If he was really worth that much trade value, then why wouldn’t anyone trade up in front us and take him? I also can’t imagine the Bills throwing away a pick instead of bringing in someone who can contribute this year.

It might be, but it's tricky with trying to keep this thing moving. We traded up once in my 5 years of doing this. It depends on if someone reaches out to the Bills with a trade down offer that I can put in the poll.
