I think they get Tua somehow.

They do have a pretty good defense, but the issue for their offense is that they don’t have any deep speed to capitalize on Tyrod’s deep ball prowess. Keenan Allen excels in working the intermediate areas of the field, that 10-25 range. The Chargers badly need deep speed in their recieving corps. In a contract year, his stats may dwindle. So I throw this out there for fun, John Brown for Keenan Allen...who says no? Stats are pretty comparable. Salaries mostly wash out, but Allen is in the final year of his contract whereas Brown has two more years, including this one. Josh’s arm strength really comes into play in that 15 to 25 yard area of the field where Keenan really excels. So who says no?

Honestly I think if Miami can’t get their hands on Burrow I think they go all in in Tua. They have the picks to back themselves up with to get him. Question is does Detroit allow Miami to move up or does Detroit take him? Chargers are probably gonna end up with either Herbert or Love

This is just a terrible analysis; sorry. The Bills had their highest ranked scoring teams in 2015 and 2016 this century and two of their very worst defenses as measured by DVOA.

We were only high ranked because of our running game we were ranked 1# in rushing and like 24-27 in passing. We were a high rank scoring offense in spite of Taylor as a QB

    Good for him.

    Go get ‘em, Tyrod.

Oh, and thanks for helping us end the drought. Class act.

We ended the drought in spite of him not because of him, threw a total of only 2,000 yards and 14 tds the whole year. That defense and Shady were the reasons we broke the drought that year also Andy Dalton was responsible as well

Worry less about how well/poor Tyrod does, and worry more about the the way Allen plays for the Bills.  He was below average last year by every metric.  Fortunately for him the front office has gone out of its way to surround him with a good offense, now it's up to Allen.  I mean, Allen has yet to have a better statistical season than Tyrod, so again, worry about Allen.

What are you talking about Allen played better last year than his rookie year. He’s making strides and progress. Would take Allen over Tyrod in a heartbeat. And his stats have been Better than tyrods last 2-3 years.

He's not better when you look at wins or stats, so I don't know how he can be considered better than Tyrod. You probably like Fitz more because he took risks. He was a gunslinger. But he was also a losing QB who took risks when he shouldn't have and made the worst mistakes at the worst possible moments.

But honestly, Fitzpatrick is up there too as far as Bills QB's go, but competent QB's in a Bills uniform is a short list.

FYI, I agree that Tyrod was frustrating to watch. I was more than ready to move on from him.

I agree with you on Fitz, definitely was a gunslinger and did throw a lot of INTS at the wrong times. But he took more chances than Tyrod did and put his team in a better position to win more than Tyrod did. I am a Fitz fan definitely. Loved the guy when he played here, good locker room guy and a leader on and off the field. Minus him having a noodle arm there’s really not much bad things to say about Fitzpatrick. I didn’t care for Tyrod too much because minus a few good games he would have he really didn’t strike me as a rah rah type of QB that we desperately needed when he was here. Also didn’t like the fact that Whaley and company allowed themselves to be muscled into signing Tyrod to a 6 year deal, because of tyrods agent demanding that he get a new deal after 2015 or that they would want to look into trade opportunities for another team. I think we should’ve let Tyrod go after 15 and rolled with a different QB in 16. People wanna credit Lynn for what he did with Tyrod in 16 when he was calling plays out of Romans playbook. I wish him the best but it’s pretty obvious he’s not a starter. I compare Tyrod to David Woodley, an athlete trying to play QB

He won’t cost em wins with his arm but... he won’t get em any either. The team will rise or fall depending on how their defense and run game perform.

Let us not diss on him too much - in open competition he showed he was better than EJ Manuel but worse than Baker Mayfield.

Not trashing him but saying he’s better than Manuel doesn’t say much

He probably will turn some heads and everyone will talk about how great he is at not turning the ball over, but at the end of the day he doesn't have the upside necessary to do anything of note in the NFL.

Still, when you think about it, Tyrod is one of the better QB's in Bills history.

I’m gonna have to disagree with that. While we didn’t make the playoffs with him Ryan Fitzpatrick was a better QB than Tyrod. I’m not a hater but no bills QB frustrated me more than Tyrod. I rooted for him but I knew even in his first year he wasn’t the answer and that Rex and Whaley were being lazy on the QB position.

No doubt, but could they take a good Biils offense and win a game or two if JA gets his bell wrung like last season.

That’s pretty sick of you to want Josh to get hurt. He had 1 bad game against the pats a game had he not gotten hurt we probably would’ve won. And he played very well the rest of the season. You Josh Allen Haters never cease to amaze me.

Barkley is not the guy for a team with Super bowl aspirations. Please get a vet. QB who had some success like a Mariota or a Bridgewater. The targets for me would be Dalton or Matt  Moore,  with old buddy Fitzpatrick as an alternative better than Barkley..

First off we are not getting Dalton especially when he’s being paid 17 million for 1 year left remaining on his contract. Mariota is mediocre at best who’s had very little success as an NFL starter, Miami is not letting go of Fitzpatrick. Bridgewater got WAY overpayed in Carolina and he’s average at best. Moore is the only one I would consider but he’s talking with the Giants.

    Pittsburgh?

I don't think Cam to NE makes sense, personally.

No it doesn’t, Belichick is the last person that would deal with Newton’s premadonna attitude/mood swings. Plus nobody can sign newton till he passes a physical. His body looks more banged up than RG3’s did

The only tickets Rosen will help sell is to his family and once he's benched for Tyrod they won't even watch.

OC will mold him for the XFL .

LOL Miami is not trading Rosen to a divisional rival. If they trade him I assume they’re gonna trade him outside of the AFC East. That’s if they trade him though

I'd like to see Matt Moore added to our QB mix as think he could compete/beat Barkley for QB2. If talking replacing Webb or be QB3 I would say drafting a guy like Bryce Perkins in Round 6 or 7 be an option or adding some UDFA.

I like Matt Moore, last i read about him the giants were talking to him. Don’t know if he’s still a free agent or not

you can’t figure out how to make good points we don’t hold that against you

Well obviously he can’t, we was effective in 17 and didn’t do anything after that year, I believe he went to Cleveland and didn’t do anything cause he was injured most of that year. He got cut and came back and got injured before the season even started got cut didn’t play for anyone else the rest of the year and now we sign him back again and probably we’ll cut him again. Its a waste of time to sign someone you know is injury prone and someone you can’t rely on. Especially when there’s better players still in free agency that’s worth’s contract more than Gaines

Reminds me of Percy Harvin. The guy was always hurt, but for some reason we just kept giving him loads of cash. Seems like Pegula is fond of doing that with certain players.

I remember when we brought him out of retirement in 2016 and he didn’t do *****.

It was an injury settlement. Here’s a tip, stop ‘making your points’. People think you’re clueless. When you post, you remove all doubt

No that’s alright I’ll continue making my points, thanks. I don’t like the signing as they could’ve looked for someone else

Yeah, he played in Orchard Park in the Championship game. That's a good season.

Wasn’t it Bruce that hit Montana? I remember Montana got his bell rung pretty good but can’t remember exactly who hit him

Yeah but long-term it was the better move to move on from him.

With Steve young on my roster I would’ve done the same thing
