That’s often what happens with him lol we take a lot of what he does for granted…hopefully we can salvage this season still but it’s an uphill battle now

Also to play devils advocate though if you told me they had 200 something rushing yards and only 14 points I’d call that underwhelming…from that big run on they scored 6 points and ran for a hundred something yards We care about everything 😂

Tough to counter it after that loss..just gotta get better to shut them up in the rematch lol

We’re being pessimistic as always…huge question marks surrounding how they feel about mac after this game but we’re saying bill was just trying to embarrass us lol of course we have bigger problems than mac though haha

Can’t disagree there…I still give us a decent shot in that one. Not much wiggle room though against these mediocre teams

We fumbled away minimum 3 crucial points in the opening minutes of the game…score 7 or even 3 there and it completely changed the complexion of the game

This game was a bit ridiculous though…griese criticized him for that falsely about 3 times. Instant pressure up the middle and he’s like ‘why can’t he see that receiver in the middle of the field’ 😂 players aren’t translucent Brian lol

Still the jags I think 😂 this game irritates me so much cuz I feel like belichick got a bit lucky in this one …guarantee he was shitting his pants on that deep ball to diggs. A lot of those passing plays really caught them by surprise we were one play away from laughing at him but he is going to get crowned as a genius again and in a line of work where only the win matters he deserves it

Yea wind definitely exacerbated it at the end of this game I think…josh hits that back shoulder to diggs 9 times out of 10. I’m with everybody that’s saying why even run the ball in the red zone at this point though for sure lol

I’d let it play out…not like we have a choice lol but if we keep losing games this way at the end of the season that could definitely be true. Steelers game and this game felt pretty unlucky to me on the offensive side but maybe the drops are a trend that were doomed.

Allen did a nice job evading the pass rush and slipped when he had a wide open receiver in the end zone too lol I forgot about that one for my list of potential offensive plays we could’ve made. Pats certainly deserved the win and they’re the team to beat now but they dodged a ton of bullets all night

I don’t think he is…it’s certainly both things as a contributing factor but we kept them out of the end zone most of the night. Obviously we probably win if we don’t choke on that long td run but the offense choked numerous times. The pats weren’t even flipping the field really I feel like they had some punting issues… they had very little to show for their 200 plus rushing yards it’s just a really tough way to sustain drives.

It really doesn’t…we had excellent field position most of the night. A ‘wind game’ where our qb was getting the ball where it needed to go and people couldn’t catch it…where Matt Breida fumbles in insanely good field position throwing away easy points. Defense tightened the screws when they had to and the pats were essentially running themselves out of the game… they certainly aren’t blameless but I guarantee bill mixes up their offensive playcalling if we did absolutely anything on offense. He essentially got to run the clock out starting in the first quarter…he likely knew it wouldn’t lead to points but he trusted his defense

I’m with you I said the same thing week 1 when everyone was pleading for more running plays to rbs. Do whatever it takes to score points there’s no style points

I wouldn’t say he dropped it but he had a few drops and plenty of catchable balls and made one nice play out of the lot when we needed two

It really wasn’t…our pride is hurt looking at the box score but the pats really weren’t effective on offense with scoring points. Bill trusted his defense and that our offense would shoot itself in the foot and it worked out for him

I think we were trying to run down the game clock a little bit that final time to get the last possession and it blew up in our face

Honestly how do we know we don’t lose that game by more in a dome? One qb literally could not pass in those conditions and one could. You think a more balanced pats offense would’ve improved our chances? They ran the ball up and down the field then got stuffed outside of fg range most of the game

300 yards? Lol we needed to make one more play and i wasn’t at all blaming josh…he was hitting guys in the hands all night

There were a lot more IFs than one missed fg was the point I was making lol we needed to make one more single play on offense and we left a ton on the field
