  1. Breece Hall. We wanted Etienne last year and McKissic this year. We are going to get a pass catching RB, the only question is who. I’m fine with drafting Jameson/Dotson and Hall. I’d trade back up into the range you stated.
  2. I just feel like Beane values a RB more than you guys do. We tried to sign McKissic, who is one of the best pass catching RBs in the league. Breece Hall is one of the best pass catching RBs in the draft, and we supposedly wanted Etienne last year in the first round. I would not be surprised at all if we go RB early.
  3. We don’t really need to waste a pick there if we get Bradberry. Rather draft a high end CB next year. Yes. You can decent linemen in the later rounds. I want the best pass catching RB which is Breece Hall.
  4. Hughes+ Addison for the last 2 years was 9 sacks and 9 sacks. If Miller can at least get 9 sacks by himself, the contract is basically break even at that point.
  5. YES YES YES YES. Please. Good CB and that likely keeps us from drafting a CB early. Go WR/RB/OG in the draft and lets go!!
  6. How is it double the price though? Mario and Hughes likely aren’t coming back and that = Von Millers money. It’s break even.
  7. This right here says it all. Beane wants a pass catching RB, it’s obvious. He tried for McKissic and wanted Etienne last year. In my opinion, the best runner/pass catcher is Breece Hall. Nobody in this years draft has the hands and speed combo that he does. Najee was picked in the 1st round, so not sure where this 3rd round statement is coming from?
  8. I’m perfectly fine limping along until White gets back. There is just to much WR talent in this years draft to take a CB early. Plus we looked at McKissic and we need a RB that fits that role, and that would likely be Breece Hall. RBs by themselves will not win you a Super Bowl, but elite RBs help an elite QB to cook. Having a Derrick Henry or a Taylor make it so QBs have space to work with. Allen will be nearly unstoppable with an elite RB, regardless who we have behind the line, he can check down teams to death. That’s why we were looking at McKissic.
  9. Kamara’s numbers are an outlier. The vast majority of the top RBs in the league routinely have great college resumes. Go ahead and post the numbers. Taylor, Henry, Barkley, Harris, Cook, CMC, Jones, Hunt, Chubb, Mixon, EIliott, Dobbins, Swift, etc. They all had great numbers. The larger the numbers, the better the player it seems like. Look at Henry’s 2000 yard college season and Taylor’s big numbers. Even Dalvin Cook had large numbers.
  10. Agreed. I’d much rather invest that draft capital into keeping our fastball. Get an elite WR and elite RB. Then focus on OG and CBs the rest of the draft. We need to go mostly all offense this draft. I’m tired of neglecting it.
  11. Can you imagine our offense with Diggs, Davis, McKenzie, Jameson/Dotson, Breece Hall, Singletary, Allen? Yes please.
  12. This is what I’d personally do. I’d draft either Jameson/Dotson with the 25th pick. I’d trade back up to around 35 and draft Breece Hall (likely give up one of our picks next year). 3rd round OG, 4th round CB, 5th round OG, 6th round Araiza, other 6th round OG.
  13. Resumes matter more for RBs than they do QBs. The best NFL RBs tend to have had a productive college career. Hall was very productive with what passes were thrown his way. Averaging 10 yards on catches. He was very productive in the run game as well, considering the fact that Brock Purdy was his QB, so despite throwing the ball a lot at Iowa State, he still put up 1400 yard seasons.
  14. Wallace, Dane Jackson. Dane is a great CB. He held his own.
  15. That’s ok, there is a better McKissic in the draft. Breece Hall.
  16. Yeah I don’t understand that stance others here have said. Considering Beane has found great talent in later rounds, we can wait on CB.
  17. Hall is basically a faster McKissic. A perfect fit for our offense.
  18. Hall is without a doubt the better receiving RB.
  19. He’s more than just a higher end Barkley. The dude has proven he can play in the playoffs. There is enough talent on this team to the point where we could eek by with a QB like Keenum. If Trent Dilfer can win a SB, so can Keenum in the event Josh is unavailable.
  20. Great trade. I feel like Keenum could take us to the super bowl with our current squad if something ever happened to Josh. He’s not worse than Trent Dilfer is what I mean.
  21. No, I’m proposing we trade up in the 2nd to get him. I don’t think he will be there by the time we pick.
  22. Kind of surprised by the 8-10 sack guesses though. I think he will be fairly dominant in our scheme.
  23. This is a very real possibility. I just feel like even with possible limited snaps, our coverage is so good, he’s going to feast. For whatever reason I feel like 14 is obtainable. Could you imagine if he truly did bring in a near career high. Our defense would be lights out.
