  1. Just caught yesterday’s tweet. It is absolutely right that Diggs has never criticised the Bills or the Mafia. But he really seemed to have it in for Josh, and it gets to a point where you can’t have WR1 working against the QB in public to that extent.
  2. Not a first, but maybe two picks rather than one. However, I'll freely admit I have no idea how the calculations work for picks.
  3. I don't mind Diggs going - it struck me he had rapidly become a problem in the locker room rather than someone who could be relied upon. But only a 2nd round pick in 2025 for him. A very poor return which does suggest a level of desperation.
  4. The irony being it's when the pressure is at it's highest Josh plays at his best. I'd argue his worst performances since becoming elite have been against the weaker sides.
  5. He's a thought which many may not want to consider or address. Maybe whatever he does he simply won't be as good as Mahomes. He's good enough to win a Superbowl - worse QBs than Josh have won Superbowls - but perhaps the Bills do just have the number two (at most). And no matter how much criticism is flung at him, no matter how many times he drives his body into the ground, that won't change. That, and he played against a much better defense that Mahomes. Allowing an average rating of 123 when his play off average is 'only' 105 speaks volumes.
  6. So basically two elite QBs at the top of their game facing off with barely anything between them. Yet one is seen as doing nothing but living, breathing and entertaining NFL 24/7 (whilst somehow having a better golf handicap) whilst the other is lazy and doesn't care. Go figure.
  7. I imagine it will be treated like the offside rules in the top football (ok, ok... soccer) leagues. Play will continue until it's conclusion, then revisited if need be.
  8. Why would he want to work with the laziest QB the NFL has even known? It just doesn't make sense. Unless he likes Trubisky, of course... (Sorry if someone has already posted this line of sarcasm in the preceding three pages)
  9. And for me, it's ridiculous to think the way to get to the number one seed is to try and get even more out of Josh.
  10. The Chiefs D more often than not turns up when required. They're the reason the Chiefs won the SB last month.
  11. He's human. He'd make errors even if he didn't take a break during the off season. Even St Patrick does.
  12. And I'd say Josh looked the best QB in this year's play offs. I'm not saying he's the number one QB, or better than Mahomes but perhaps the rest during the close season helped him peak when the Bills needed to. Shame barely anyone else followed suit. Despite the dissection of the issues the Bills have I find it surreal that the key solution appears to be ask even more from Josh.
  13. I agree to an extent though hope he listens to the Bills medical team too. I think his shoulder bothered him for a lot of the season, so if they prefer him to miss physical training then so be it. Saying that, it doesn't stop him watching film and I would like to hear that he is working with Palmer.
  14. He on his own is more than good enough. Worse QBs than Josh have won the Super Bowl.
  15. They probably just saw the 'B' and automatically thought it related to the Bills. Now they've realised their mistake, up the Bengals go.
  16. Or just make Mahomes harder, depending how he grabs.
  17. It wasn't a great game, despite (spoilers) finishing 3-2. Shame you couldn't make it to Liverpool v Manchester City the day before!
  18. That’s 5am here. *Considers setting alarm* Right, seriously, going…
  19. I’ll give it a go - but won’t take the blame if nothing happens. 😁
  20. Every time I log out for a bit something Bills related happens. Dawkins, Davis, Floyd, AJE, Josh… maybe I ought to sign off again.
  21. Lock definitely not returning then. Not a bad back up for someone.
  22. Oh good, another thread of Mahomes is God and Josh is rubbish. Just what we need.
  23. In the UK it's because it's very hard to prosecute accusations of rape so the hope is, by making the name public, it may encourage others who have been attacked by the accused but haven't come forward to do so. I assume it's the same in America.
  24. Yet again the Chiefs show where they're better than the Bills. Great move by then, and no idea why the Bills didn't go back in for him. Haven't really read the thread in full so not sure if Araiza rejected them over his treatment through the allegations. Of all the teams... but good move by the Chiefs and, unless he turned them down, the Bills caught short again.
