  1. Imagine if we get to the Last Dance.

We waited for this day for 29 years.

    We are all healthy.

No matter who the other team is.

No matter who the favorite is.

What it matter is that all the NFL world will the eyes on us.

“ Finally Buffalo is here again “ they are saying.

How will it go this time ?

All the pressure will be on us.

And here we are: do you think that this team, this coaches, this players, have the moral strength to sustain that kind of pressure ?

Or they could melt down ?

I asked to myself this kind of stuff many times… and honestly i think it could be the hardest thing to get over, the pressure to change the story of this franchise.

    What you think ?

The injuries on defense are absolutely insane.  Couple that with Josh playing through an injury that should probably have him sidelined, and it’s tough to not appreciate the guts this team has.

As someone pointed out yesterday, this is Ravens ‘21 level injuries.

That being said, certain criticisms like roster construction at the WR position, why we took Bernard in RD3, did we trade for Hines to simply play ST’s etc.. are valid.

Injuries or no injuries, watching teams convert 3rd and long over and over due to soft off coverage is going to drive any fanbase insane.  I’d imagine most here would rather get beat over the top than have time consuming drives where opposing WR’s run simple slants for 15 yards due to Frazier protecting depth corners.

…. After all, the QB still has to make the deep, lower percentage throw.   As we saw yesterday when Goff missed an open guy late down near our 4 yard line and they then kicked a FG.. those throws aren’t gimme’s.

Your point on Frazier giving too much cushion between our backs and opponents WRs i can agree with, but maybe it’s like this because our safeties aren’t that good to prevent long plays.

But yet, i’m also frustrated for the many 3rd and long converted. Hate them. Maybe one of our Linebackers could drop back few yards in help when the play is clear a pass, not blitzing it could be a solution.

I get their going through adversity, but every team does. Detroit was down their best corner & 2 guards. Their the 2nd worst run D. We made them look good on D. Getting sick of the excuses, oh it was too hot in Miami, oh we're missing so & so, etc... 31 teams have excuses, only 1 gets a Lombardi & this year that 1 should be us. But if they don't round into form quickly then we'll just have another season of excuses.

Maybe i’ve been misunderstood from you.

Those are not excuses, but facts.

I just said that all the bad things that happened this year, injuries, or things like brand new OC in that position for the very first time, all of those could slow down also a very good team (one of the best) that was rolling.

I also said that in few situation we did major mistakes that costed us the games.

  4. Yeah.

My point is that we have to accept the fact that we are going through many adversity, but we are finding way to win and that without some major mistakes we would be 10-1 at worst.

And regarding KC: with same amount of injuries and with Mahomes not at full health, what will be their record now ? Same for all the nfl teams.

Believe me, we are doing a hell of a job !

  5. First: cause the snow storm that hit Buffalo, the team had to fly to Detroit to play and not at home.

Second: after three days they had to fly back again to Detroit for take the Lions that were on a three winning streak tanks to a very good offense.

Third: Josh not fully recovered from his elbow injury, i’m sure he’s the first to be frustrated with his game not being that great.

Fourth: the tons of injuries that hit the team since the start of the season. Tons of ! Any other team close to our situation ? NO. Frazier does mistakes of course, but with half the defense, full of back ups and rookies.

Fifth: Dorsey in his very first year as a OC. He’s a rookie too. That’s why our offense sometimes look predictable, he’s learning and afraid to take big risks. Understanding.

Conclusion: with all this S..T we are 8-3.

We became too demanding maybe, like we always have to win in blowouts… it’s not the right time now, we just need to find a way to win, waiting to be healthier as soon as possible.

  6. My goodness… i never thought this game could ever be so close, really.

At some point i really thought it was over..  very happy i was wrong.

Anyway there are few points i wish to discuss with you.

1st: don’t you think that Josh’s elbow isn’t ok ? Dunno but to me the ball doesn’t look so clean, on spot and fast. But i could very be wrong, you are the experts here, so tell me.
2nd: it seems the run game it’s working better lately, do you agree ?
3rd: what you think about Dorsey and Frazier ? The first look too predictable, while the second too passive. We lack of creativity on O and on D we aren’t hyper aggressive

4th: injuries keep on mounting, i’m having enough of that. Will we be ever be full healthy again ? At full strengths ? With al the team healthy we can beat everybody.
5th: why many many fans here, during the games, when the team is playing poorly and maybe behind, make fun of the team and not supporting the guys instead ?

I always read things like THIS TEAM IS GARBAGE, IS A JOKE, THIS PLAYER OR THAT PLAYER SUCKS, FIRE EVERYONE, MCD DUMBASS, SEASON OVER, STILL TALKING PLAYOFFS ? ………  etc, etc, etc.
Are those fans the same fans that during the week come here posting how great we are… that refs always try to kill us… that Josh is the new Montana… etc etc etc ?

I really don’t understand; ok, we aren’t playing greet football right now, we are having hard time to win the games… but we have to support the team always, not cursing players and coaches and everything.

This team is playing depleted by injuries since the season started, MANY injuries, TOO MUCH… and we are 8-3 that without few major mistakes it could have been 10-1.

At full strength we would be 11-0, you know this very well.

Enjoy your Thanksgiving fellas… go wonderful Bills !

  8. I’m pretty sure that if we keep on rely on our run game like we did vs the Brownies, we’ll put from 30 to 40 points on the board against the Lions, because Allen will benefit from that also, improving his game another step.

Playing that way with no turns, it could be something like Bills 34 - Lions 20.

