  1. Do you save all the links to the mock drafts you ever saw? Is it so hard to learn how to use google? Also, what's the point to use mock drafts to justify the picks? is any of the mock drafts written by real pro-football scouts? Do they really have access to the draft boards of all teams?
  2. There're more than one mock draft having Whitner at #8, do more "googling" and you'll find more.
  3. How do you know Whitner would still be available at either 11 or 15? None of the TSW members were at the war rooms and had no idea what'd happen. This is all about the "risk" and Marv & co decided to take less risk to draft a player they really like.
  4. interesting, most of the mock drafts I saw had Bush went to #1 overall. Aslo , it seems like you miss the mock drafts which had Whiter at #8.
  5. Oh, it's a joke, my bad.
  6. Whitner is cocky?
  7. Damn, I was hoping Marcus could be the new distraction of Dolphins and also tutored by Ricky.
  8. I know, I have no problem with the draft. But many TSW members do.
  9. Based on past threads, I am expecting the replies to argue which rounds the O-linemans were drafted. Any takers? JSP?
  10. Exactly, tampa 2 doesn't need 350 cloggers. The DTs in Bucs depth chart are McFarland (6-0, 300), Hovan (6-2, 296), Bradley (6-0, 301), and Wyms (6-3, 290). Bears: Harris (6-3, 300), I.Scott (6-3, 302), T.Johnson (6-3, 300), and Boone (6-4, 318). Colts: Simon (6-2, 293), Reagor (6-3, 285), Reid (6-2, 288), and Williams (6-3, 285). Among the three, only Bears drafted a DT this year, Dvoracek (6-3, 298). Thus, stop worrying about our DTs' sizes. We're fine.
  11. Clayton just comfirmed it was indeed a "reach".
  12. Turley must run out of the weeds and need Ricky's help, or Marcus'.
  13. Please refer to JoeSixPack's posts since draft day.
  14. but..but...Mort and Clayton said...... You're confusing 75% of the board members.
  15. http://www.reviewjournal.com/lvrj_home/200...ws/7177397.html In a Hollywood bombshell with a Sin City twist, Paris Hilton and Heisman Trophy winner Matt Leinart went public Tuesday with their romance in Las Vegas.
  16. Dodge? this is the first time you ask. Nice try. See, you tried to change the topic again. The whole discussion is about a good safety can make pass defense better and you brought up Clements and McGee. Did you watch any Bills game? Don't you know none of them plays safety?
  17. You still haven't answered the impact of Harrison on Pats 2004 and 2005 pass defenses. It's pretty smart to keep avoiding the question you can't answer. Don't try to shift the focus to only 2005 pass defense or try to compare Bills and Pats defenses. The point is the difference between Pats 2004 and 2005 pass defenses. And the difference is Harrison, not "street FA and 4th stringers". This proves your 'anyboy' theory is totally wrong.
  18. stalker?? you think too much. It's not too hard to notice your inconsistent statements just few posts apart. And you happened to think Harrison's injury has nothing to do with their pass defense? Show you the numbers again: 2004 Patriots pass defense (with Harrison): 212.5 yds/game, 18 TDs against, 20 picks 2005 Patriots pass defense (without Harrison): 231.4 yds/game, 25 TDs against, 10 picks What's the same in their defenses in 2004 and 2005? The "street FA and 4th stringers" you referred. Wahts' the difference? Harrison. Get the point. and be consistent.
  19. Since when street FAs and 4th stringers are not qualified for "anyone"?? If you couldn't be consistent in your statements, you don't deserve any credibility. Let alone question others'. You said: "with a solid D front, you can plug just about anyone back in the defensive backfield and experience success." And then eat your own words: "And yet they did this with street FAs and 4th stringers." Be consistent. Did you ever respond to the impact of Harrison on 2004 and 2005 Pats teams? What a nice way to avoid the question you couldn't answer.
  20. Right, and I'm worried about Whitner and Youboty because they are also juniors.
  21. I believe Holmes is also a junior.
  22. I didn't see your thread and post the same topic one minute after yours.
