  1. Would make more sense to give the Texans and Colts a full week, as it is all or nothing for both, whereas the Dolphins are in the Play Offs. Plus, if the Jags or Steelers lose, then the jeopardy isn't quite so great on the Bills. Play on Saturday and it's win or sweat it out through Sunday.
  2. It'd make sense to have Bills-Dolphins on Saturday night, so it'd have an all-or-nothing vibe. By Sunday night, the Bills could be in whatever happens. Being five hours ahead, Happy New Year from the UK!
  3. Being divisional rivals, they may fear the Steelers slightly more than they otherwise would. At the moment, they'd see the Bills as beatable. It's funny how we've been claiming the NFL has been becoming an offense league when, actually, so many teams have been relying on their defense to get themselves into this position.
  4. In 2020 the Ravens rested their starters in the final week of regular season, came out flat and promptly lost to the Titans two weeks after. They won't want to repeat that trick. I think the starters will take some snaps, albeit perhaps only for a half. Far more likely, unfortunately, that the Browns will field back ups against the Bengals.
  5. The Ravens would be AFC favourites, and rightly so.
  6. The Bengals would be ahead of the Bills in the conference and the Bills would still have to win, otherwise the winner of Texans-Colts would leapfrog based on division/conference record. All it'd do is rule out the Steelers, but the issue would still be there.
  7. Broncos would take it on divisional record (4-2 to 3-3).
  8. Yes, if they win out and the Chiefs lose out.
  9. That's the risk, from an opposition's point of view, with both of them. They can be bottoming out and having a nightmare yet both pull a magical play out of nowhere.
  10. I think they were irate whilst it was happening.
  11. Someone else said it; think this shows Burrow isn't as good as many make out. He is a product of the system and receivers. Broncos currently up on the Chargers. But they'd then be relying on the Chargers to beat the Chiefs in LA whilst they win in Vegas.
  12. Wow, only five starting QBs from week one remain in the AFC. And one of those is Tua, who may be injured next week.
  13. As someone else said, lose next week and the Bills won't deserve to make the play offs anyway. Especially if the Dolphins are down to scratch players due to injuries. If they lose and fall out of the play off picture so be in - maybe big questions will finally be asked at OP.
  14. It'd be nice if they weren't - just for this week.
  15. I'm not sure if Mahomes is much better, if at all better, in fairness!
  16. Don't want to derail the thread but Josh is physically the best QB in the league. His issue is reading the field/defenses. Come on Seahawks/... Chiefs (I feel dirty)
  17. No one. Would prefer the Bills to get someone else in over the close season. So, yeah, fair enough - guess it's a 'redeeming quality' until the end of the year.
  18. I would. For the most part, the second half offense was better than the first.
  19. That's a redeeming quality?
  20. The Browns will be resting starters as well, won't they? They're guaranteed fifth seed.
  21. I'd say everyone bar Kincaid and Shakir can take some if the blame for the mess on offense today. Josh was better in th second half than the first but something isn't right with him.
  22. Josh was fine post interception against the Chargers (sack perhaps aside) and generally improved in the second half today. Not sure what's up with him in the first half though.
  23. Dorsey isn't about today and the offense has, for the most part, been awful.
  24. Apparently only the Bills hold. Not the Pats. Not at all.
  25. And people thinks McDermott is the right coach for this team? Too many failures against dreadful teams.