Hope some D player back also.

ps @Draconator: if i don’t post again till tomorrow, don’t blame me pls, i’ll be sleeping. 😜

Seemed like you just started threads for the sake of starting threads, and had no follow up. Just the 1st post then nothing. You've changed that.

Ohh ok… maybe cuz i usually post around 11pm and then sleep… so when i get up at 6:45am i don’t have time to read you guys until 8:30 when i got my office… although i start working and having time to post something is never guarantee

Buffalo had a chance make the SB last year. You were literally less than 30 seconds away.  As for the Chiefs they got killed in a SB because they were decimated on the O line. IMO the key beating the Chiefs is to limit Kelce.

How ? You have some good advice ? Till now it seem nobody got the right poison.

Maybe he’s superman and we need kryptonite.

At first I disliked his threads as well, but he's growing on me. Italians are much more passionate about, life. And they wear their heart on their sleeves. @Italian Bills is a good dude.

And why at first I disliked my threads ? 🙂

But because you started like me it’s very nice, i know we can’t be liked by everyone, i just tried to be a very good Bills fella for you all, i hope i am.

  11. Ok… many here thought i’m desperate and depressed: it’s not like this, don’t worry.

I pretty well know this is football, this is sport, it’s only that i’m a sportsman since i was 6/7 and i always played soccer (good level), ski for fun, cycling, etc.

Watching my soccer team play (Juve) i’v always been emotionally involved.

Now this feeling is on me every time i watch the Bills, i really love this colors, since 1989.

So guys, understand me when i post threads that way, it’s me, they are just sportsman emotions.

Love y’all guys, who doesn’t like my threads also. 😄

OP told us to “mark my words” last week that the Bills would win out and go 14-3.

    Now crying about KC?

Couldn’t an Italian Bills fan call in the real mafia to break some kneecaps in KC?

You right my friend and i’m still sure we’ll go 14-3 never losing again, as i stated days ago.

My thread was only dictated by the frustration that “those pigs” ( i’ll call them this way from now and on) are every time so damn lucky and got helps from refs also.

They are good ok, but they know also we can beat them in their pigsty, so they fear us for sure.

But we really have to recover some player as soon as possible and 17 need to re-gain his “cocky” attitude, knowing he can be unstoppable when at 100%.

  13. I don’t know but i’m very discouraged.

KC won again, at the very last drive, like many times happened.

Kelce had 6, i said SIX receptions for 3TD and 115 yards, the last one was the dagger.

    Mahomes ridiculous stats as always.

Where could the Chiefs lose again ?

We lost to the mighty Vikings… they got DESTROYED at home by Dallas 40-3 !!!

Tennessee and Baltimore are always around.

In a season where we were the great take for the SB everything happened: injuries first, then Allen lost, then mistakes after mistakes that costed us a couple of games.

And now, if we find again our best football, the very chance to be another time in KC in the AFCC, not at home.

I can’t believe that everything go always fine for those pigs. Always ! 🤬

Sorry for this rant guys, but i’m very nauseated for all the “luck” we always DON’T have.

He hasnt thrown in practice since the injury.  There is a reason teams practice.  Its to stay on.  Josh is playing through an injury to his throwing elbow.  Hopefully he does better going forward.

And now he’ll have just 3 days before the next one.

Injuries, weather, flu/cold, schedule….. something else against us maybe ? 🤦🏽‍♂️

Lessons learned from last week.  Boring wins are ok.  Field goals are ok.  Run and stop the run and ball security are time tested recipes for success.  It was obvious Allen was told to stop the hero mode nonsense and value each possession. They could’ve pushed the ball more on some of those 2nd half drives, but the % for a game changing turnover would have also risen. So they played conservative.  The game won’t always call for that strategy but i was fine with it today.

Agree,  sometimes you need this kind of ugly and dirty wins.

Like i said weeks ago, if we find a way to rely some more on the run game, when we go after the 100 yards here, we could win almost every game. Obviously with a 100% JA and our D at full strength.

it was an awkwardly played game by the Bills. I wnder how much the lack of any practice had on the Bills game strategy/tactics - they just seemed off

Of course this bad week (not practicing enough and illness) didn’t help, but there’s something wrong with our passing game.. with Josh.

    He doesn’t seem himself.

  17. Even if i’m very happy for the win, i have to be straight on what i see:

    - overall grade game B-

    - run game A (i love Cook)

    - run game defense grade A+++

    - Allen B (he seems lost.. don’t know what is it, but he’s not the Josh we know and need yet)

    - Brisset had a very good game, but what about our defense ?
    - defense grade B

    - secondary grade C-

    - penalties: too much !

In a brief recap if we play like this when we’ll face phins, jets and bengals we could be in trouble.

For whatever reason we lost our mojo, we need to regain it very soon.

Obviously we need to get some player back, Edmunds, Groot, Tre… right now we are too banged up to be a great defense again.

John, I try and forget everything from the drought, but remember the snow game with Moulds one handed catch and Ricky Ganga Williams ran for I think 230 yards, and we still won against the fish.

we’re going to win tomorrow and Dorsey needs to keep his calm to keep Allen calm.

    Ricky Williams was a beast.

  19. How many yards do you think he will gain ?

Do you think Frazier will change something to strongly limit him ? Or not, he’ll stay put with his nickel believing is still the best way ?

    Between 50 and 100

    Between 100 and 150

More than 150 (i don’t believe it honestly, it would be a nightmare)

    Make your prediction.
