We are third in the Conference (5th in the entire League) in POINTS DIFF at 101 and yet we are 11th on conference standing… i guess it’s something nfl history material.

Don’t remember another thread like this one, maybe similar, but not the same.

Really… 😅 Well if he was available, would you get him or retain MacClappy ?

Hi guys. Honestly, for you, what the odds that we’ll finally start with a new (young maybe) HC and a new DC (i’ll keep Brady as OC for what i saw till now if he keeps it going) if we miss the playoffs like probably will be ? I say almost zero, because McClappy is humble, honest, a good guy and on and on and on… McClappy and his trust the process. Why can’t we have someone young and offensive minded like LaFleur, Tomlin, McVay ?

Your very true feelings for tomorrow outcome

The Hoodie and the #300 ? You are right, i think the same, the Bills have many times been the team against who other franchises or players set their records. I can see their locker room fired up to give it to him exactly against us, so special… and the Bills remembered forever in this record. Ther’s only a way to avoid this: playing the game with the blowout attitude. -

But if we all know that, how can McD be without a good plan to stop it ? I mean.. i still remember the game on dec 2021 when we lose to them and McCorkle had three attempts in al game long. Crazy ! Good to know bro -

Maybe other teams find easy to crack our offense because Dorsey is an open book. -

I looked for some relief… but i see the opposite… why we can’t win by 20 ? Win this one would be huge, cause i think philly will take care of miami. -

How’s that Buffalo News picks NE ? Just superstitious or somebody from Boston works there ? -
Because all the reasons below, how much are you worried for tomorrow ? our lately struggling on offense the amount of injuries that hit us the fact that is a divisional game away in a very hostile environment the hoodie that can always find a way our run D dorsey unable to create a great and balanced offensive plan - zero worried - a lil bit worried - worried

Agree, they aren’t that good at all.

I think he and Cook would have to split their touches, Murrey inside north-sud while Cook all the outside. Hello Dorsey ?

Where are you at this brand new “No running Josh” ?
Italian Bills replied to Italian Bills's topic in The Stadium Wall
Once i said probably the most obvious thing: do you have 10 yards to get ? It’s 3,33 yards per play. How is that so hard to do ? I’m more on “start getting those 3,33 yards”, a second and 6 is better then a second and 10 or worse. With a second and 6 the D has to wait for both a run or a pass, ease the calls for the offense. And you’’ll see than now and then you’ll have a long run or a +8/10 pass play. That’s why using the run more and the slot spot more could be very helpful. -

Maybe because the middle is full of people, while the long stride, usually, go where there’s a CB or a SF when the CB is burned. -

I thought the same, Josh’s look sometimes seems lost… like if he’s thinking too much maybe not liking what Dorsey called. Right also that he has to find again the right balance between the old Josh and this one. -

Of course what you are saying is correct, even with all the designated runs you want, without improving our offense play calling, we are dead. -

Yes because when you are sacked or when you get the hit just after you released the football, contacts are like heavy a train, when you run the body is more prepared to contacts and can reduce the impact’s effect. Exactly my point. Take the few chances that come to you to run and then you can protect yourself by sliding or coming out of bounds. It seem that he really decided to not run anymore if not when he has to avoid a sack, he doesn’t consider anymore the run like an option. -
Week 7 Bills @ Patriots - on to Foxborough!
Italian Bills replied to Draconator's topic in The Stadium Wall
Agree, starting to make some noise could help for sure. Or Dorsey understands that he must improve the creativity of this offense, more run plays, less shotgun and stop with this 2 to none yards passes through the sticks, or better give him another task, everything but the OC. -
In retrospect, was letting McKenzie go a mistake?

After three to four years where Josh piled yards with his freaking athleticism, this season, in this first six games, his game is pretty different, very less runs (almost none even where some good opportunities come) and more of a pocket passer if not when he must escape from a sack, but also in this cases, he try to find someone open in a broken play and if none is free, then he wisely throws an incomplete. Now, i know that most of us were asking for less runs to avoid injuries first and then fumbles, but isn’t too much a change right now ? it seem that defenses know that he won’t run anymore so their job is a lot easier now. Maybe adding some good run here and there during every game would keep other D honest and would open the field for our guys. What you think ? And what about Josh ? Do you think he’s 100% ok with this new concept or maybe he would just want to be the “real” Josh when chances come ? -
Tanking ? Nahh… they are simply a bad team, right now…

I corrected the thread title: everyone happy now ? 😅

The right mix between air and ground
Italian Bills replied to Italian Bills's topic in The Stadium Wall
You know we all wanted a new TE because Know wasn’t our Kelce, just to say… so i think getting Kink was a good thing, skinny now maybe, but after a couple of years like a pro, we’ll see. Different thing is to be more creative with the running game, i stated that earlier. Dorsey you there ? Holy words ! Facts ! Defense was devastated, can’t blame them.
