    As horrible as it is, we may have to grudgingly like the Titans for a bit. They beat the Dolphins to give the Bills a shot at the second, and now are giving it everything against the Jags.

    I said I was more hopeful about the Titans than the Ravens doing the Bills a favor. This is why.

    Yes - it's win or nothing for them. The Texans will take fourth, and the Steelers will take the sixth or seventh with one of the Dolphins or Bills taking the other.

    I'm not sure if it would have made much of a difference. One of the Jags players said it took a lot of the roster over a week to adapt and feel ready to play.

    Was horrible. And that's why the Ravens rested a load of players yesterday. The Lions are only playing to move up maybe one slot in the seeding.

    Their defense looked solid enough without him yesterday. In truth, if the Jags bail out here, I think all seven play off teams will carry a threat in the AFC. The Steelers know how to win ugly.

    Jags lose and Bills lose will be a return to Miami for the latter. The only way the Bills will go to the Chiefs is if the Jags lose and the Bills tie.
