Well that is certainly going to the top of my insult list.

Not sure Kiko would allow a guy named Gurly on his team.

He showed me absolutely nothing that would point to him being good in the future. Maybe he will be. Maybe he was handcuffed by Doug. But what evidence is there of either? His play calling was literally the worst I've seen since I last played Madden. That was in college. Drunk. And High. And really drunk.

If he was really that injured, then he was very selfish by playing. He was throwing absolutely ducks last night. I get it, he's Peyton. But a torn muscle and still playing likely didn't give his team the best chance to win.

Even more interesting to me is that he recovered the ball himself. I hate that rule. But. I hate the Cowboys so I'll get over it.

So to the detractors, if you were asked 3 weeks ago if you would trade Marrone for Rex, would you have said "no way" or "in a !@#$ing heartbeat." The insane no offset out-clause in St. Doug's contract could very well have just turned the Bills into a top 10 NFL team with nothing but upside. The players universally love playing for this guy. He's got HC experience, not another experiment with a college guy or a good coordinator. He'll bring some media attention, which can only be good for FA pickups. He led the jets to back to back AFC championship games!!! I swear if we could bring in Lombardi people would complain that the game has passed him. I'm so pumped for this hire.

mYeah, the humble soft spoken guys have gotten us REAL far. !@#$ it. If he's loud, obnoxious, etc and gets us deep in the playoffs that's all we should care about. I honestly can't believe some of you can complain about this hire. We have a real NFL head coach who will help attract players and has taken teams to the AFC championship game.

The two things this team needs are a head coach with some balls and a QB. While I would much prefer fat Rex, I'll settle for skinny Rex. Now, a QB.

I could see how some saltier fans of other AFC North or NFC North teams could seriously despise the Browns or the Lions, respectively, but the Bills are just impossible to hate. Their uniforms look great, the fans in Buffalo are some of the best in spite of having every reason to be bitter(How jaded and God hates us. I hate sports. Theyre never winning, Im leaving would most of us get if our team lost the Superbowl four times in a row?), and like you said, theyre always happy and always optimistic! They were legitimately excited for Ryan Fitzpatrick as a franchise quarterback! Bills fans to me are the exception to your rule that The Optimistic Fan is just a naive, green Pessimistic Fan. Youll find exceptions here and there in some fanbases, but the Bills fans are somehow in high spirits every year in spite of their team being awful. Its impossible not to love them when theyre so happy to have football. Losing Marrone sucks Bills Fans, but dont fret too bad; between Watkins and that defense, the makings of a great team are there(They won 9 games with Orton, who actually looked like a passable starter!). Fix the offensive line which San Diego, Arizona, and Dallas have all proven can be done in 1-2 years and find a quarterback, and Touchdown Tom will have Buffalo on his back! Theres a future for you, and there are plenty of good head coach options this year! Mike Smith mayhaps?

I'm the most pessimistic Bills fan you'll meet. The Bills would destroy the Panthers. And by destroy, we would beat them 10-6. But we would still win. Arizona fell because of not having a good QB. Our defense is 5 times better than Carolina's. Seattle should be favored by 10.

And make sure Dareus never EVER gets injured.
