  1. It is impossible to call a hip drop tackle, they are never going to call it.
  2. Lamar has the easiest job. Dump it off for a screen, add 40 yards to your passing totals. Let Henry get 5 yards on 1st down, never be behind the sticks.
  3. I’m just glad we have a team. Maybe I’m holding on to old memories, but we were very close to relocation before Golisano stepped in. As long as the team is here they can improve and become a winner. But if they ever relocate, then that is it. We will not get another team ever due to the population size of the area.
  4. Hard to argue with that, I actually think the AFC North will be the closest at the end. Those teams tend to beat each other up in the divisional matchups. Bills should have zero issue winning the division, but that's just because the AFC East is so weak.
  5. I think a lot of people would care, and I'm grateful to Golisano and the Pegulas for keeping the Sabres in Buffalo.
  6. This could be true. We have all new WR and shuffled the interior of the OL. Communication issues could be a problem. Especially with the issues recognizing pressure.
  7. Seahawks took too long on that drive
  8. 49ers have way more talent than us and look just as inept.
  9. I can understand Allen deciding not to pass on a Cook wheel route 20+ yards down the field where he just has half a step on his guy (that is when Allen would have needed to decide to throw it). It’s a low percentage play because: - It’s a very difficult throw - Cook seems to drop these 50% of the time. - His coverage probably catches back up to interrupt the play (maybe draw PI?) unless it is a flawless throw.
  10. Jets just seem like a fundamentally broken organization. I think we win this one.
  11. I think Rapp and Bishop. For better or worse Bishop is going to be learning on the job. There will be the occasional hiccup.
  12. 1. Players seem to know how to game the concussion tests given by the doctor’s on the sideline. 2. Some players seem to be more susceptible to symptoms from banging their head. For whatever reason Allen seems to be pretty resilient. I’ve seen him bang his head off the turf a lot and he’s only missed time for 1 concussion. All that being said, I think he clearly got his bell rung there (minor concussion?) and the timing of him leaving the blue tent after the Bills recovered the turnover was suspicious.
  13. Seems that all Allen has to throw to is tight windows the past 2 weeks. Quite the stark difference.
  14. Looked like Mack Hollins out there
  15. He is a starting caliber NFL WR, but he's a stop gap. There is a reason he was cut by the Pats.
  16. Juju isn't going to last until the playoffs, and if he does it means he hasn't played many snaps. The guy has the knees of an 80 year old. He constantly has to have them drained.
  17. Their offense wasn’t that great last playoffs other than the Bills game, and we were running a MASH unit out there. They won on strong defense, good coaching and a little bit of luck. We don’t have an elite defense right now.
  18. Well, they were wrong and I think only showed the front angle once during the broadcast. The ball clearly shifts a smidge while he’s pinning it into his body.
  19. Zero percent chance either are overturned. Kincaid one is more of a judgement call, but the ball does move a bit while he’s out of bounds. Cook was clearly out of bounds. His elbow/forearm didn’t quite make it in.
  20. I’m mostly fine with McDermott not dictating plays at the end of the game. He isn’t an offensive coordinator. But he should be communicating strategy. Maybe he did, maybe he didn’t. Brady and Allen need to take that strategy and implement it.
  21. Favre wouldn't win an MVP today. Voters seem to irrationally care about interceptions for some reason (even at the expense of TDs). I'd take the Super Bowl though...
  22. I’m counting 9-5 in one score games for KC last year including the playoffs. 10-3 in 2022 6-4 in 2021 Pretty ridiculous success considering most teams are a coin flip in 1 score games.
  23. Rebuilding from all the veterans on our defense leaving. Probably a year late tbh. We’ve lost White, Poyer, Hyde, Edmunds in the past two years and Von Miller has been effectively out with injury/suspension. We also lost all of our veteran WRs this offseason. We’re eating a big helping of dead cap this year. The goal is to get young guys some experience and do the best we can.
  24. Kind of curious what other team’s records are in 1-score games. I think the Chiefs would be ridiculously good, and everybody else would be around where we are (.500).
