  1. Yes, some Bills fans were saying this in the game threads. It was ridiculous.
  2. It’s sad that so many posters predicted we would start the game very slow and fall behind early. It’s becoming too predictable. McDermott himself was asleep on the 30 yd NE catch he should’ve challenged. Whatever has been our pregame routine needs to be changed immediately. We may be able to come back and win, but ESPN’s current halftime prediction of a 91.7% chance we lose looks pretty accurate.
  3. Yes, but that was a big fumble, at our own 10 yard line. And, it came in the first NE game this season.
  4. After watching Burrow’s press conference today, I’m again so glad Josh Allen is our QB!
  5. I hope it was just the snow. He also appeared unwilling or unaware to make any effort to get away from his defender on Josh scramble/rollouts. I don’t understand any receiver not doing anything possible to get open on a Josh Allen scramble play. I thought every receiver wants the ball thrown to them.
  6. After watching a replay of Sunday’s win over the Bengals, I don’t trust Coleman either. His rounded, lackadaisical attempt at a deeper crossing route almost cost us an interception. His quick slant is the only route I would throw to him. Even his go route isn’t much, & he shows minimal desire to fight for the ball. He really plays like he doesn’t give a crap way too often. I was hoping he good WR for us, but I will be surprised if he ever does.
  7. After savoring this win, watching highlights & reading comments, there’s one main thing I take away from this game: Josh Allen just hates to lose! The number of very big plays Josh made, with most coming in the 4th quarter, were amazing, even for Josh. -He threw 2 different 4th down TD passes. He had to extend both plays and make the passes outside the pocket. -He avoided a 6 man blitz & ran 40 yds for a TD. -He scrambled for 17 yds. on 3rd & 15 to shut the door on Burrow and the Bengals. Josh was determined to do whatever it took to win this game. It really was a classic Josh Allen game! I’m so glad he was rewarded with a victory!
  8. That was a high risk, high reward throw. That’s why it making that throw as a last resort on 4th down, made it a necessary throw, not a reckless throw.
  9. But at least he didn’t throw an interception. That would’ve hurt his passer rating and caused a dozen experts on the internet (along with hundreds of his own team’s fans) to explain why he shouldn’t have thrown it. They might have even stopped the video of the play millisecond by millisecond to make their point. Taking a sack lays all the blame on your teammates, and keeps the blame off of you. Of course taking a sack gives your team a zero percent chance to win in that situation, while trying to force in a throw before getting sacked actually gives your team some chance to win.
  10. Unfortunately the Cincinnati coaches DID blitz and play press man coverage on that 4th down. The exact opposite of Buffalo’s no blitz and soft zone on key passing downs. Coaching matters Edit….we finally blitzed..second down, but at least we did!
  11. The Cincinnati defense has to do what we did, no blitz & a soft zone.
  12. Soft zone on 3rd & long, with no blitz = first down for every decent NFL QB. Somehow McDermott has never figured this out.
  13. That’s an awesome video, it’s well worth taking the time to watch. Thanks for posting this ChronicAndKnuckles !
  14. Unfortunately, we couldn’t get him out of the shop.
  15. Slay says he’s from the south and Buffalo’s too cold. Yet he’s spent his entire career in the north. Also, he signed for this season with Pittsburgh, which isn’t exactly a tropical paradise. Slay is full of it. If I’m Buffalo, I use this as motivation. It’s a perfect Buffalo vs everybody rally cry. This 2025 Bills team hasn’t seemed very motivated compared to previous seasons. We’ve been too “professional “. Maybe this will be a slap in the face to get us on a December-January-(hopefully) February run.
