Hopefully we are still looking at Hyde. That is who I have preferred got a while. I was just watching a Houston game on NFL Network. I think he would be an ideal compliment. A nice upgrade over Gore.

Might be between him or Lamar Miller. Although I’m confused about this Gordon to Broncos deal, now I’m reading there’s no deal in place between them and that were still in the race

I'd rather have Gurley than Gordon on the Bills .

Yeah he has injury issues but he's still an elite back when healthy . Gordon although healthy isn't special to me.

I'd rather roll the dice on the higher ceiling guy because  we still have Singletary. If we didn't have Singletary  I'd rather roll with a safer Gordon.

    Let's get Gurley

Rather have Gordon, Gordon is more explosive than Gurley at this point. Gurley is banged up and bruised up. You would be taking less of a chance with gordon

  3. Gordon seems like a safer signing to me. Gurley’s not a 20 plus touch a game guy anymore and his knee is a serious question mark. If we do end up signing Gurley, I’d say bring him in for 2-3rd down shortage. I wouldn’t give him a major workload and because of that I wouldn’t give him a big contact either, maybe 2 year 10 million contact that’s actually a 1 year with the option of picking up his second year if he plays good but also having the option to cut him after this year if he doesn’t play well or can’t stay healthy. Doubtful he ever signs a deal like that but if I’m Beane that’s what I’m offering, no more no less

I think they do.  It will take big money to sign Gordon and you’re going to do that for a part time player?  It’s the exact reason why we cut Shady.

Then we invested a 1st round pick on a WR to open up the passing game.

Yeah but we traded for Shady and we gave him a whole new contact after he still had 4 years left on his old deal. Shady to me was somewhat of a disappointment and we didn’t have QB when we had Shady in the beginning. Gordon could benefit for a change of scenery , plus he could definitely help Allen as well. Gordon is a threat in the passing game

Miami is going after Gurley hard. I really hope we end up with Gordon. I’m ok with $8million a year. 3 year contract.

Where did you see Miami going after Gurley, haven’t seen anything yet

It's pretty evident this regime doesn't care about numbers or any players getting fed the ball.

    They care about winning

Idk why but McD reminds me of Lou Saban. Didn’t care about stats or how many players got fed the ball. Only cared about winning football games

  6. He’s got a bloated contract and a bum knee, No Thank you!!! We already went this route with McCoy and what did we win with McCoy?? ZERO!!! Would rather take my chances with Gordon who’s a free agent as opposed to trading draft picks for a RB who looked done last year

  7. This guy is more done than Rivers and Brady combined. 1 hit wonder after the Super Bowl. Plus he’s not a team leader and is probably going to command more money than we’re paying Barkley

I don't dislike Barkley. But I wouldn't say he is our Frank Reich to our Kelly.

Were never gonna have another Reich , the only one closest to him, at least to me was Matt Moore

Joe Paterno was still coaching successfully at 85. 68 is young.

LOL that’s college, plus that name doesn’t mean ***** to me after that whole penn state crap that happened on his watch. 68 is not young at all. Highly doubt he sticks around now that Brady is gone, the last coach that Way overstayed was Shula and Miami forced him into retirement. If New Englands not winning I expect the same to happen to Belichick

I hope not, i’m okay to see Trevor Lawrence anywhere but not in New England. ?

To be more serious, I can’t see BB going in a rebuild mode, the end of his coaching career is approaching imo and he’ll want to stay competitive.

I bet money he pulls a Dave Wannstead and leaves the team if they start losing bad enough. I’m sure there’s some riff between him and Kraft over the Brady/Garoppolo situation as of now.

I can't tell you who told me this but the Pats are currently in negotiations with the Bengals for the #1 overall pick....almost a done deal.

3 first rounders, a second this year and next years 3rd.

    Belicheck loves Burrow.....

Lol I read the Dolphins are confirmed to make a blockbuster trade with Cincinnati

BB won’t tank.  He will be more motivated than ever.

He won’t tank but he will struggle, he went 5-11 back to back with Bledsoe as the starter. Also he didn’t do crap with either Testaverde or Kosar
