  1. It’s extra funny because even among his teammates, Risto was the one singled out by media and others as always looking completely ripped and ready to go. In preseason.
  2. Except one side acknowledges your point I underlined and are trying to understand more and more to try to close that gap. And the other side thinks they know everything already.
  3. i get it but the connotation of side effect to a layman is very different given the rates of those complications. i can taste your exasperation with this guy. I feel the same way.
  4. There certainly are players that feel his way. The mode of expression is the problem. Yeah publicly embarrassing your union leadership has set whatever Cole’s goal behind this little tirade back about 6-12 months. Powerful people don’t like being called “jokes” in public. Doing god’s work sir.
  5. Pretty impressive. I thought it woulda happened in the first 7 pages.
  6. Funniest reply ever. For multiple reasons EDIT: good reasons
  7. He certainly did. A created a completely avoidable problem for the team. Gold star for Cole.
  8. See this is what types do: list the risks (or, lol “side effects” are you serious) of one option without any comparison to the risks of the alternative. As if they don’t even exist. If you’re defining extremely rare complications as “side effects” you’re showing your self for what you are: not interested in facts.
  9. Evidence to the contrary is right there. Yes he is. “Sheep” “experimental” “not approved” you lot just recycle the same 3 or 4 buzzwords and recycle them huh?
  10. how is a potential future risk “guaranteed?” Do y’all have time travel down there in southern Alabama? Another beaut in this thread full of them.
  11. If you had Covid 6 months ago and recovered, do YOU know what might happen to you in 3 years?
  12. But the infection itself is the acute problem was my point. Underlying conditions like obesity can complicate all sorts or diseases yes.
  13. no vaccine is 100% effective. And if he (or anyone) has legitimate reasons for getting a vaccine being “not the right choice for them” I’d love to hear them. Because many of the reasons people cite for not getting it are based in pure, malevolent fantasy.
  14. all false analogies. Comparing longstanding, habitual unhealthy behaviors to an acute, worldwide, communicable health crisis? Yeah you do not know what you’re doing.
  15. he won’t be cut, not for just this little twitter tirade. But if he goes into the season and is regularly breaking protocol (as he says he will) and is thus continuing to incur fines and the wrong kind of attention, then yes he’s out the door. Sure there are other teammates who share his view, but they’ve made no indication that they are going to rock the boat like this.
  16. County hasn’t changed their position yet though. We’ll see how it shakes out the state gov may attempt to overrule Erie Co but that’ll be hard to do since other venues have already instituted vax requirements and Cuomo let them go.
  17. Not to mention Josh Allen, who was the 1st to say it’s “in house,” and McDermott (who was pretty open discussing vax issues with the press before the players got into minicamps.) And we all know about how Beane got absolutely roasted (by the same union beasley is calling a joke) after he made his comments about cutting an unvaccinated player.
  18. Pretty much any other course of action would’ve been better than hopping on twitter and calling the NFLPA a joke. I get it; he’s PO’ed - the protocols for unvaccinated players are extremely strict. But twitter ranting ain’t gonna help.
