  1. Your final line is basically what I mean. And McDermott said as much too.
  2. So now we want the refs to help out Brady they decide not to.
  3. Tannehill injured and taken off the field for the Titans; Willis at QB.
  4. I can't quite bring myself to make the same comment about the Bears but perhaps I should, for karma reasons.
  5. A football death of a thousand cuts might be more interesting in the long run.
  6. Anyone recall how many defensive holding calls went against them at Hard Rock? And how many we had in comparison? Despite us having the ball for, I think it was close to double the time?
  7. Pick Six by the Jags against the Cowboys. Jags win in Overtime!
  8. Even Justin Fields - went off with a leg injury, with us lined up next. You just know if he was due to play them he'd be out for at least a week. As it is, he came back the same game. Utterly stupid play from the Texans. Talk about gifting a team a win.
  9. 58 yards is a push for a FG. I wouldn't say it was an impressive drive from him.
  10. Looks like he has a hamstring injury so may not have to.
  11. I'm not so happy; I think I'd prefer the Jets to win and keep pressure on the Dolphins. I like Dan Campbell and the Lions, though.
  12. What on Earth was Ridder doing on the Falcons final play?
  13. OK, so it's a touchdown to the Jets but what kind of throw was that by Wilson? Perhaps I'm just used to Josh's bullets.
  14. That can't be true. We were told that the Chiefs don't get dodgy decisions in their favour.
  15. Are they serious? Considering the number of cheap calls they get? Second to Edelman whining last night.
  16. Lewis is a far weaker link than McKenzie.
  17. The Jets defense is probably a worse match up for the Bills offense, but the Dolphins offense is probably a worse match up than the Jets. I think I'd prefer to face the Jets, particularly in bad conditions, but it's a close call.
  18. That's a fair point. Being invested in the Bills means micro-analysing every play, every issue. Every teams have those problems which I don't look into at that detail. The 3rd Quarter was painful, though.
  19. No, but my points do not just relate to yesterday. If we had lost 35-32 would be saying oh that was unlucky, we put up 32 points, we wouldn't nornally lose? Or would going through the issues? Wins do not eliminate the issues; defeats do not take away the good plays.
  20. We play like we did yesterday against the Chiefs, the Bengals or, if we get that far, the 49ers, Eagles or Cowboys and we get beaten. And there are weaknesses which we are relucant to or cannot address. If this was a one off, fine, but a lot of the issues shown yesterday have been persistent across the season. An excellent win and a strong record this season is all well and good but improvement is required if we want to make and win the Super Bowl. I think that's all most are saying.
