    I am just happy to be posting in this thread this late in the season. I don’t post right after a game, whether we win or lose… I usually wait until I remember to check the only hockey thread/forum that I know of. If the knights get knocked out, I won’t be back until next post season… unless we don’t make it, in which case, you all will be in luck and it will be a wait and see.

    and rooting for the panthers has nothing to do with the NFL at all, so that has no impact on our Bills or Sabres fandom. If anything it just shows how die hard Buffalo fans we are! Rooting against Eichel and for our boy Sam Reinhart and ex-Sabre Brandon Montour.

     

    I don’t think you are one to lecture anyone on their Buffalo fandom though. You don’t even know anything about at least 1/2 the professional teams in Buffalo.

     

    There really was no great team to root for in the playoffs this year. I didn’t have any team I really wanted to see win it all. If I had to pick a team I was rooting for this year I’d say Probably the Devils, simply because Lindy Ruff is their coach. He was the Sabres coach for 16 years (1997-2013) and still is open about his love for Buffalo. He’s even said he’s still rooting for the Sabres success even though he coaches NJ. It’s not often you hear another coach say something like that.

     

    Now that they’re eliminated, it’s a lesser of 2 evils thing for me, which you would understand if you were a Buffalo fan, not just a Bills fan.

     

    i tried to explain it to you in a post I took a decent amount of time to type out and you told me you weren’t even going to read it because it was a few paragraphs long, so… 🤷‍♂️

    So one poster who emotionally drunk posts can persuade an entire fanbase to root for a Miami team?! or is it just anti Eichel emotions... both seem shallow

    I just wanna take a different turn, on this. Why the hate for Vegas? Seriously. Get a little introspective. 
     

    have you been to a game in Vegas? And if you have, we are not like Boston fans or Jersey dopes. We like to have a good time, root for our team and treat other fans with more respect than they deserve, even when they are obnoxious (I’m talking about in person, and not me on these forums). We are good hearted and love the game and other fans attending. So where does this hate stem from? I really am baffled. Because the only place I have seen just as hospitable at the Knights games is the Bills

    I have to retract what I said about not rooting for Florida teams... I root for East Bay football and little league because a kid I've known since he was born plays for them, his older sister was a cheerleader too.

    After all this.. and I am the troll?! You all are rooting for a Miami team?! What was your second hopeful, the Bruins or Devils?!?! Bunch of pretend Buffalo fans cheering for Miami. Very sad

    I am not sure if it has been posted in this thread, but Kincaid has a lot of potential and I am very excited to see him in this offense… especially opening up the middle in Zone schemes, and taking advantage of one-on-one LB matchups! I am pretty sure no one mentioned this before now

    I am sure any of the mods can back up that I am the only account with this IP or posting style. I have had other accounts, but mainly because I called out Bills trolls or Rex Ryan for being a horrible coach… I may have to report you for throwing out false accusations

    @Prospector I am a person who realizes I am not super knowledgeable where the NHL is concerned either. I have found that asking questions has helped and lets others know I am novice.  It is humbling but overall it makes a poster appear more sincere and simply naive than seemingly trolling.

    Agreed, but when every post is wishing for Vegas to lose, or their opponent to win, then jabbing back seems fair game
