I find myself somewhat indifferent to this game. Cakewalk? I never want to paint myself into that corner, as we've seen this script play out time and time again. Then again, the JA17 Bills are a LOT different than many, many previous squads, but still, things don't work well at times, in particular as the team tries to get over the hump, and tries to win a SB. My wife is away for the weekend. I just got back from a business trip, the first one where I gave a presentation to a large group, as a sales engineering leader. I went to Orlando earlier in the week feeling stressed, delivered a strike in my presentation, and left Orlando feeling totally relieved. Going into this game, I feel that it's the ***** Jets, and I'm finally calm after a month or so of COVID (right after my promotion was announced) and replacing a highly popular manager who left the company (the guy is also a close friend of mine, so that part is awkward as well). I'm gonna watch this game, as I do with as many as I can. But this is like the first time in *forever* that I'm not on the edge of my seat for the whole week, and in particular on Sunday. Go Bills!

Wellington Pub isn't on the list, but should be. Otherwise, GG for me.

I'm sure they are in the same cesspool when the fans of this team debated about EJM vs Tuel. I feel for them, but I'm glad not to be them anymore.

Honestly, just win the games. Yeah, JA17 is best in business and will prolly be here for a long time. I am glad that the days of debating EJM are long gone. But, my god. Situational football. Still not great in that regard, but then again there are two teams in the AFC to beat, and likely the same number in the NFC. So I like the odds, and I say this as someone who does not gamble whatsoever.

I asked myself this question about midway through last night's game: "do I think that the Bills are going to lose this one?" And the answer was no. Definitely no. The Bills responded repeatedly when GB was knocking at the door. Was it an amazing game? No. But again. How many times have we seen this team waste opportunities like this in the past? Often. But not yesterday, and except for Miami, not this season.

Hath jrober returned? It's not a bad thing if this is jrober, but seriously, the Bills are good. I don't care how they win games TBH, so long as they keep evolving, and this means SB and (hopefully) winning it. Outside of the abortive efforts in the Dolphins game, and the nail biter in KC, this team has found a way to win. These are not the days of Manuel throwing to Watkins.

Yeah, but they don't have the QB to fill in the spots. Key stops last night didn't allow it to be a close game. It wasn't a great game in terms of Bills' execution as a whole (where they would've blown GB out of the water), but unless the Bills really crap the bed and/or the Jets can find suitable QB play, if it's another game like last night's? I'll take it. Keep rolling.

Miscues aside, at no point last night did I think that the Bills were going to lose that game. I haven't had this much in the faith in the team -- probably for decades.

Can't say for sure, but Denver isn't exactly *the* place to go anymore. He was a bad hire, and I agree, but it's not like the Broncos had a ton of options or an organizational plan (new ownership took over after Hackett was hired, or am I wrong on this point?). Plus I'm of the belief that Hackett was kinda hoping for Rodgers to be running the show. Clearly that didn't happen either.
