Ugly game, but the Bills won. Lots of those this year it would seem, and they keep rolling. Here's to hoping that they continue.

I agree. The throw was a bit of a risk, and the uncalled DPI (even the room of Pats' fans I watched the game with today agreed that it was a huge DPI) was abhorrent. If Beas was untouched, at least I think he would've gotten his hands on the pass.

I think that with sky-high expectations you get an equal and opposite response to team performance, even with a win, when the game had tons of ugliness and warts.

I was hanging out at a friend's birthday today with the game on in the background. One of the guests, a 420 enthusiast, complained that the game was going really long. I checked my phone, and to my surprise he was correct. This game lasted an eternity. It was exhausting. The miscues were infuriating. The inability to run the clock late(r) in the game absolutely blew my mind (in a bad way). Glad that the Bills won, of course, but this type of game is the type of game that I thought the team was well beyond at this point in this regime.

My parents (Niagara County, near Lake Ontario) got lucky. I *almost* trekked down from Maine on Thursday to ensure that two people in their 80s had enough food, and someone to clear the driveway. They, being old school parents (I'm in my 50s now), were like, "***** that, stay home, enjoy Christmas with your wife, you both work too hard as it is." Glad that they're okay, but my family in Buffalo and the surrounding areas? Mixed bag, to put it mildly. Hope that you all are well.

Fun game could be had here. Why should/would the Bills sign OBJ? I was into it earlier in the season, but if the Bills keep going with a semi-balanced attack, and it keeps working, then why sign OBJ?

I admit that I joined this game about 20 minutes in. Mom is sick, headed out of town tomorrow to deal with that, work is, well, work, but I listened to sports radio (live in Maine) on the way to drop off the dogs, and sports radio was absolutely *delusional* about how good the Patriots would be. These are the same people who opined that Michael Bishop was heir apparent to... Drew Bledsoe. Sure, this game can play out in any way, but my god... what a bunch of ***** jokers appear on radio here. I could squeeze my own filth through a tin horn and have you all watch, and that would be infinitely better.
