had made that FG, I had zero confidence the D could have held them to zero points on their final drive. Hell, even our defensive coordinator (aka our head coach) said he decided on that Disney BS fake punt with Damar because he couldn’t trust the Defense. This one isn’t on Bass. Though I do think Bass needs to go just because he isn’t good at kicking a football through uprights; apparently a key to his position.

Wow. Well then it was just a terribly designed or terribly executed fake punt. Or both.

I bet they practiced that with Damar all week. If it had worked and led to a score, it would have been national news as the feel good story of the decade. And if that’s even 1% true - that McD did it as some sort of nod to Hamlin - he needs his head examined.

Nobody should be blaming our bad kicker for being bad.

This is my favorite post game quote. And it’s 100% accurate. My wife saw his stats when he lined up and said “he’s not very good, huh?” and this is literally her first season really trying to learn football.

Diggs can once and for all shut the ***** up with his Twitter and Instagram *****.

At the end of the day, injuries killed us. We literally had no starting LBs against a team that just eats up the middle.

I’m assuming having a 10 day old sitting on my lap is helping with perspective, but I’m much less upset than I have been in the past. This team wasn’t it. Even during her winning streak, there were some close ones against ***** teams.
